So, someone requested me to do this! So, just to make sure, I made this a gender neutral one shot! Enjoy! :3

Y/N's P.O.V:

"Hey Y/N! Are you listening to me?" Imelda called.

I looked up to see my best friend Imelda.

"Huh? Oh sorry.. I wasn't listening.. What did you say again." I replied.

"Ay!" Imelda called, taking one of her boots off to whack me in the head again.

"S-Sorry! I really didn't hear what you said.." I trailed off.

I couldn't say this to her, but I had feelings for her ever since her husband, Hector left. I know she's already married and has a daughter.. But still..

"Ay Y/N! I told you to polish some of these shoes for the past ten minutes! What were you daydreaming about?" She asked.

I loved her gorgeous features, her face, the way she talks with such a strong accent, I was daydreaming about you Imelda.. Sh*t.. Hector's probably gonna hate me if he ever returns for me thinking about her like this.

"Well, what are you waiting for Y/N! Hurry up and polish those shoes!" Imelda called, before leaving to take care of Coco. I was also best friends with Coco, we would tell stories.. BUT IT WASN'T ABOUT MUSIC! I SWEAR!

I did what Imelda told me and got to work polishing some of the shoes, until they shined and when I saw my reflection in them, to be honest, I couldn't stand a chance with Imelda.

Even if Imelda was one of the most gorgeous woman in Santa Cecilia, she was also one of the most powerful independent woman, who didn't need no man/woman in her life. So basically, anyone who wanted to try to date her, would immediately get rejected and walk off. Imelda didn't want to have a new love for a partner ever sine Hector left.

"Y/N. You're done for today, it's already night, you can go home. I'll see you again tomorrow." Imelda said, I turned around and saw Imelda holding Coco in her arms.

"Bye bye Y/N!" Coco called, before I exited the shop/workshop to go home. I turned around to have a quick look, I saw Imelda turning the "open" sign, to the "closed" sign, before turning off all the lights to put Coco to bed.

I just hope tomorrow, I won't act all dreamy again, I had enough of getting hit with Imelda's boot to last me a lifetime.
