Chapter Ten: "I'm Going To Break Your Nose."

"I just don't like him Tae."

Taehyung frowned and played with Jungkook's hair as the younger sighed, talking about the events that occurred last night. "I can just tell he thinks of Yoongi-Hyung as more than a friend. He was flirting all over the place. And Hyung didn't seem all too bothered by it? Unless I wasn't looking hard enough.."

"Well how did he introduce him?" Taehyung asked, Jungkook raising an eyebrow.

"He said that Taesung was his roommate." The older grimaced at his boyfriend's words, shaking his head softly.

"Yikes. That's worse then isn't it? I thought Mark was his roommate?" He asked, Jungkook shaking his head and slouching further back into their couch.

"Mark's debuting soon so the company moved him into a dorm with the other members of his group." He answered. "I guess Taesung was his replacement."

Taehyung's frown deepened, biting his bottom lip softly.

"Does Hoseok-Hyung know?" He asked, looking over to Jungkook and sighing as he watch the younger shake his head. "Why haven't you told him?"

"I thought that was Yoongi-Hyung's job!" Jungkook huffed, furrowing his eyebrows. "He is his boyfriend after all. You think he'd mention something about a new roommate."

"Maybe he forgot?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow. "He is also a trainee. His life's probably really busy Jungkookie. Jimin told me Hoseok didn't hear from Yoongi for two weeks straight at one point, maybe it slipped his mind."

Jungkook nodded, looking as if he was in thought for a minute before speaking again.

"Still doesn't mean I'll like Taesung any more. Do you know what he did when they were leaving?" He asked, Taehyung raising an eyebrow.

"What?"

"He wrapped his arm around Yoongi-Hyung's waist. Tell me that's not stepping over the line just a bit."

The older's eyes widened, furrowing his eyebrows and sitting forward on the couch.

"What did Yoongi-Hyung do?" He asked, Jungkook shrugging in response.

"Didn't see." He frowned. "They were out the door before I could see his reaction. My guess is that he pushed him away." Jungkook paused. "I hope he pushed him away."

"We've all seen how much Yoongi and Hoseok-Hyung love each other, I really don't think we have anything to worry about. Yoongi-Hyung wouldn't do anything."

--

"Taesung if you don't let go of me I'm going to break your nose."

Taesung laughed, not moving his arm from where it was wrapped around Yoongi's waist as they walked down one of the hallways of BigHit.

"You didn't seem to mind when I was doing this last night." He smirked, making Yoongi narrow his eyes before elbowing the younger in the ribcage. Taesung yelped, jumping away from the blonde and rubbing his side.

"Don't say it like that." Yoongi frowned. "I was tired, the caffeine hadn't kicked in yet, and I didn't realize you were doing it." He grumbled. "What if Jungkook saw hm? What's he going to think? You said you wouldn't try anything Taesung."

Taesung only chuckled, moving close to Yoongi once more once the pain in his side subsided.

"I guess I forgot." He grinned, "And it's fine. It's not like I full out kissed you or anything, a simple arm around the waist is nothing to get worked up about."

Yoongi glanced at the younger from the corner of his eye.

"If your lips ever go anywhere near me you're a dead man Taesung." He spoke, words calm although his eye was threatening to twitch in annoyance.

"You were so nice to me last night Hyung!" Taesung laughed, rolling his sleeves up before running a hand through his hair. "What happened?"

"I can't kill you in public so I decided to just deal with you."

"No no!" The younger beamed, "You were having a good time admit it! You even laughed at some of my jokes!"

"I was extremely tired." Yoongi's dead panned, "I was probably delusional."

"You just don't want to admit I'm not all that bad do you?" The smile was still ever present on Taesung's face. "You act like you hate me, but in reality you don't think I'm all that bad."

Yoongi and Taesung were about to part ways, the blonde having to go to dance while the raven haired male had to go to vocal lessons.

"What fucking planet are you living on?" Yoongi scoffed, crossing his arms. "I'm usually not too keen on people who hit on people who are taken."

"I can't help it Hyung." Taesung laughed. "I've always liked a challenge."

--

"I'm going to have a shower. Don't touch any of my things."

Taesung raised an eyebrow and smirked at Yoongi's words, looking up from his phone screen.

"I would never." He answered, the older rolling his eyes.

"I never know with you." He huffed before closing the door, Taesung hearing the shower turn on not long after.

He wasn't planning on touching any of Yoongi's things and thought that the older needed to trust him more; that is, until Yoongi's phone rang.

He wasn't going to pick it up, but eventually got sick of the ringing noise and stood up, walking over to Yoongi's nightstand that his phone was set on.

"Hello?" He answered, tapping his fingers along his thigh as he waited for a response.

"Yoongi?" A voice answered from the other end, Taesung raising an eyebrow.

"Sorry, he's in the shower right now." Taesung spoke. "I'm his roommate, Taesung."

"I thought Mark was his roommate?" Taesung's eyebrows shot up at the confusion laced within the other's words, finding it quite amusing that Yoongi hadn't mentioned him. It was probably on purpose, knowing him.

"Mark moved out a little while ago." He answered, "He's debuting soon so... Who is this by the way?"

"I'm his..." The male hesitated. "Friend, Hoseok."

Taesung narrowed his eyes, the name familiar to his ears. Hoseok? As in, Yoongi's boyfriend Hoseok?

"Friend huh? Because I recall Yoongi-Hyung mentioning that his boyfriend was named Hoseok, sure you're not him?"

He heard what sounded like a sigh of relief.

"Yeah that's me. I just wasn't sure if he had told you." Hoseok answered, Taesung humming in response.

"Yoongi-Hyung talks about you all the time." He drawled, lazily drawing circles on the nightstand with his finger. "Did you know that?"

"I-I didn't." Taesung could practically hear the smile on Hoseok's face.

"Do you love him?" Taesung asked, shooting a glance at the bathroom door.

"Of course!" The other answered, making Taesung bite his lip to stop the sigh that wanted to escape. Should he say it? He knew Yoongi would find out he spoke to Hoseok if he did but... He already hated him anyway didn't he?

"Then break up with him." He dead panned, continuing when he heard nothing but silence from the other end. "Think about it, it's already hard dating when he's a trainee right? Imagine what it'll be like when he becomes an idol. If anyone finds out about you two Yoongi might as well kiss his career goodbye. Sure you want to risk that?"

"I-I.." Hoseok paused. "Yoongi and I agreed we'd work through it."

Taesung shrugged.

"I'm just telling you the truth." He answered. "They say it's gets easier as time goes on, but that's definitely not the case with this. I hate to break it to you, but it's true."

"I'm not breaking up with him." The other spoke firmly over the phone, although Taesung didn't miss the slight waver in his voice at the end.

Taesung frowned, speaking two last words before he heard the shower turn off and he hung up the phone, placing back where it used to be.

"Suit yourself."
