Chapter 20

Terry just stared at him like he was completely insane. Emotion spewed through her like a bomb exploding everywhere. Her bright blue eyes started to tear up and tears started to flow the stream of the cheeks path.

"I don't know what to do. She'll look at herself as a monster and will just grr!!" Terry cried.

"No, she is a strong and daring individual. Though this is shocking news I know one day she'll realize it's not a bad thing," Logan said.

"I know, but I'm looking at this from if I was told this. How would I take it? What would my over all reaction be," She described in a different way of looking at it.

"Very interesting, so we should just tell her like it's nothing, so she feels like it's not a bad thing to be a clone," He picked apart what Terry explained.

"Yes, exactly if we tell her like it's horrible and traumatizing though it is for you and her parents she'll freak out," Terry's tears dried up a little bit.

Logan look at Terry with newer understandings of her. You could tell she cared a lot something this crazy is definitely the perfect thing for her. Perfect for Lacy. They walked away from the room with something unintended for Logan's plan at all, but is the greatest alternative. Just as they approached Lacy she woke up confused and tired.

"Oh hey what's up?" I said rubbing my eyes, then noticed the weird location of the room I was. "Wait why am I on this table?"

"Lacy," Terry said as she sat down next to Lacy. "There's something I need to tell you."

"What is it?" I said still confused by everything.

"How do I say this to you?" Terry looked around for answers, but there were none she was on her own.

"Tell me okay what ever it is I can handle it," I reassured her seeming to know something was coming my way.

"When you were forming in your mothers stomach something went terribly wrong. The umbilical cord wrapped around your neck and choked you to death," Terry gulped

Lacy looked almost like she had seen a ghost. In her mind what Terry just said was she died, but, yet she is alive. In a world like this expect the unexpected that was what Lacy was always told.

"You realize that makes absolutely no sense," I declared.

"No, but it does actually because you're a clone of the baby that died. The baby that was the original you," Terry finally finished explaining that to Lacy.

"No, that can't be. I am not a copy of someone else," my voice got louder.

"Please realize you are just as special and unique as every other human being. You are not just a clone you're more than that. Way more please believe me Lacy," Terry tired calming down Lacy.

It didn't work.

I got up and frantically started pacing around. "I am not one of those monsters. No, no, no I can't I shouldn't," I mumbled more crazed thoughts as she began to freak out more.

"Lacy!" Terry yelled as she got up and helped her to have her sit. "Stop you are not one of those clones. This doesn't change anything about who you are Lacy."

It didn't matter what Terry said to her she has to go away. Maybe not for a long time, but a while. Time to think this over more and what it really changes.

"I can't I just can't I need time!" I yelled running to the door and quickly unlocking it.

"Wait!!" Terry screamed as she ran after me.

It was too late really I was a faster runner, then Terry and she couldn't keep up with me. I am now something I was built to ultimately eliminate. What's the point now? I thought to myself as I ran farther and farther away. From safety friends and unknown truths I don't still know.

As Lacy pulled farther away from a place she knows kind of now she would see the oddest of things. Even find secrets of her own, but then something approached her.

A clone.

"You know what?!! I don't have freaking time to deal with you're stupid crap!" I yelled as I punched it surprisingly sending it twenty feet back.

It got back up seeming unharmed.

"You think I'm weak is that it!" I completely went psycho on the clone. "Just die!"

"Come and join us," it said in the same robotic type voice.

"Huh guess you're a little too late aren't you," I couldn't help, but laugh.

It cocked its head a little unknowing to the secret that was Lacy.

"Fuck you," I smiled as I turned it into acid. It was in severe pain from literally melting to death. I felt like I was evil as I was staring to enjoy killing. It was like a drug once you start you can't stop..
