curiosity curbed

they say a picture paints

a thousand words

and beauty is in the eye

of the beholder

and i know we all have

out own special tastes

that tend to change

as we get older

and not to be critical

or slam the attempt

and certainly not to have

my curiosity curbed

but when i first saw

these three paintings

i honestly thought

my eyesight was blurred
