Y/N's P.O.V:

"Bye Y/N! See you tomorrow!" Hector waved at me before leaving.

"Goodbye Hector!" I waved back.

I have a huge crush on Hector, but I never told him. I didn't want to break our friendship. I headed home with a sigh.

"There you are Y/N, how was your day?" Mama asked me.

"It was fine mama." I replied.

"Good to hear! I made your favorite for dinner tonight." Mama said, before handing me my favorite food.

"Thanks mama!" I said, before scarfing it down.

After I was finished, I went to my bedroom and flopped down on my bed. When was I going to confess to Hector? When are we going to share our first kiss...

Wait what? I removed those thoughts out of mind and just went to sleep.

The Next Day...

"Y/N! Someone's at the door waiting for you!" Mama called.

I got changed and decided to check who it was, it was Hector.

"Hola Y/N!" He chuckled.

"Hola Hector!" I replied.

With mama's agreement, both me and Hector began taking a stroll or a short walk together. I must have not been looking where I was going and tripped on some small cracks in the road, luckily Hector caught me.

Author (Me): My gosh that was so cliche..

Director: Author get out of the scene!

Author (Me): Okay, bye..

Director: Okay! Read the script again Author!

Hector and I stared at each other's eyes for a moment. Hector realized what he was doing and let go of me, not letting me fall of course.

"Umm... Thanks Hector." I said.

"N-No problem Y/N." Hector awkwardly chuckled.

It was silent for a couple of minutes.

"Umm.. Hector.. There was something I always wanted to tell you." I said facing him.

Hector stood confused and a bit nervous.

"Well.. What is it then Y/N?" Hector nervously asked.

Here I go..

"Hector.. I.. I always loved you ever since we were 16 and you showed up in my life. I didn't want to tell you this because, I didn't want to break the friendship we had." I said.

I had said it.. I finally said it..

"H-Hector?" I asked.

Hector didn't say anything, but had a shocked expression on his face. What have I done? Does he not love me that way? Does he love Imelda?

I was then met with a soft pair of lips, being shocked I didn't do anything, but after a while I melted into it. It was so perfect I didn't want this to stop, but we had to because, we need air.

"I always loved you Y/N, I just wasn't sure if you loved me back, mi amor." Hector smiled.

I hugged him, my first kiss was better than I thought it would ever be.
