C18 : Hurt
MY EYES WERE FOCUSED on the tall yet skinny figure in front of me. She was one of the top models here so she had a strong reason of why she had to take care of her body. She needed that perfect figure to maintain her career and, to seduce men. She was Kim Sora. The girl who would do anything to get whatever she wants.
She was now standing in front of me with her fierce eyes looking sharp at me while I was trying to read her expression. It was easy to read her since she always shows her expression on her face. I heaved a very heavy sigh, knowing that I had to deal with this girl. It ain't easy to talk with a girl like her.
Her right hand was holding her expensive handbag, probably the one that her sugar daddy bought for her. Obviously. She was now gritting her teeth, ready to make a chaos.
I rolled my eyes. "Don't you dare to make a trouble here. I'm not in the mood. You better go away before I call the guards." I told her and sat on my seat back, trying to find chill as she caused my headache once she stepped into my room.
"Not in the mood?" She scoffed but her eyes were still glued on me. I hated the way she looked at me. "You always said that. What do you think I am? A kid?" She muttered and crossed her hands. Feeling confident enough, she took a few steps closer to me.
I raised my hand up into the air. "You better stop there or I'll kick you out from here. Don't make me." I said coldly.
She fortunately stopped her steps from getting any closer to me because she knew that once I said that, I would do that. She breathed heavily to show that she was mad. "Why are you here?" I asked.
"Stop playing stupid, Jeon. You know why I'm here."
Jimin
Today's date with Kim Hyerin went well, better than my expectation. Who thought that a girl like her who worked for Jungkook could be this friendly and socialable? Most of his employees didn't talk that much. Almost all of the employees who worked at his company acted so serious.
Maybe that was how he wanted his employees to be. He once told me that he wanted they to take their works seriously. He wasn't wrong for doing that. In fact, he had the right since he pays them with a good salary. There were a myriad of people who sent resumes to the company to work with him because they know that Jeons.co pays their employees well. Nowadays, people are so focus on earning money.
Yes, money isn't everything but everything needs money. I don't blame them for that.
I looked back at the girl who was enjoying her mulberry shake beside me. I asked her to order something that she think is good for me and she gave me raspberry shake. She insisted on buying me something because I had treated her at the cafe so in order to not "owe" me anything, she asked me to request anything so that she can pay me back.
I was honestly not a fan of fruits but this raspberry shake kinda tasted good. I looked at her with a sly smile. "Thanks for the drink." I thanked her. "So we're a berry-berry couple, hm?" I teased her.
She laughed. "Probably. I hope you like it. It was my favourite drink when I was in highschool." She told me randomly. I loved how she'd tell about herself out of nowhere. No wonder the cold hearted Jungkook acted nice to her. Everyone who talks to her will feel comfortable around her. I didn't even feel awkward. I see why Jungkook didn't want me to go out with her. He was probably afraid that I might fall in love with his favourite employee.
Well, it wasn't his fault to think that way. If I marry her, I wouldn't let her to work for him. I can spoil her with whatever she wants so why would she has to work, right? He will definitely miss her latte.
"Jimin? Are you listening?" She waved her tiny palm in front of me and I blinked. I was really into my thoughts that I forgot that I was with her.
Scratching the back of my neck, I shyly nodded my head. "Yea, I was listening." My face started to blush because of the embarrassment.
She laughed. "Liar,"

"You must marry me," she stated in such an ordering tone. She made it sounded like he had no other choice except marrying her.
Jungkook looked at her in disbelief. "How can you say that so shamelessly?" He asked. "Do you have no shame of yourself? You're a girl. Stop making yourself sound so desperate." He scoffed and shook his head.
She hissed. "You slept with me! Now why are you refusing to marry me? I'm the top model in Korea. It will increase your reputation anyways. Why is it so hard for you to just marry me?" She talked back, this time she sounded more desperate.
He scoffed and stood up from his seat because he couldn't stand her shit anymore. "I only slept with you. We only had a one nightstand. I'm not the one who took your virginity. You already gave it to someone else. Why can't you just ask him to marry you instead? Why me?" He snapped, making her to shut up for a few seconds.
"That time when we slept together, you were the one who seduced me. I was drunk and I didn't know anything!" He emphasised and recalled the night back. "If you didn't come to me, I wouldn't sleep with you."
This time, she was dumped. She lost her points but came back with another one. "But you said you enjoyed it! What was that?"
"I never enjoyed it! I said that because I thought you were beautiful." He looked away. But now, he found someone that was way more beautiful than her. He looked back at her. "But I was wrong. You aren't as beautiful as I thought. I don't want someone who has slept with too many guys— especially when you do it for money. It shows how cheap you are for selling your own dignity."
She lost it when he said that.
"Now get out from my office." He came towards her and held both of her hands tightly then brought her towards the door. "Don't ever think of coming back because you're not welcomed here." He said then closed the door once she was out from the room.
She felt so stupid, stressed and embarrassed at the same time. Everyone was looking at her. She clenched her fist. "Do your fcking work, dumbass!" She yelled and walked away to prevent from gaining more attention.
"How dare he pushed me like that?!" She complained as she was extremely pissed off by how bad Jungkook treated her. But that wasn't his fault as well. How you expected him to react when someone suddenly came into his office and forced him to marry her?
She groaned in annoyance as she could feel her heart was burning in anger. The elevator finally opened its door and Sora stepped out from the elevator to make her way to the parking lot where she parked her car.
While walking, she suddenly spotted two familiar figure. The male one was definitely familiar to her since she had met him several times already. But when she moved her eyes to the girl who was walking beside him, she discontinued her steps. "Why do she looks so recognisable to me?" She asked herself and her eyes were focused on her. "I've seen her somewhere—" her eyes widened when she remembered.
She smirked. "I remember now." Her hand slowly turned to a fist. "She's the girl that I saw was being with Jungkook the other day." She muttered under her breathe.
"Today must be my lucky day."
Jimin discontinued his steps while checking his pockets. "Omg, I think I left my phone in the car. Can you wait for awhile while I go to take my phone?" He said. He parked his car not so far from their current spot so it would take only a few minutes for him.
Thinking that it would be dangerous if he let his phone in the car, she nodded her head. "Sure, you better hurry before anyone gets into your car to rob your phone." She chuckled.
"Yeah right." He said then ran towards the spot he parked his car.
Hyerin was literally minding her own business, drinking her shake while waiting for Jimin to come back. But all of the sudden, she fell onto the hard ground when someone suddenly pushed her from behind. That person pushed her so hard.
She winched in pain. "Aw." Her eyes were closed because her brain was still processing what just happened to her.
The next thing she knew was when a pair of red heels was in front of her. She looked up at the person and her eyes met her sharp gaze. Hyerin didn't know much models or artists in the industry but she knew that the person in front of her was familiar because she has seen her face several times before but she wasn't aware of who she really was. "Does it hurt? Are you gonna cry like a cry baby now?" She scoffed while looking down at Hyerin.
Hyerin was confused by the thing Sora just said to her. Like, why would a stranger suddenly came and pushed her for no reason? "I'm sorry but, what are you talking about? And why did you push me?" She tried to stand up but Sora stepped on her hand with her heels.
Trust me when I said it hurt like hell. Hyerin yelled in pain as she pushed Sora away as hard as she could using her other hand but she was too strong and stable. Gladly, the hero Park Jimin was already there and when he saw what happened, he quickly ran towards them and pushed Sora away.
"Damn shit, what the hell do you think you're doing?!" He was mad and he looked down at Hyerin who was still winching in pain. Her hand turned to red very quickly. "Look what you've done to her!" He stood up then took Sora's hand and held it very tightly.
She winched because he gripped on her hand too tight. "Let me go!" She yelled but Jimin didn't listen to her.
He looked at her in the eyes with his fierce vibes haunting her. He turned from a cute mochi guy to a terrifying beast so fast. "I'm the type of a man who hits women." His voice deepened. "But what you have done is too much. Do you think that you can do everything just because you're a famous model?" He scoffed. She just stayed quiet.
"Let me go!" She pleaded and he finally let her hand go. It left a red mark on her hand.
"What you've done to her is more way hurt than what I did to you." He scoffed and helped Hyerin to get up.
Frightening that he might attack her again, she decided to ran away. "That woman— what was she thinking?" He scoffed and helped Hyerin to find the nearest spot to have a sit.
"Why the hell did she do that to you?" Jimin kept on being so loud about what Sora had done to Hyerin. "She's surely insane." He sighed then looked at her hand where Sora stepped on.
"Dammit, look at your hand now. It's getting bruised."
"Tsk, I shouldn't had left you earlier. Now I'm feeling so guilty." Jimin held her hand and she was low-key feeling quite uncomfortable with the sudden physical contact.
She politely pulled her hand off from him then shook her head, "It's okay. I'm fine. You don't have to worry about it." She stated to make him less worried. Jimin took a deep breathe but after they heard the elevator sound, both of them looked at the person who walked out from the elevator.
It was Jungkook. He looked miserable, his tie was loose and his hair was messy.
"Oh no," Hyerin mumbled.
Jungkook
I just went through an absolutely shit and now I was looking down at my watch and it said that it was almost 7 pm. Jimin told me that he'll bring Hyerin back before 6 but it looked like he lied.
I was so pissed off. Both of them were probably still having fun by now. What a bad day I had to go through. I wish she was here with me but I was mad her. Couldn't she just say no to Jimin? Why did she have to accept his offer to go out with him? Did she like him? Tsk.
I rolled my eyes in annoyance and walked out from the elevator and spotted that there were two people sitting on the bench in the lobby and when I looked at them, turned out that it was Hyerin and Jimin. I stopped walking and looked at them. Jimin was sitting so close to Hyerin and it really annoyed me.
Hyerin was just looking at me without saying anything and it pissed me off even more. Say something. After leaving me to go out for a date with Jimin, she still chose to not say anything to me? Fine. I'd just walk away then.
"Hey Jungkook, where the hell are you going now?" Jimin tried to stop me.
I scoffed without looking back at them. "Home." I answered.
"What the–" I heard he cursing something. "Home? Can't you see what had happened to Hyerin? She's hurt!" He said and I turned around right away after being told that she was hurt.
"Hurt? When? Why?" I quickly made my way to her and sat beside her on the bench. I took her hand and noticed that it had a bruise on it. "How did you get this? Omg Jimin what had you done?" I looked at him.
He rolled his eyes at me. "What had I done? Ask yourself. What Sora was doing here?" He suddenly talked about Sora. Did it have something to do with her?
"She was the one who did this to Hyerin. She pushed her hard till she fell onto the ground and stepped on her hand with her heels."
It felt like my heart skipped a beat when I heard it from him. Plus, I felt terrible for even thinking of walking away from her just now. I had never felt this bad towards someone before. "That sl*t," I cursed and pulled Hyerin closer to me. "I'm so sorry that you have to go through that."
Sighing, I stood up and held her hand. "Let me send you home." I said.
"But I thought you were busy. I can send her home if you ar—"
"No, I'm not." I cut Jimin off. I knew he wanted to spend time with Hyerin but not today, Jimin. I won't let you this time.
I heard she winched silently and I looked down at her. "Does it still hurt? Tell me if it does." I said softly while Jimin was watching me weirdly.
"It's okay, I can just take a bus like I always do. You guys don't have to—"
"I know that you don't want to be a burden to us but look at your condition right now. What if something happens to you again? What if she follows you back home? How would you handle it alone?" I asked. She quickly shut up before lowering her head.
I sighed. "Just listen to me this time. Let me send you home." I gestured and gave my hand to her so that I can lead her.
"It's fine, I hurt my hand, not my feet." She rejected.
I scoffed. "Whatever."

This chapter is quite long, I think.
