Thoughts on Title, Cover, and Blurb:
Firstly, I love the cover and title. The cover is absolutely gorgeous, kudos to your cover designer. And your title and blurb do a great job of reeling in the reader. I mean, what paranormal/fantasy fan wouldn't want to read a book titled "Bloodlust and Butterflies"? You gave enough to intrigue readers but left enough mystery to make them want to read more.

Thoughts on First Five Chapters:
Firstly, your pacing is solid. There's just the right amount of tension building up to what I'm suspecting is something spectacular and I honestly can't wait to read more. The characters all show their personalities in their own different, subtle ways and you describe them pretty well. As a suggestion though, maybe you could change something in Eko's and Roman's conversation in the first two chapters. I can tell that there's some manipulation and deception involved in Eko's and Roman's relationship, but not much beyond that. Either my impression was impacted by the chapters I've read or you intended that way. If you didn't, maybe you could consider adding some interesting info drops in that conversation that would add some suspense.

This is my own personal opinion, but the chapters felt a bit too short. Maybe you could change where the chapters end once you're either completely done with it or you've gone far enough that you can shift things a bit and it wouldn't be too hard. This is more impacted by personal preference though, so there's that. But it's something to consider I hope.

Also, the fifth chapter's tone seems to be off. The first bit is kind of confusing, either because of the phrasing or Ardor's thoughts weren't conveyed the way you meant to. I had to reread it a few times before I had an idea of what Ardor was talking about, which is a sign that you might want to go over that and some others if it has the same problem. Either that or you can ask a friend or someone you know to look it over and ask them if anything made them read it more than twice. I say twice because sometimes the brain doesn't interpret words the way they're written and it has nothing to do with the author and their writing and more to do with the reader rushing through because the anticipation is killing them or their head isn't processing stuff.

Conclusion:

Overall though, I really enjoyed Bloodlust and Butterflies. And I've also read a few chapters beyond the five I did for the review and I'm liking what I see. There's some things here and there you could improve on, like phrasing and such but those are the tiny problems and it doesn't take away from the overall enjoyability of your story. Those kinds of things are stuff you improve on with time and you're doing a brilliant job so far. Hope you keep at it, I can't wait to read more of your work!

Also I'm really sorry the review came late, I got caught up in reading (being a bookworm makes time management much harder when you're already bad at it), but like I said. Your book is pretty awesome and I really hope you keep it up the good work!
