So recently.. AllisonR3333 dared me to write 5 one shots for my OTP ship.. Imelda and Hector! Or as you want to call it.. Imector! This is dare one shot #1 Enjoy! I also dared Allison to do the same, so go check it out! :3

Imelda's P.O.V:

Hector, well.. Sometimes he would forget his guitar, so I would have his guitar ready in my hand, marching towards the plaza watching him getting all panicked. I would go straight to him, and give him his guitar, which would end him kissing me in front of everyone. But today, he didn't forget his guitar, for he was leaving to travel with Ernesto.

Coco clung to my dress as we watched Hector fade away into the street. But I never knew he would actually fade away from us. Those days without him promising to return turned into months, and months turned into years.. That's when I knew that my amor Hector would never return to us. So I banished music from our lives. For it tore us apart, it tore Hector away from familia. It made him forget about us. So, I started to make shoes to try to forget about him, but it never worked.. No matter how hard I tried.

I know I should just forget about him, but.. There are memories that you have with that special someone that you just can't let go. As much as I succeeded into raising Coco, I did not succeed into forgetting Hector. I want to forget about him but....
