We walked back into the room where Nico was with Maggie who was still sound asleep

" Now we can have this conversation but it's going to be quick , Riley is your brothers Sal's Soon to be Wife along with Logan , this little bundle of adorableness is Maggie , she is adopted by The three of them , there is an ex that is after Riley , the ex took money from a small Mob called the Falcones now they have been paid off but seems Dillion doesn't get the picture he wants to take Riley and give her to them for payment but as you know no one takes what a Giovanni loves so they are here until Sal and Logan deal with Dillion " Nico explains

About the time he finished Maggie woke up she sat up in his arms looked at him smiled then laid her head back down
" Uncle Nico I'm hungry " she says
" Okay Little Princess lets go find some food to fill that belly of yours " Nico said

I picked Maggie up off Nicos lap, He got up then took her from me
That's when she saw Izzy
" Uncle Nico who is that " she asked
" Well my little Maggie that is My Sister Izzy Your Papa's Sister too " Nico tells her

" You Have a Sister , I want a Sister too Mama can you get me one to love hold and feed " Maggie says

" Yeah Mama can you" Nico says with a grin
" I'll talk to Papa and Dada about it and let you know " I say trying not to giggle at her

"Oh I'm so telling Sal this " Liszt says With a Laugh

Nico led us to the kitchen and put Maggie in the bar stool
" Don't try to get out Maggie you will hurt yourself so if you need to get down let one of us Know "

Nico set about making us something to eat
Just a little Chicken Parmigiana with a side of spaghetti
God it was delicious
Maggie ate all of hers and asked for seconds to which we gave her half of what she had the first time

Once done , Izzy took her up to clean her up and change her into PJ we are going to hang out in the media room to watch Disney Movies of course until she got sleepy

Nico sent me up too there was a change of clothes for me too actually a half a closet full of clothes for me with a sweet note on my pillow

I slipped out of my clothes and into a pair of silky top and shorts and head back down to the kitchen

" Don't you look comfy Maggie " I said as I see her curled up in Nicos arms

" I am Mama Uncle Nico need to be cuddled " she said with a giggle

" Oh he did " I say to her

" I swear I have to send this to Sal " Izzy said with a laugh

" Oh Easy up on your brother he's really good with her and she doesn't take to everyone " I said

" What's the story with her " Izzy asked

" Well the short version is her parents were drug addicts they only cared about drugs , she came into the Hospital ER several times in one week I took her home with me because her parents were high then a few days ago her parents were killed in a drug raid so I now have complete guardianship over her we will be formally adopting her Sal and Logan will be her Papa and Dada " I tell Izzy

" Well I'm glad that she found you, Sal and Logan to take her In , How old is she "

" 4 and from what I can tell she is smart as a whip and Sal has recommended that she go to preschool soon which I think it will do her a lot of good but for now I got them to get her a tablet that she can use to learn her letters numbers and other things " I tell her

We all went upstairs to the media room to watch Disney movies
Which Maggie settled in Izzy's lap for half the movie then Moved to Nicos Lap and fell asleep just like she does with Logan and Sal

" She misses them " I say outloud

" Her mama misses them too " Nico says

" Yeah you are right " I say

Nico carries her to my room for tonight and I went to bed too
I didn't want her to wake up and be frightened

Over the next two weeks Maggie , Nico, Izzy and I settled into a rhythm. Nico had to go back to work but he would be home by 5:30-6 so that he could make dinner for us even though I do know how to cook
Izzy , Maggie and I have been out and about to different shops and to the one little coffee shop that we both love the coffee at

It's current the start of week three without the guys and I'm beginning to be homesick literally I have been getting sick every morning for a week and sometimes during the day

My head is currently hanging over the toilet and I have no energy to move
Maggie came in upset then left
I laid down on the floor to feel the cold floor

" Riley What is Wrong Sweetie " Nico Asked as he leans over me and picked me up off the floor setting me on the counter

" I don't know Nico I feel so weak and sick "

" Okay hold on let me get you to the bed and I'll call Izzy to watch Maggie then you and I are headed to the hospital "

I nodded

I woke up again I was in a hospital bed I had IVs in my arm and a blood pressure cuff on my arm
I kept hearing a thumping noise
Opening my eyes more I could see Sal and Logan asleep on the couch

I then looked to my right and saw a monitor that had a heartbeat bouncing across it
Where the hell are the getting the heart beat from I didn't have anything on my chest

" Sal , Logan wake up " I said softly I didn't want to frighten them
After the third time Logan stirred

" Logan "
" Kitten you are awake "
" Yes I am now tell me why I see a heartbeat on that monitor and I don't have anything on me "

" Well My Sweet Kitten seems you are pregnant with twins you are about 14 weeks long "

" Whoa Wait What " i Said really loud

" I take it you told her we are having twins " Sal says as he wakes up

" Yes I did "

I let out a laugh

They both looked at me

" Let me explain before you have me committed , Maggie found out Sal had a Sister so she asked me to get her a sister saying she needed to take care of her and feed her and I told her I would have to talk to Papa and Dada about it but seems I don't have to talk to you " I said with a grin

" Nope seems we have already taken care of it" Logan says

" So both of you are okay with this " I say

" Absolutely " Both said as they climbed on the bed

" Now who's side has twins on it because I know mine does " I asked

" That would be Mine " Logan said
" Mine too" Sal says

" Oh God does this mean that each time we have kids there is a chance of twins each time " I said with a grin

"Yep " both said with a laugh

" According to the Doctor you are right at 14 weeks which usually the end of Morning sickness which is why you ended up here , your dehydrated and have lost 10 pounds and you need to gain not lose but the Dr isn't worried yet but you will stay for two days until they get you feeling better they have prescribed an anti nausea medicine to take and of course prenatal vitamins " Sal tells me

" Oh and let's add that the little ones are healthy and in 6 weeks we will find out what we are having " Logan said

" I don't even look like I'm That far along or even pregnant " I say as I move the blanket down and my gown up exposing my belly

Both of them place their hands on my belly I place mine on top of theirs

" These two will have a great big sister in Maggie " Logan said

" Speaking of her who is taking care of her "

" Well we Brought Hailey , Sully , Luther with us so she is with them and Nico and Izzy plus my Mom has met her and welcomed her into the family had has already started to spoil her" Sal said

" Oh "

" And she can't wait to meet you other than seeing you passed out and oh she knows about the babies " Sal added
