With his hand still attached to mine, I found him to be soothing rather than being irritating as per usually many do happen to become to me.

"Sadie..." Was said just behind me. Turning to steal a glance at who could've known my name; or possibly followed closely behind my venture – an instant relief rushed over as the familiarity of Sarah from earlier had been the source.

Though, it was a tad on the bizarre side that I had not only a moment ago had thought of her, and now, here she stood.

I immediately spurted an effortless hi, as she cupped her gloved fingers beneath the railing of the empty chair; pulling it our and sitting politely down.

"It occurred to my Frank and I (she signaled by hand towards the equally familiar silver haired man in the doorway) that you may have, and with reservations for any nearby hotel incredibly impossible to make; you would consider our offer of letting us be your host... err... oh dear..."

Her soft suede palm resting on my forearm; similar to a concerned mother would when advising a child to listen to the knowledge coming forth.

"...we have a quest room that would absolutely suit you; and of course we would adore to have you as our guest."

I pondered the offer only a mere second before he had taken offense; removing his hand; slapping backwards into his chair; smacking his lips in protest. "You just can't help yourselves?" he goaded. Right away, my senses awoke from their apparent slumber; I had no idea this man's name, only that there was an authentic face attached to an alluring smile.

"I insist." She quickly added.

The look in her eyes, suggested more than the offer at hand; a hint of warning scurried rapidly by her pupils.

"Okay." I confirmed.

I suppose no other choice was available. Besides, Sarah reminded me of my grandmother; calming yet a nurturing aura pouring from her.

As I smiled to say a goodbye to ... err ... (what was his name) him, I was astonished that he had left without my noticing at all. How was that for being suddenly exhausted; I possibly hallucinated this whole conversation with him. So, yes, I will take their offer and get some much-needed rest.
