So this is the second Scorpion in this book, which is okay. Names are allowed to overlap. Heck, it happens in real life all the time.

------ Tribe: SandWing. Just a normal, ordinary SandWing. That's it.
Okay.

------ Abilities: Normal SandWing abilities, though he's trained himself to last a little longer without water than most.
That's pretty cool.

------ Relationship: Nope; just friends with most dragons. He's looking for "the right dragon".
I like the detail; already I've seen a lot of insight into his character.

------ Occupation: Wandering Outclaw, quite loyal to Thorn.
As any Outclaw would be.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION;;
------ Scale Color: His scales are a pale white-gold with bronze underscales, and a zigzagging black strip down his neck and across his sides. There is a thinner stripe on his spinal ridge.
Lovely detail. I can imagine him clearly. I'm questioning the bronze - it's not a typical SandWing colour.

------ Eye Color: Black, like a normal SandWing.
Good good.

------ Build: He's small, wiry, and quite fast and dangerous in a fight.
Very vivid.

------ Other: A few scars litter his back and tail from his time in the Scorpion Den.
Got a bit cut up, did he? Ouch.

PERSONALITY;;
------ Strengths: Curious, generally cheerful, patient, generally kind, loyal, good in a fight, strategic.
I can picture this well.

------ Weaknesses: Uses underhanded tactics, manipulative, reckless, overeager, proud, holds a grudge.
Hmm, it fits pretty well with his strengths. Also, you're one of the first people I've seen who acknowledges "dirty" fighting techniques as a flaw.

BACKSTORY;;
Born and raised in the Scorpion Den (and named for it as well), Scorpion never looked further than his next meal/payout.
I like the name origin. Sounds like he had some pretty patriotic parents.

He grew to become an excellent thief who could hold his own in a fight, but he'd always had dreams of adventure, cultivated by listening to ex-soldiers' stories.
This is pretty simplistic, but it has development, which I like.

Eventually he joined the Outclaws and swiftly rose up in their ranks. Once the war ended, he went out to see the world.
And that's it? I'd love to hear about his experiences. Did he like being in the Outclaws? Whereabouts is he exploring?

COMMENTS;;
------ The good...
Scorpion's one of those all-rounder OCs. He has a nice personality and a decent description, and all the gaps are filled in. He's pretty much ready to go wherever you need him - RPs, stories, whatever you will.

------ The bad...
Well, I suppose he's a little... ordinary. There's nothing that stands out particularly. He reminds me more of a side character than a protagonist or a main OC. You could also expand on detail in some parts, such as his personality (where my full sentences at?).

------ How you can improve!
Just spice him up a little, I guess. Or expand on him and add in detail. You could do that in his personality and backstory, just for a little flavor.
