The bullshit world we live in has decided to fuck up my day

I was wearing a shirt, you know the one that lists different sexualities and genders crossed out and says I'm a human at the bottom?

so I'm holding this plate of pizza in the lunch line and the principal calls me over. He asks how my first few days are, if I'm liking the school, and okay that's chill so I tell him it's been pretty good!

Then he looks at my shirt. And I swear, he looked angry.

He goes, You can't wear that kind of shirt here. It's inappropriate.

Now keep in mind, it wasn't like a crop top or a tank top or anything, I was even wearing a hoodie. And he had the nerve to say my clothing wasn't appropriate.

So he says I have to zip up my hoodie for the rest of the day and not wear that shirt at school again.

And I just nod, buy my lunch, and sit down. Let me tell you, my squad at the table was pissed. Sarah actually took a picture of me on Instagram, ranting about homophobic leaders and stuff.

Seriously, that was just the most asshole thing ever. When I wore the parental advisory shirt to open house, we actually asked people if my shirts were okay.

Everyone said they were fine. That I wouldn't get in trouble for them.

And oh boy look at today

On other terms, there was a pep rally thing that was mandatory for new students

Okay, so Sam (Samantha) and I are chilling in the bleachers watching the cheerleaders. The marching band comes out, and it goes from loud to-

I'm pretty sure my ears should have been bleeding.

Then the football team comes out, and it gets louder!

As if that wasn't enough, out comes the cross country team, and IT GETS LOUDER

So there's all these kids screaming at the tops of their lungs, and this band playing super loud, and they also had music playing over the speakers? One kid was wearing ear plugs.
