Reed's POV
Last night was fun. We should buy a dinner table. I wake up to my dad's face.

"What the hell!" I yell falling out the bed.

"Father and son day get up and put some clothes on."he said.

Father and son day. I groan. I remember dad forcing me to go places with him. Oh no today is Fishing Day.

"Uhhhh Cadee has to come too." I say and Cadee turns in the bed.

"I have to come to what?"he yawns sitting up and rubbing his eyes. Then his eyes widen when he saw my dad. "Uh uh."he said looking around for some clothes.

My dad glared at him then glanced back at me. "Does he have to come?"he grumbles.

"Hey! What's that suppose to mean?!" Cadee snaps and then regrets it.

"Fine."dad said leaving.

"Nooooo. I don't wanna go." he whines as we walk down the stairs.

I told him we we're going to fish and what happens every year. Also that dad was going to be tough on him.

"Sorry Cadee." I said as we went outside.

Dad was in his red truck. Cadee looked at the truck then the house. "I'm not his son."he said.

"You will be." I said grabbing his arm and dragging him to the truck.

Cadee's POV
I don't want to be here. Besides Reed doesn't even want to be here so he makes me tag along. I huff in the back.

"Shut up Cadee."his dad said.

'I want to go home.' I mouthed.

'You wanted to be here.'he mouthed.

'I change my damn mind.' I mouthed and he laughed.

"Talking in code is rude."his dad said.

Ah I can show him what rude is. Then Reed entwined our fingers and kissed me on the forehead.

"No affection in the truck."his dad said.

"Did your dad tell you that?" I asked.

"No my mom did."he said.

"Did you listen?" I asked.

"Well no-"he started to say and I pulled Reed's collar. And then I kissed him. His dad groaned.

This was gonna be a long day. And maybe I can make it a little fun.
