"I just want you kids to take a little quiz," Mrs. Watson said,"Just to see where you're at right now."

Most of the kids groan— surprisingly so did Koopana, who was usually ready for any test.

After seeing the teacher's thoughts, she was in no mood for a quiz, but she found herself bubbling an answer for the second question.

"Hey..." Mosie whispered to Aerois.

Koopana couldn't help but listen, it made her feel better than taking the annoying quiz.

"Yeah?" Aerois whispered back, glancing at the teacher who was just on her tablet.

"What's the answer for number two?"

Now Koopana had never shared answers with anyone, but that was going to change.

"It's B."  She whispered to her friend.

Mosie looked at Koopana with a smile,"Thanks!"

Katherine only stared in shock.

Koopana looked at Katherine and read her thought: Koopana's never done that before...

Koopana giggled softly.

"Whoever's talking needs to zip it." The teacher said, her eyes still glued to the tablet.

Koopana sighed and said in her own thoughts, This is gonna be a great year...

In the other reading class, Mr. Arrigo had the kids pick out a class book.

"We can all read 'Bud, not Buddy' or we can read 'The Blue Angel'..." He held up both books for them to observe.

The kids seemed to have more interest in "Bud, not Buddy," so that ended up being the one.

"This really is a good book," Mr. Arrigo smiled,"Ill take out all the copies on Friday and assign you each a copy. Then we'll start reading next Monday, alright?"

The class nodded.

"That sounds exciting!" Alissa smiled.

"Yeah! I wonder why that's the title..." Liz grinned.

"There's only one way to find out." Alissa winked.

The two royals looked at Violet, who was busy listening to them.

She simply said,"Continue talking."

The two royals blinked.

"Uh, okay! How was your summer?" Liz asked them both.

"It was alright. I was looking forward to school again, I'm making such great friends!" Alissa said.

They turned to Violet.

"My summer was just fine."

"That's it?"

"Yep."

"Oh... okay. My summer was pretty fun! We spent it at my aunt's kingdom, the Beach Sprixie kingdom." Liz said.

"Which one is that?"

"Amethyst, the purple one!" Liz said.

"You seem to like her." Violet spoke up.

"Yeah. She's amazing and so cool!"

Liz then began to explain everything about Aunt Amethyst.
