(Preview) Your Quirk

Description: It is as simple as it sounds- you can control time itself. You can reverse, speed up, give/take people's time, or even stop time itself at that moment.

You can also see the time they have left to live, which is indicated on each living person.

(Spoiler! This also includes quirks)

~*~

KEY:

Green- indicating that they have more than a year to live

Yellow- suggesting that they have between a year to a month to live.

Red- indicating that they have less than a month to live.

Gray- Their time is up 00:00

~*~

When activating your quirk, your eyes glow green when enabled- saying either mentally and doing hand movements in a counterclockwise motion or physically saying it.

"Clockwork Enabled."

When enabled, you have Five options:

Time Shift / Double Time- It doesn't take that much energy or time to get the hang of since you are only fast-forwarding or reversing in time.

It takes energy and time to pull this off successfully since this is the hardest thing to pull off.

Time Shift:

You can reverse objects to an original form- it takes less energy to do so, comparably speaking of taking yourself back in actual time.

By using Time Shift on yourself, your present self goes back in time to a certain moment. However, you would have to train yourself with it to go further back. When you finally complete the reverse, your present self's eyes turn yellow. Yellow indicates caution since you may interrupt time itself and can break it.

If the present you travels back to when the past you exist, their eyes don't change color. However, they would no longer see in color- only black and white. The longer you are in the past, the past self's eyes will start to change to a gray. AKA- better hurry up, or you are fucked.

Double Time:

It's simple- everything around you starts fast-forwarding to the time you want it to be.

However, the more time goes by, the harder it is to stop it. It works with Time Shift since you don't want to get stuck in the past if you are too far back. Finally, your eyes turn to the color orange- a mixture between red and yellow.

Time Discourse/Barricade- This ability is more accessible than the other five since you are just stopping or starting time at that very moment.

Time Discourse:

You can either choose to unpause either a person/object/or everything in general- however, your quirk will still be activated.

Tapping the person/object three times will also unpause them.

Time Barricade:

Everything around you, an object, or a specific person's color will change gray. A wide range stop is the easiest to control since nothing else is moving- including time. Your eyes will turn to a red, indicating a pause in that specific event/object/person.

You can efficiently train this part of the quirk most of the time since everything but yourself is stopped.

~*~

Note:

However, if you want to stop or unpause a specific object/person, it is challenging to control- One eye will remain red while the other eye will turn green. You have to have the energy, time, and concentration to pull it off. If you don't have all three, you cannot pull it off either at all or for a bit of amount of time. It will show in your eyes if it is starting to break. The weaker it gets, the more color of the red-colored eyes will crack- your color in your eyes are like glass. Finally, it can get to the point that the color of your actual eyes is showing through the cracks. When this happens, that object/person will slowly start to resume its time until it is fully back into the actual time- back into motion.

Time Transfer Restore/Raze (Note at the bottom)- You can transfer your own time onto a person or vise versa. But, of course, you have to be touching them to be able to activate this.

However, the longer you have this activated for both transfers, the harder it is to stop it.

Time Transfer Restore:

So basically, if someone is dying, you can give your own time to make them live longer. But, unfortunately - during that time - your body starts to weaken as time and energy are flowing out of you.

Time Transfer Raze:

You can take away their time to add it to yours. Thus, giving you more time to live while they die- their time showing 00:00 or pretty close to it.

Your body becomes stronger, having more energy and, of course, more time disposable at your fingertips.

Clockwork Resume- It's simple; everything goes back to normal as time and motion start up again.

Your eyes turn to your original color, and so does the color around you

~*~

(I would highly recommend you not using these eye colors below for your normal eyes- it may confuse you in the future)

Key:

Green- Activated/Play

Yellow- Reverse

Orange- Fast Forward

Red- Time Stop

Gray- Time Transfer

Drawbacks:

Glitch (Most Common)-

Once you start your quirk, you may begin glitching once in a while. However, the more time it is enabled, the more you glitch. You can at least control it when it happens, but it gets more complicated the more you use it.

When this happens, you can pass through any object- including the floor or ceiling. If there is a space below or above you- it will happen. Your voice starts to sound robotic, and your physical body will- well, glitch.

This also includes when your quirk isn't activated.

Memory Loss-

The human brain can only handle around 2.4 million gigabytes of memory/data. To make up for it, you will start losing some of your memory. Your brain will forget mostly the least important memories or trauma. The longer you have your quirk activated or low on energy and time, the more critical memories will be deleted.

Overload-

This works hand to hand with memory loss. If you get reminded of a deleted memory, you start getting massive headaches.

During this time, you have a hard time or not being able to activate your quirk overall since it is- well overloaded. So you either will have to delete the memory again or delete other memories to make up for space.

Time Continues-

When you use your quirk, time keeps on going for you. Meaning that while everyone else, including yourself, has 24 hours to live when you activate your quirk, you will have less than that when you continue time again.

So in actuality, you have less time to live than anyone else when time is resumed.

Illness (Deadly)- This only happens when you use Time Transfer since your body weakens after deactivating the quirk. It takes effect after 24 hours of when you last used it.

Your vision will become black and white after enabling it- keeping your eyes gray even when you deactivate it.

Due to the heavy amounts of time and energy transferring in or out of your body, you will become sick. For example, having a fever for three days to even a month depends on how much time you lose or gain. Therefore, it is a coping mechanism for your body to help save energy to speed up its process.

If you enable your quirk during this time, your body will fight against it. As a result, your vision will become blurry to the point that you can't see anything. When this happens, your body tells you to shut down before your quirk spirals out of control, making you black out.

~*~

Note when using Time Transfer:

You can still use Time Transfer but only use it by giving out your time when your illness part of the effect is happening, even though it's hard to control it.

It's a one-and-done deal when you take in the time and energy of one person who is around you.

However, when you are giving more time, it drops 2 times the amount of time you have- The time is adding by 2 each time you use it on each person {2^x - the letter x represents how many people you use it on}. Meaning you will most likely be dying quicker.

If you do somehow live through it, guessing that you have enough time, some or all of your memories could be erased.
