It's a nice day in Los Angeles, California.
Clear skies the sun is up.
Branch Timberlake was getting his stuff, out of his car and go to  his apartment going to the elevator.
Went to the room third floor apartment, getting his keys to unlock the door going inside. Just a two bedroom.
With one bathroom and the dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and the third one with windows the sun shinning through the floor.
He place his boxes full of his belongings in the floor gently walking out suddenly a water balloon on his face startling him.
"What the hell?!" Branch face and black hair was wet and his shirt.
He heard kids laughter.
  Was a boy with fair skin, brown hair spiked up and Brown freckles.
Golden eyes, wore a red hoodie with a yellow 'A' on it blue faded jean thrown a blue water balloon on the second boy who is taller than him with brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin and freckles.
He wore a blue hoodie and black pants. Holding a green water balloon dodging.

The youngest with brown hair green eyes, fair skin brown numerous freckles, he wore a green hoodie, blue jeans holding a red water balloon squeaked hiding scared.
The boy in a red hoodie threw it on the talk one by missed it hit Branch on the face.
"Uh oh!" The boy in the red said scared.
Branch was angry at the boy in the red hoodie.
"Now look what you done Alvin!" The tall boy in a blue hoodie exclaimed. Revealing the boy in the red hoodie's name.
"Run!" Alvin exclaimed as they ran to the room were they live slamming the door.
Branch growled muttered breath.
"Damn...Kids..."
He opened his apartment door changing in his green vest and t-shirt into a blue shirt and green hoodie.
Placing his stuff on the counter spaces, and everything.
He looked through the apartment got everything settled.
"Okay, I got everything." Branch said himself as he goes out.

Later...
Branch came home he notice his door was opened as he went in he accidentally step on everything as he looked down seeing chips on the floor.
"What the..." He heard noises in the kitchen, he suddenly whipped out from his box was an aluminum bat.
He goes closer what it is.
"Who's there?!" Branch demanded who it is. He went close to the light he saw in the kitchen A brown hooded figure in the kitchen in the fridge eating food.
"Hey!" Branch snapped as the brown hooded figure was startled scared.
It turned was revealed a man with blue eyes dark brown hair and beard. He was wearing a dark black shirt over a brown hoodie backed up scared.
"Who are you and the fuck are you doing in my apartment?!" Branch snapped holding the bat ready to hurt the person.
"Wait! Wait! Wait! Please don't hurt I'm just a desperate guy who was trying to feed his family." The man said scared as Branch wasn't buying it.

"Wait! I know your thinking but please!" The man said begged, as Branch lowers down.
"Who are you?! And what the hell did you get in here?!" Branch demanded.
As the man pulled his hood down was a man in his early 20's. Brown black hair, blue eyes, wore a black shirt with a brown jacket and wears blue jean pants.
"Let me introduce myself the name is RJ."
"Why are you here?!"
RJ backed away from Branch's bat.
"Please! I'm just a homeless man. Please don't kick my ass!"
"Damn right, I'm going to kick your ass!" Branch was ready to beat him.
"Please, let me stay I'll leave your stuff alone!"
"Nope! You get out of my apartment!"
Branch grabbed RJ throwing out of the apartment hallway closing the door locking his door.
"Finally, Peace and quiet..."
Branch goes to his room he heard loud music next door.
"Are you shitting me?!" Branch asked in frustration. He walked out of the apartment room.
Ready to come over the door.
