Mira's POV:

Erza, Happy, Natsu, and Gray just left to go on their mission. Master was walking up to his office when he said, "Laxus, Mira, Guidarts. Come with me." We looked at each other with confused expressions on our faces. We followed Master up to his office and he took a seat on top of his desk. Laxus said, "Ok old man, what's going on?" Master said,"I want to do the S-Class trials earlier this year." We looked at him like he was crazy. 'He's the guild master. It's his decision on what happens in the guild.' Gildarts said, "Uh Master... Why didn't you wait till Erza and Mystogen were here to tell us? And why does it seem you are wanting our opinion on it as well." Master Makarov sighed,"I will tell Erza when she gets back. And I don't think Mystogen will be here anytime soon. And I do want your opinion. I have decided that since Natsu and Gray are back, they deserve to have a chance at being S-Class as soon as they can seeing how strong they are and due the fact they have missed the past 3 trials. The only problem is I don't know what to do for the trials." We all stood/sat there thinking. Then I had an idea, "What if we do a tournament!" The guys were quiet for a moment, then agreed to the idea. We went to work planning the trials from there.

Lucy's POV:

'Jeez. I was really hoping I could go on the mission with the others. I wanted to see some of the strongest mages fight. I could just picture Natsu... Oh shit he's hot. And he will be mine!' I was snapped out of my thoughts when Master called up the other S-Class mages that were present.  "Probably telling them to be ready if the others needed back up." I guess I was thinking out loud, because Lisanna was walking towards me and laughed. She said, "I bet he just has something important to discuss with them. Natsu, Gray, Erza, and Happy can handle themselves. Besides, Master Makarov never sends back up for anyone unless they request it." "Then I wonder what they are talking about." "I could ask Mira later." I nodded my head and said, "That's a good idea. I really want to know what they are talking about." "Probably something about Natsu and Gray." I nodded agreeing with her thought. Then I remember something she asked earlier, "Hey, why did you ask them if they met anyone they liked while traveling?" She began to blush darker than Mira's dress. "Well... I-I kinda like Natsu. A-and I wanted to make sure I still had a chance..." I was starting to get mad at the comment, "Ha ha... funny... I uh... I know I just met him and all... but... I kinda like him too... I mean, you've seen him. Who wouldn't go head over heels for the guy!?" Lisanna got a weird glint in her eyes, "Then I guess we will let him decide. May the best woman win." And with that... we turned our lives into a contest for Natsu. At least for a little while.

Erza's POV:

We were on the train heading to a small town near Crocus so we could take down a dark guild called Blood Knight. Natsu wasn't looking like he was about to lose his guts, so I said, "Natsu, don't you have motion sickness?" He looked at me wide-eyed. "I uh... yeah... I got over it while we were training. Just don't tell anyone... I want to mess with the rest of the guild." Gray laughed at that. "Sure. And by 'mess with the guild' you mean act motion sick and then puke all over me!" We all laughed at that. Then Happy said, "Who wants to play a game while we are on the train since Natsu won't puke on us?" We decided to play Paranoia. We took turn whispering questions into each other's ears and they said who would most likely fit the questions. The only thing was the answer couldn't be the person asking the question or the person who has to answer. Then we would flip a coin, if it landed on heads, we had to say what the question was, but if it was tails, we had to leave our comrades guessing what the question was. We played until we had to get off the train. That was when our mission began.

Gray's POV:

We got off the train and started walking through the forest on the outskirts of the town. We were walking for about 17 minutes before Natsu stopped and started smelling the air. He said, "I can smell people close by. Don't let your guard down." We nodded our heads. 'Thanks for the warning Flame-Brain.' 'Oh shuddap! You know the warning wasn't for you.' We kept walking for about 4 minutes before we heard a twig snap. We looked in the direction of the noise. At first we did't see anything, but then we saw an attack coming our way. We dodged it before Erza summoned a sword. She went and attacked the unseen attacker and knocked him out. Then she said, "We must be getting close to their guild hall. All of you, stay alert." We nodded and continued walking. After a few minutes we saw the guild hall. It looked like a very small castle that has been covered in moss. Many of the stones making up the structure were damaged and losing their color. We noticed their were a few people guarding the place and went in some bushes to talk about a plan. 

Erza said, "I think we should try and sneak in through a different entrance." We agreed and had Happy go see if there was another way into the building. He came back after 10 minutes and said, "There isn't another entrance. We have to use the front door." Natsu chucked and then got slightly more serious, "I guess that means we move to plan T, right?" We looked at him like he was crazy. I said, "Jeez, even I know you aren't this dumd. B comes after A you idiot. So why would we go to plan T?" Happy and Natsu started laughing. Then Natsu asked, "Do you know what plan T is? If you did you would get the name." Me and Erza sat thinking for a a few seconds, but we didn't come up with anything. Erza said, "What's plan T?" Then Happy said, "TAKE 'EM BY STORM!!!" We laughed, immediately knowing what the T stood for. I said, "Plan T it is. Lets go kick some butts!" And with that, we jumped out of the bushes and charged the guards. 

We easily kicked their asses. Then we kicked down the doors and trashed the guild. They all attacked us with their magic. There were at least 300 wizards in here. We fought threw them though, one dropping after the next. None of us were going all out, even Erza was holding back. We got rid of all the guild members in 16 minutes tops, but we still had to take care of the master. We heard loud steps being taken. They were coming down the stairs straight towards us. The master was a man who looked to be in his mid 40's . He wore all black and had a long scar running down the left side of his face. He had white hair and dark gray eyes. He said, "Who the hell are you and what are you doing here?" Happy said, "We're members of Fairy Tail and we came to destroy your so called guild and turn you in to the Magic Council!" The man laughed, "HA! As if 3 kids and a cat could take me down. What do you take me for, a weakling?" With that, he attacked. He launched dark red orbs at us. We easily dodged. Natsu said, "Erza, how 'bout you take the honor of beating him into the ground? Me and Gray still haven't watched you fight!" Erza nodded her head and said, "Re-quip: Heaven's Wheel!" She changed into her Heaven's Wheel armor and attacked the man. The man was unconscious in a matter and minutes. Erza only had one injury if you could call it that. After the fight was over, we called the council on the communication lacrima we brought and told them we finished the job. They said they would have the Rune Knights here in a few minutes.

About 20 minutes after we called, the Rune Knights came and took all 300+ wizards away. The leader of the group of knights said, "Thank you for taking care of the dark guild. They have been causing trouble for some time now. The Magic Council said they will mail your pay to Fairy Tail." We nodded and headed back to the train station. 

Natsu's POV:

We got on the train and headed back Magnolia. I heard Gray say. "That wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be." Erza said, "I agree. I don't think it was supposed to take such a short amount of time," Happy said, "That just shows how strong you guys are! You guys could beat anyone any day!" We laughed at Happy's comment and continued to talk for the rest of the train ride. 

We got off the train and walked back to the guild. We were about 20 feet away before I said, "Are there any other new guild members? I smell two unfamiliar people in the guild." Erza nodded before saying, "Yes. I believe you smell Juvia and Gajeel. They joined Fairy Tail about a month after Lucy joined. The only reason they joined in the first place is because their guild, Phantom Lord, got disbanded after trying to destroy our's." I nodded, understanding what happened and why I smelled new people. We got to the guild and I kicked down the door yelling, "WE MADE IT BACK ALIVE!" Everyone but the people I assumed were Gajeel and Juvia were shocked to say the least. Then, Max said, "W-wait. Didn't you guys leave for an S-Class mission a few hours ago?" Gray said, "Yeah. And we just got back. In all honesty the dark guild wasn't that strong." Then Lucy, who I am glad didn't come with us, said, "You three, well four if Happy did anything, took down an entire dark guild by yourselves?" We nodded our heads and sat down at the bar and Happy flew over to Lucy. 

Mira's POV:

Team Natsu sat down at the bar. Gray said, "Can I get a cup of ice water... mostly ice...?" I nodded and Natsu said, "Hey! Could you get me some fire too! I'm starving!" Erza laughed at his antics. "Oh Natsu, you're always hungry. And Mira, could I get some strawberry cake." I nodded and said, "Coming right up! And Erza, Master wanted to speak with you when you got back." She nodded, got up, and said, "I'll go talk with him. I'll be back for my cake though." Then she walked off to Master's office. 

I gave Natsu and Gray their orders. Natsu's flames were gone in seconds, so was Gray's extra icy water. As they finished their 'food' Gajeel and Juvia came over and Natsu and Gray turned  around in their chairs. Gajeel said, "So you are the two guys who recently came back after 3 year eh? Who the heck are you guys? And why the fuck did you order fire and water with a crap ton of ice?" The two mages sighed and said, "I'm Natsu and I ordered the fire to eat it dumb ass." "My name's Gray and I got the water for obvious reasons." This just seemed to make Gajeel mad. 'I saw Juvia start to freak out when Gray turned around and looked at her though... maybe she likes him... NEW SHIP!!!!!' "Tch. I bet you two aren't even that strong. My name's Gajeel and I'm a first generation iron dragon slayer." "M-My n-name's Juvia. Juvia is a water mage. I-I bet you guys are strong, I mean you just came back from an S-Class mission in a few hours from what I could tell." "Yeah. I bet the only reason they could do it though was because there were 75 people and Erza was with them." Natsu and Gray laughed. Gray said, "Please. There were more than 300 people in the guild, and Erza did just as much work as we did. We're not weak idiots like you think we are." Gajeel was getting even more frustrated by the second. I said, "Now boys lets not start a fight," but I was too late. Gajeel had already punched both Natsu and Gray saying, "Iron Dragon: Club." Everyone went quiet, wanting to see what would happen next. We knew that Gray and Natsu were both very strong and had short tempers... so we were all a bit scared for the iron dragon slayer. Gray and Natsu were silent and their hair was shadowing their eyes. "Nothing to say? Jeez, you two are just pathetic weaklings."  We felt strong magic pressure coming from the Ice and Fire mages, stronger than when the two mages fought earlier. Then next thing we saw was that Gray, Natsu, an Gajeel were gone. We heard a cry of pain outside and we all rushed out to see what happened. We saw Gajeel beaten on the ground, cowering back from Natsu, who was covered in flames and ,Gray, who was surrounded by frost. Simultaneously they said, "Don't EVER call us weak again!" And with that, they walked back into the guild hall.

Master Makarov's POV:

I had just finished telling Erza our plan for the S-Class trials when we felt very strong magic pressure. 'What do those brats think they're doing! They're going to seriously hurt someone if they don't let up.' Me and Erza rushed downstairs, only to see the entire guild outside and crowded by the doors. Then we heard, "Don't EVER call us weak again!" We watched as the gild members who were blocking the door move so Natsu and Gray could come back in. I watched the two boys go to their normal table and sit down. The rest of the guild soon came back inside the guild. When Laxus walked back inside, I saw him carrying Gajeel. He sat Gajeel down at one of the tables farthest away from Natsu and Gray. 'Seriously! What did he do to piss them off?' 

I went up onto the stage and said, "Can I have your attention?!" When I said this, the S-Class mages got what I was doing and joined me onstage. "This year's S-Class trials will be different from the previous years." With that, everyone's attention was on me. "There will still be 8 finalists for the trial, but there will be a few changes. For one, They will be held in 3 weeks time. You will have one week to try and get yourself a nomination. Then you will have two weeks to prepare. The trial will still be held on Tenrou Island, but the challenge will be very different from past years. We will have a tournament style S-Class wizard trial. There will be and A-Block and a B-Block. The finalists will fight in one vs one matches until it gets down to the final two. Once it gets down to the final two, they will have a choice. The first choice is to fight each other and the winner will face 2 S-Class mages in 2 separate battles. The second one will be that the final 2 team fight 2 vs 4 against the S-Class mages." When I said the second choice, there were many different reactions. Some people were freaking out at the idea of taking on 4 S-Class mages in a 2 vs 4 match. It seemed some were already thinking about not trying to get a place in the trials. Others, being Natsu and Gray, were smirking and seemed very excited about the second choice. Then I continued, "This will mean that there will be 0-2 new S-Class mages this year. I wish you all of you luck in earning your nomination. And I wish the people who do get nominated the best of luck in their upcoming fights. That is all." Then I jumped off the stage. Some people who had already gotten over the shock of the second choice went to the request board to try to earn themselves a spot in the trials. However, I saw Natsu and Gray, sitting and talking like nothing even happened. 

Natsu's POV:

When me and Gray heard what the S-Class trials would be this year, we freaked out. We were going to be able to have so many fights! After everyone went running to the request board, me and Gray started talking about the trials and who we thought would get a spot in the trials this year. I said, "I bet you, me, Elfman, Cana, and your new fan girl get a spot for the trials. Freed too. I don't know who the other two spots would go to. Maybe metal head, but I don't know about the eighth spot." Gray said, "First of all, who the heck is my 'new fangirl'? And second, I agree with all of your predictions. The eighth spot might go to someone else in the thunder legion. Or maybe Levy. She might not be as strong as some others, but she can come up with some great strategies to help with her fighting." I thought about what he said for a moment before replying, "Yeah I see where you're coming from with the nominees. And your 'new fan girl' would be Juvia. She's been staring at you for a while. I bet she likes you. But she's outta luck! Your mine!" I said the last part to where only Gray could hear. He smiled at my comment but then told me something along the same lines. Quiet enough for only me to hear, he said, "You know, Lisanna has liked you since we were kids. And I think Lucy likes you now." I wasn't all that surprised by Lisanna liking be. Shit, she would always says we were like a married couple while we were taking care of Happy! But Lucy too! I really don't want he trying to flirt with me. "Oh well. They missed their chance a year and a half ago! I got the best boyfriend ever now!" I whispered in his ear. He smiled. We got up from our table and headed towards my house so we could spar in the forest without being disturbed.

Hello! The 3rd chapter is done! 

I realize this is my 4th update in 3 days, but I just really like writing this story! I already have ideas for the next few chapters. Updates will eventually slow down though I also apologize for any errors in the story!

Also... I think this is the longest chapter I have ever written on Wattpad out of my 3 books.
