Commander Wolffe was the commander of the 104th legion under general Plo koon he,also lead the wolf pack sqaud and may have also lead the 127th gunship wing, he wore a BARC trooper helmet just like fellow Commander Neyo he later after order 66 removed his control chip and went in to hiding with Rex and Gregor.
