Pauline looked around, she was at school. She entered the school, super late for her class. Running down the hallway, she saw Peach, who glared at her as she passed by.

'What's her problem?' She thought.

She then opened the door of her home room. The minute she entered, Mario grabbed her and kissed her on the lips. Pauline's face heated up as the rest of the students cheered.

She looked out the door and heard Peach crying...

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

"Agh!" Pauline slammed the snooze button on her alarm, then looked at the time.

7:30, she woke up at a good time. Once she entered the bathroom to fix herself, she saw her face in the mirror. Her cheeks were pink!

"Oh my..." She muttered to herself,"And it felt so real too..."

"Pauline! Your waffles are gonna be soggy!" Her mother yelled.

Pauline finished doing her hair and quickly put on a red collared shirt with a black pencil skirt.

"Polly!" Birdo called.

Pauline spotted her friend and ran over to her,"Hey! Where are the rest of the girls?"

"Right here!"

Birdo and Pauline turned to see it was Rosalina who had answered. Rosalina went over to them, huffing and puffing.

"Whoa Rosy... you okay?" Pauline asked. Rosalina nodded,"Just out of breath..."

She took a water bottle out of her lunch box and chugged down half of it. Birdo sighed as Pauline laughed, which made Rosalina blush.

"So ya ready for that dare?" Birdo asked Pauline.

Pauline bit her lip,"I'm not so sure..." She mumbled.

"What?" Birdo asked.

Pauline thought and then said,"Yeah. I'm ready."

Rosalina slightly frowned, These girls don't know what trouble they can cause for themselves...

"Hey gals!"

The three girls turned to see Daisy, Toadette, and Dixe, Peach dragging behind them.

"The Soccer Game was the best!" Daisy told them the whole story.

"Wow... how great..." Birdo said. She hasn't payed attention to the story, her nor caring for sports.

Daisy rolled her eyes and then noticed how Peach seemed so down. She pulled her cousin aside,"Peachy, what's up?"

"Dai... She's gonna kiss Mario..." Peach groaned.

Daisy blinked and then realized what was going on,"You... like Mario..." She whispered,"Don't you?"

Peach nodded. Daisy grinned and gave her cousin a hug. Although she didn't care for romance, she would do anything for her cousin, except be lovey-dovey with anyone if she was asked.

"Don't worry Peachy," Daisy whispered,"I'll prevent them from kissing. I got it under control."

Peach's face seemed to light up,"You're the best."

Mario, Daisy, and Pauline had the same homeroom together. Daisy was watching Pauline the whole time.

"Princess Daisy, please pay attention."

The class laughed as Daisy smirked and nodded at her teacher. She glanced at Pauline who was giggling, but also staring admiringly at Mario's laughing.

They lined up for lunch and headed out to the cafeteria.

"I'm so nervous... why am I even doing this?" Pauline whispered to Daisy.

"You know, you don't have to. It's your decision." Daisy replied.

This seemed to have made Pauline think, but it wasn't enough to make her stay with the dare. Daisy mentally sighed, how was she gonna stop it?

The class sat down, and Pauline sat next to Mario. Daisy watched them, Pauline seemed to be making conversation with the eldest Mario brother.

She could feel the heat of Peach's eyes on her neck.

The minute Pauline seemed to be leaning in, she knew. Daisy grabbed the first thing she saw and threw it at Mario.

Mario caught it and laughed at Daisy, throwing it back. Pauline stared at Daisy with a,"What-are-you-doing?!" face.

Daisy ignored it and caught the milk carton. Mario then got up to throw out his food, patting Daisy's shoulder when he passed by.

Luigi saw this at another table, and this made him very sad. He had a crush on Daisy, and seeing his brother interact with her that way made his heart begin to sink.

Peach, on the other hand, felt relieved. But then she realized Pauline would probably try to do the dare later.

Daisy has it under control Peachy... She thought to herself.

She smiled and went back to talking with Dixie, who didn't notice the whole event unfold.
