Lloyd was in his new lab with Cecile. They were sleeping with their heads on the table for working all night. Lloyd then put his head up sleepily and fix his glass.

"Oh my, why did this one had to take so long." he said. He stand up and walk to a unusual microwave. He open it and took out a some bottle. He smile and raise it up. "Finally, the Harinezumi Full Bottle is finally complete."

"You and those bottles." said Cecile. "You know we been working on them for at least a month, and yet your happy about it." Cecile slowly stand up. "Why don't you sleep like a normal scientist. I'm tire from all that work."

"Don't worry, we have two new people that will help us."

"Yeah, one of them let us stay under his cafe, while the other one is his sister who help us make these." Cecile went to Lloyd and took the bottle away from him. "I'll going up back to the café. Make sure to get ready, we're about to open soon."

"Okay, just let me check the smash we beaten so far."

"No, your not. Your actually going to work in the café." Cecile throw Lloyd's cafe uniform and went to the bathroom. "Two jobs a day, I couldn't even handle one job." She mumble.

*In the café*

"Suzaku, one cup of coffee for table 6." said the manager.

"Coming." said Suzaku. He went to the coffee machine and poor a cup of coffee. He place it on a large silver plate and went to table 6. "Cup of coffee."

"Yes." said the man. Suzaku place the coffee on his table.

"Enjoy." Suzaku walk back to the work station. "Man, it been 3 months scene everything is back to normal."

"Indeed it has." Suzaku turn and saw the manager.

"Hey Will."

"That's Mr. Ryu." he said.

"Right, Mr. Ryu." he turn in front of the café. "You know, ever scenes I kill Lelouch, I been thinking of what am I going to do now."

"Well, you got Zero."

"Yeah, but even with that, I don't do it to much. Beside, Nunnally deserve better."

"I here yeah. But being Zero change everyones future. Even yours."

"Yeah, but I guess I'm not that type of guy who will hurt or kill people anymore."  Suzaku took of his apron and went to the exit door. "I'm going out."

"Okay, just be back soon." Will wave at him.

"Sure."  Suzaku went outside. He took out his strange phone and one of the full bottles. He shake the bottle, turn the top and put is on the hole of his phone. He then threw it as it transform.

*Build Change*

Suzaku then walk over and press a button to make a helmet appear in the back. He put it on and got on his bike.

"Well, here I go." he said.

"Wait." Suzaku turn and saw Lloyd in the café uniform. "I want to give you the Harinezumi bottle." he handed Suzaku the bottle.

"If this will help me in battle then I'm up for it."

"That's the spirit."

"Well, I'm off." Suzaku drove his bike away.

"Drive safely."

*In the Sewer*

"HELP ME!" a young man was running ion the sewer without a shirt. He stop to catch his breath. "Please, someone help."

"Find Kaito Shadow, find Kaito Shadow." he heard a robotic voices.

"Sh*t!" the young man start to run. "I need to find an exit." he look up and saw the entrance up to the city. "Found it."

He start to climb up and got out of the sewer. He look around and there is no one there.

"So far so good. Achoo!" the young man sneeze. "I need to find a shirt." he look over at some dirty clothing in some garbage bag. He look around to find a shirt and saw a white dirty shirt. He flap it a couple time before putting it on. "This will do for now."

"Find Kaito Shadow, Find Kaito Shadow." another robotic voices came.

"No not now." he hid behind the truck. He took a look and notice some robots walk pass him. "Good. Now I just need to figure out how to clear my name."

"Kaito-Shadow-found." the young man look up and saw one of the robots as it swing its weapon at him.

"WHOA!" as he move he notice he was surrounded by robots. "F**k, not again."

*With Suzaku*

Suzaku look at the ocean and see how beautiful it is. He notice he saw the mask of Zero in the sea.

"Zero huh?" he said. "I wish this didn't comes to this. I'm so sorry Lelouch, I wish it was different back then." he look up in the sky. "Lelouch, if you can hear me, I want to say I'm sorry. For everything. Your sister, our childhood, everything."

He's phone starts to ring. He pick it up and notice Lloyd was calling. "Hello?"

"Suzaku, we found something." said Lloyd. "A criminal name Kaito has escape from prison."

"What did he did?"

"He murder someone during his crime. He was once a pro boxer who was banned. We need your help."

"Got it."

*With the man*

The man drove one of the robot's motorcycle.

"I need to lay low for now." he said. "I can't be caught again."

"Hey!" the man turn seeing Suzaku chasing him on his bike.

"Sh*t." the man drove faster. 'I can't be caught again!' he thought. 'I don't want to go back!'

"Oh no you don't." Suzaku speed up right next to the man. He spin his bike causing the man to get off.

"AH!" the man landed on the ground as Suzaku stop.

"I believe your Kaito Shadow." Suzaku took off his helmet. "I heard you are the murder of someone and tries to get away."

"No!" Kaito shouted. "I didn't kill anyone. And I wasn't trying to run away."

"Then why not go back to jail."

"I can't. They'll use me as an experiment. You got to believe me."

"I'll believe you in court." Suzaku run up to trying to punch him. Kaito in the other hand manage to dodge thanks to his boxing skill. He then hit Suzaku's chest causing Suzaku to step back. "Not bad for a Ex-Pro Boxer." Suzaku smile. "Lets see you try this." he took out a red Full Bottle and start to shake it.

"What are you-?" Suzaku ran fast before Kaito can finish. "What the!?" Suzaku was back of him. He quickly kick Kaito causing him to land on the ground. Kaito stand up. "That power." he hold his left arm. "Your one of those mask freaks right?"

"Mask freaks?" Suzaku wonder. "Wait, what do you mean?"

Kaito grab to Suzaku's  shirt. "Don't ply dumb with me! They kidnap me, put me in a box, did something to my body!"

Suzaku grab on to Kaito shoulders. "Wait, did you saw a bat man guy?"

"A bat man guy?"

"Yes. He has a bat helmet mask on! You got to tell me!"

"I don't know!" Kaito push him. "All I could know, is they use me as an experiment. You got to believe me I was frame for that murder."

"AAAAHHHH!" Kaito and Suzaku turn seeing a monster. He had two big hand clinch as fists.

"A Smash, now?" Suzaku panic.

"What's that?" Kaito prepare his boxing state.

Suzaku turn and lay up. "That's a Smash. It's no ordinary person, you can't beat it!"

The Smash walk to Kaito. "Like hell I would." Kaito walk to the Smash. "AH!" he punch it, but there was no damage. "What?!" the Smash push him. "AH!" Kaito fell than quickly stand up. "Dumb a**!"

Suzaku ran up to the Smash and hold it. "What are you doing!? Get out you idiot!" the Smash push him. As Suzaku lay up, the Smash grab Kaito and jump high as he can. "NO!" he stand up. "That idiot! That Smash going to kill him!"

*With the Smash*

The Smash landed near a big wall dropping Kaito.

"AH!" Kaito landed on the ground before getting back up and prepare to fight. "You a**hole." as he throw a punch, nothing happen. The smash punch him causing him to fell down. "AH" he grunted. "His to tough. How am I suppose to beat him?"

"Let me take care of this." Kaito look back and saw Suzaku.

"You again?!"

"The names Suzaku, and I won't let him hurt you." he place a driver on his waste.

"What the-" Suzaku than took a red and blue Fullbottle.

"Now, shall we begin the experiment?" Suzaku smirk as he shake the Fullbottles. Number and equations shows as he done it. He place the red Fullbottle on his right hand to the left slot.

*Rabbit!*

He then put the blue Fullbottle on his left hand to the right slot.

*Tank! Best Match!*

The turn the lever.

*Are you Ready?!*

The lines appear with Blue parts going to the back and Red parts going to the front. He then made a pose to transform.

"Henshin!" Suzaku yell as he cross and put his arms down. The parts combine together to form armer.

*Hagane no Moonsault! RabbitTank! Yeahhh!*

The red parts was a rabbit like, while the Blue parts was a tank like.

"What the f**k?!" Kaito wonder.

He made a pose for his new transformation. "I am Kamen Rider Build." he said after becoming Kamen Rider Build. The smash ran up to him, but Build punch him. The smash try to hit him, but Build already had the upper hand by throwing his own punches. "Nice try, let's see you try this." he took out took out the Harinezumi Fullbottle and shake it. He took out the Rabbit Fullbottle and replace it with the Harinezumi.

*Harinezumi!*

He than turn the lever.

*Are you Ready?!*

"Build up!" Build announce as he cross and lay his arms down. The Harinezumi parts replace the Rabbit parts with white. He had a spike fist on his right hand.

"He change again?" Kaito notice.

As the smash charge at Build, Build poke him with his right hand.

"Poke," said Build. "Poke, poke poke, poke." he poke the smash five time before going to the street. He then took the Rabbit Fullbottle and replace the Harinezumi Fullbottle.

*Rabbit! Best Match! Are you Ready?*

Build then quickly change back to RabbitTank form.

*Hagane no Moonsault! RabbitTank! Yeahhh!*

"All right, now for the final attack." Build turn the lever as a formal are form. He turn and ran as fast as he can. He then jumped down underground.

"What the heck?!" Kaito was surprised.

Build jump up as he did his rider kick with his Tank parts.

*Borutekku Finisshu (Vortex Finish)*

Build destroy the Smash before he drop to the ground.

"Alright." he took an empty Bottle before he put it straight to the Smash and suck the Nebula Gas. The Bottle was full as the smash turn into a man.

Kaito looks at him. "Wait, I know you." he pick the man up. "Where were the mask freaks?"

"Mask freaks?" the man wonder. "I don't know what you're talking about."

"Don't play dumb with me! They did something to our bodies!"

"He doesn't remember." said Build. "Its better for some people to forget the horror they have to face."

"What about me!?" Kaito let go of the man and stand up. "I'm innocent! I never kill anyone before!"

"We'll figure it out. So trust me."

"How can I?"

"Because I believe in you."

"What the f**k are you talking about?"

"Back than, when I was a kid, that probably happen to me too. So trust me and I'll trust you."

[Play 'Be The One' from Kamen Rider Build]

Its start off with a man getting Pandora's Box.

[*After retrieving Pandora's Box 10 years ago, it has split our country into three area.*] A man touch the Pandora Box as three lines separate the country.

[*Now Touto, Seito and Hokuto was made, and could be resulting into untold chaos*] Build stood on a tower before the title is shown.

[Kono mama. Aruki tsuzuketeiru. Konnya mo maasugu. Hitori no ashiato tadotte...] Suzaku shook the Rabbit and Tank Fullbottles before looking straight at the camera. Suzaku than was in the lab solving equation while Build rode his bike as the other main characters are shown. He smile at the camera before going back to work.

[Hateshinai, dakedo kimi dake wa. Hateshinai, dakedo kimi dake wa. Dokoka de matteru. Egao tayasazuni.] Kaito threw his fist as a boxer, as Will's daughter fix her hair and move some of the decoration around before going inside the making room. Build ride past Kaito and Will's daughter, and some of Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics Guardians and a man. The camera change to where the man and his Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics Guardians are near Pandora's Box. The next scene shows Suzaku and the other from one place in the store after another.

[There you will...] Will's daughter open her eyes in the making room before holding her arm where her bracelet is.

[Be The One, Be The One! All right! Ashita no chikyū o naki da senai kara.] The others jumped as Suzaku smile as he went grab the Fullbottle. He than turn into Kamen Rider Build as he did his rider pose.

[Be The Lights, Be The Lights! All right! Tsuyoku nareru yo, I wanna Get it!] Build jump up in his RabbitTank form and did his rider kick. In his GorillaMond form, he swing his huge fist down. In his HarinezumiTank form, the punch quickly. Night Rogue appear as Kaito fight some of the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics soldiers.

[Nanika wo tasukete sukutte dakishime. Kokoro ni furete todoku yo, tsutaware.] Build pick up some pf the Fullbottles then see one different Fullbottles shake by a person and again by another one. Will's daughter and Kaito shook one while Suzaku shook two. The camera change as equation Broke through the walls.

[Be The One, Be The Lights! Message, Okoru yo hibiku yo!] Build drove away from a Guardian (Union State), change to GorillaMond form and knock it down. He did a pose in his GorillaMond form. He than stand up in his RabbitTank form. He than Raise his right fist in his HarinezumiTank form. Kaito yell as he threw his right fist. It ends with Build doing his rider pose in his RabbitTank form before standing on a building as some equation float by.
