"I really wish you'd wait until you talked to Brian and the cops before calling Frank." John said with concern.

Audrey looked at the scribbled number on the paper and then looked at the phone next to her.

"Why wait, John? The sooner we can get Robert away from here, the better. If he stays and is constantly watching me, he's bound to suspect something. No. I need Frank to know what happened...what that bastard did. I know Frank well enough to know that if he feels Robert is jeopardizing his plan, he'll pull him off it. I need Frank to trust me again."

John sighed. "I don't like this..."

Audrey looked at John. He looked worried and his face had gone pale.

"It'll be fine." Audrey said trying to reassure John. "I know what I'm doing...I promise." she lied.

The truth was that anything that had to do with trying to pull a fast one over Frank was always dangerous, but she wasn't going to let John know just how nervous this too way making her.

John didn't look reassured at all, despite Audrey's efforts.

"Look, why don't you go back to your room...I won't be able to call Frank and tell him what I need to tell him with you here anyway." Audrey said. Despite everything, she was embarrassed to go into details of what had happened with Robert in front of John. Being alone would help her come clean to Frank a lot easier.

"Are you sure you don't want me to stay?"

"I'm sure. Now go...get some rest...you look so tired."

"I haven't been able to sleep very well since finding out about all of this." John admitted.

"I'm sorry...about everything."

"So am I." John said with defeat as he began walking to the door.

"How about dinner tonight?"

"I'll let you know, okay?"

John nodded before walking out of the room.

Audrey sighed as she looked down at the phone once again. She took the phone off the hook and began dialing. After the third ring, Frank finally picked up.

"Frank? It's Audrey....I need to talk to you..."

"And where are you going off to?" Pattie asked Audrey when she saw her come out of the bathroom. "I love that dress on you!"

"Thank you." Audrey smiled. "I have a date ...with an old friend who's in town." she said.

"Ohhh...is he cute?" she giggled.

"He's not really my type." Audrey answered as she grabbed her purse. "I've known him for a long time and we're just going to catch up. Do you have any plans?"

"George invited me out for dinner tonight." she smiled.

"You and George have gotten close, huh?"

"We're just friends."

"Right." Audrey said as she opened the room door. "And next thing you're going to tell me is that he's not your type." she smiled before walking out into the hallway and closed the door behind her.

As Audrey walked towards Robert's hotel room, her stomach began to churn. Frank had instructed her to meet him there at 5pm. When she had told him what had happened the other night with Robert, Frank had kept silent until he finally said he'd take care of it. She wasn't exactly sure what 'taking care of it' meant, but she wasn't about to argue with Frank.

She found herself knocking on Robert's door at exactly 5 pm. She heard footsteps and the door opened.

"Audrey...punctual as always. Please come in." Frank said as he moved out of the way so she could walk in.

Audrey found Robert sitting in a chair with two men standing behind him.

"Robert and I were just talking about the events that occurred in this room just the other night, weren't we, Robert?"

"Yes." Robert's voice quivered.

"Audrey, please take a seat." Frank said motioning to the bed. Audrey sat on the edge of the bed, setting her purse down next to her.

"You see Audrey, I was explaining to Robert how this business works...because honestly, he doesn't seem to be following the rules."

"Frank, I--" Robert began.

"I think you've said...and done enough, Robert. You see, you only get one chance to get it right with me...and you screwed up that one chance. The second you laid a hand on Audrey, you jeopardized my entire plan."

Frank extended his hand out to Audrey and she took it. He pulled her over to him and he stood behind her. As they both looked at Robert, Frank began to unzip Audrey's dress. Audrey took in a deep breath as her dress fell to the floor. She could feel the four men in the room staring at her.

"How is Audrey supposed to do her job when she has this..." Frank said as he traced his fingers lightly over a bruise on her upper arm. "and this..." he said moving his hand to her ribs. "And this..."he said as he outlined a large bruise on the top of her thigh. "How does she explain these bruises to the man she is supposed to be seducing?"

Robert stammered and wasn't able to get a clear word out.

Frank helped Audrey step out of her dress, which was left on the floor and had her sit back on the bed. He slowly moved towards Robert.

"She can't explain them, right? So what does that do for this job? It delays it...and I don't like to delay anything, Robert. That's not how I work. "

"I'm sorry Frank...I..."

Frank sighed loudly. "Oh Robert, I get it...I really do...Audrey is an extraordinarily gorgeous woman. I can see why you'd like to...have some fun with her, but here's the thing....when your fun interferes with my job instructions, that's a big problem. You understand that, Robert?"

Robert nodded vigorously.

"Good...good."

Frank walked over to Audrey and abruptly pulled her towards him, this time holding onto her waist with one hand and caressing her face with the other.

"You see Robert." Frank said still looking at Audrey. "There's ways to make a woman want to be with you...there's really no need to force her...if you know how to do it right, she'll be begging you...isn't that right, Audrey?"

Audrey nodded.

"You need to learn how to touch your woman..." Frank said as he traced his fingers down Audrey's arm and wrapped both arms around her waist. "How to hold your woman...how to kiss your woman." Frank said as he leaned forward and kissed Audrey deeply. "Are you taking mental notes, Robert?" Frank said after pulling back from the kiss.

"Yes."

"You need to build that sexual tension with her...let her know she's caught your attention." Frank said as he pulled Audrey's hips towards him. Audrey gasped as she felt Frank's erection.

"You hear that? That's a good sign." Frank smiled at Audrey before leaning in and kissed her collarbone, then moved slowly towards her ear. "Does this bring back memories, Audrey?" he whispered and chuckled softly as he began moving his hand up and down her leg. When Audrey didn't answer, Frank grabbed her hair by the base of her neck and pulled it back aggressively. Audrey stared into Frank's eyes before he kissed her again, this time making her take a few steps backwards until she hit the bed. He stopped the kiss abruptly and let go of Audrey, forcing her to fall back onto the bed. He immediately turned and focused on Robert.

"The rest is just for me to enjoy." Frank said smiling. "I hope you remember what you learned tonight, Robert...there's a lady inside every woman you meet...don't you forget that." Frank said as he nodded to the two men standing behind Robert. "Get him out of here."

Each man took Robert by the arm and began dragging him out of the room.

"No! Frank! Don't do this...please! Don't do--" Robert began yelling.

Frank elbowed Robert in the face and knocked him out, silencing his screams. Audrey stood up, watching in fear as the two men dragged Robert's limp body out of the room. She focused back on Frank when she heard the door to the room shut.

"Now...where were we?" Frank said as he grabbed Audrey and threw her onto the bed. He straddled her and began drawing lines across her ribcage. Audrey turned her head and closed her eyes.

"Look at me...I want you to look at me Audrey."

Audrey reluctantly turned to look at Frank.

"That's my good girl." he said as he began to massage her breasts through her bra before bending down and kissing her chest, pushing her back slightly off the bed so he could unhook her bra. He continued to kiss her, letting his hands roam free.

"Tell me this isn't turning you on Audrey." Frank said as he pulled back to look at her.

Audrey didn't say a word determined to get through this without breaking.

"You're not going to answer me...not a big talker tonight? Well I don't need you to say it...I can find out another way." he smiled mischievously as he slipped his hand into her panties.

He laughed with triumph as he began caressing her. Audrey tried to fight it, but she involuntarily let out a soft moan as a result of his touch. As soon as she did, Frank stopped what he was doing and pulled out his hand. He looked at Audrey, now breathing heavy, with a look of sexual frustration in her eyes.

"You don't have to worry about Robert anymore...you just focus your attention on getting Lennon to feel what you're feeling right now..." Frank whispered into Audrey's ear. "Make him want you...make him desire you..."

Frank got up from the bed and looked down at Audrey.

"And this...this was just a little refresher course for you on seduction... remember it's not about the actual act of sex...it's about enjoying the experience...and not meeting the desire." he smiled before heading towards the door.

"I'll be in touch, Audrey." Frank said as he closed the door behind him.

Audrey took deep breaths as she tried to regain control of her body. Despite the hate she felt for Frank, he knew exactly what to do to turn her on. Her body had reacted to his touch and his ego had gotten a real good boost because of it. She had set in motion her plan of making Frank think he was seducing her again just as he'd done years ago. She needed Frank to feel that she was completely enticed by him...to feel he was in complete control of her again.

Audrey could hear the phone in the room ringing as she was unlocking the hotel room door. She rushed to it and answered it before the caller hung up.

"Hello?"

"John...hi."

"Audrey. Did you get a hold of Frank today? Was it the right phone number, then?" John asked.

"Yeah...I did." Audrey answered.

"So...how'd it go?"

"Fine...he said not to worry about Robert anymore...that he'll take care of everything." Audrey said thinking back to what had just happened back in Robert's room less than an hour ago.

"Take care of Robert...as in-"

"I don't know John... I don't know what he meant by it...just...take care of it." Audrey replied a bit tense, not wanting to think what Robert's fate might be.

"I'm sorry...um...how about getting that dinner...might ease your nerves a bit. Ringo and Paul want to go out tonight. George is out with Pattie....how about it?"

"Ummm...okay." Audrey agreed knowing she needed to relax after the day she'd had.

"Great...we'll stop by your room in half an hour."

"Half an hour?"

"Need more time?"

"No...no...that'll be fine." Audrey said.

After hanging up with John, she quickly showered and got dressed. She was just about ready when she heard a knock on the door. When she opened it, she found Ringo standing there, alone in the hallway.

"Ringo...hi...where are the others?" she asked.

"They're meeting us at the restaurant." he smiled as he pulled out a single red rose from behind his back. "For you." he said as he handed it to her.

Audrey smiled at the sweet gesture. "Thank you."

She walked over and grabbed a glass, filled it with water and put the rose in it.

"I've been thinking about you constantly, Audrey...I can't seem to get you out of my mind." Ringo blurted out.

Audrey turned around, stunned at his forwardness.

"I've been planning a strategy so you'll say yes to the idea of us." he smiled.

"Ringo..."

"It most likely won't be right away, but I know that eventually..."

"No." Audrey said softly. "Never."

Ringo chuckled. "I'm aware that I may not be the man of your dreams, but let me tell you how I feel..." he said as he walked over to Audrey. "Let me show you how I feel." Ringo said as he gently grabbed Audrey's face in between his hands and sweetly kissed her. "Let me get rid of that fear that has you denying that you feel something for me too."
