This is a story I wrote for a fanfic fest on AO3(InBloom) I had to choose a prompt to base my story on and write it before a deadline. It has been over two months since I have submitted the fic and now it has finally been revealed! I hate that I had to keep this story a secret from you guys because I love it so much, and I hope you guys love it just as much as I do!!

This is the prompt that this story is based on:

Scientist Taehyung sends his rover (JK97) to explore Mars with an expected lifespan of 3 months, but it lasts 15 yrs. With 0s & 1s (coding language), they are happy.

One day Tae receives his last message from JK97.
'My battery is low, and it's getting dark. Thank you for believing in me.'
