I have a weird liking for historical shoujo manga (the kinds with princes and princesses and the like) and at the moment, my top three are Reimei no Arcana, Akagami no Shirayukihime, and Akatsuki no Yona.

I just gotta ask: Why do all three of the main heroines have out-of-place red hair?

Like, it's really special, their hair color, I mean.

I dunno, it's just something a noticed... I find it weird. Why is red hair so infrequent in these worlds? I mean, my physics teacher claimed we're trying to breed red hair out of the gene pool, but he was... strange, so I don't know how much truth there is to that, anyway.

Whatever. This is just me musing, nothing of interest to really see here.
