Uhh so idk what exactly I'm writing here. I'm basically just gonna talk about what I write for ninjago I guess, and maybe some future plans or whatever. I'm just writing on here bc I'm burned out from writing serious stuff.

Opinions on my ninjago fics!
- Bloodthirsty: this was my first published ninjago fanfiction and honestly? I really hate it LOL. I wrote it when I was like 13-15, and it's pretty shit! Not saying my writing is any better now, since I'm not really a writer, but I definitely wouldn't tell you to go back and read it. I want to delete it so badly, but ik a lot of people still read it and I just feel bad taking it away?? Idk.
Even though it isn't my favorite, I still have to appreciate my bravery for posting it. Without Bloodthirsty, I wouldn't have made friends that I have today or I wouldn't have been able to improve upon my writing. I may have never even posted any of my art online!

- Crime!Ninjago: this one was just a wreck, and like Bloodthirsty, I really want to delete it, even though I know a lot of people enjoyed it. I realized like halfway into writing the story that I wasn't very good at gritty stories, so I didn't really make the ninja convincing criminals. Idk, maybe I'm just being hard on myself. It's definitely something I want to leave behind. The good thing about publishing this story is that I was able to make some cool art for it, although I never posted it. Drawing for this story gave me some much-needed motivation when I was going through a rough time, so I really appreciate it.

- Next Generation: this one used to be my baby, but that title quickly fell to Alternate World :( my main issue with this one was that I made the romances develop too fast, and I'm much better at slow-burn, I think. Actually, I think I rushed everything in this, and I was never really able to formulate a plot. Maybe someday I'll pick it up again, but idk. It's just difficult writing for so many characters, and I spent too long focusing on the relationships and setting up ships. I feel like I was more pandering towards the readers, instead of writing an actual story, you know?
The good thing about writing this story was that it got me out of writer's block, big time. It was also a story I was really dedicated to, at least until I came up with the idea for AW. I love creating characters too, so it was fun deciding what the ninja's future children would look like.

- Alternate World: my baby! The funny thing is, this was supposed to be a silly little story that I wasn't going to take seriously, and then that title fell to Samurai and the Snake, and then that title fell to Empty Seats (are you noticing a trend yet??). I can't believe I ever thought this was going to be a quick story. I was actually going to end it at the pilot and resolve everything, but around the chapter where Nya reunited with Kai in the Underworld, I decided I wanted to make it even longer. Besides, I'm a jaya fan, so obviously I wanted to make more content with them.
I don't really have any complaints about this one, other than it's really hard to write sometimes, since I have to keep in mind what happened in canon and what I can twist around. It's also kind of boring to just repeat what happens in the show, so I'm trying my best to make each chapter a little more interesting and different from the episode it's based on.
This book became the new Next Gen, meaning it got me motivated to write and create content for my readers! I gained so many lovely followers because of it, and I noticed my writing really improved because of it! It also inspired me to draw, and it was my first time posting my art on here, aside from covers. This is a story that I plan to keep writing for, simply because it's a story I know I won't get bored with; it's basically the show itself!

- Samurai and the Snake: this one is like my "guilty pleasure" fanfic, lol. I wrote this because I was really sad that our production of Beauty and the Beast had ended (my final high school production), and like the sad artist I am, I instantly began to write out my first drafts for this story. I've actually had this story in my drafts way before I published it, and that's why the first few chapters are much more polished than the later ones I kind of churned out LOL.
I love writing this story so much, but since it's so detail heavy and there's a lot of lore behind each character, I have to carefully plan out each chapter. It kind of sucks, but this one is one of my favorites, so I want it to be pretty I guess, lol.
This story actually motivates me to write my other stories too, and some unpublished stories I have in my drafts as well. It also drew me back to cutesy, romance stories and my love for fairy tales, so that influenced my art and writing styles. Finally, I just love jaya so much and the whole "jay turns into a snake in episode 8 thing" (the first ninjago episode I watched!), and I was like "you know what, I'm gonna make a story out of this, just try and stop me!" So yeah lol, Sam and Snake is my sweetie baby

- Empty Seats: I don't ever shut up about drama lol, so this was my way of expressing my love for it and how much I miss it. I don't have much to say about it, since I only have one chapter published, but it's been really fun to write for so far! I love Kai and Nya's relationship, and even though I always write from either their perspectives (or Jay's), I was like, hey, might as well! In the future, I should probably write a Cole fanfiction or something, idk

You can probably guess my favorite things to write are Nya-centric fanfics, or Jaya fanfics. I just love Nya's character so much, and I'm sad she gets a lot of hate. Her and Jay's relationship is one of my favorite parts about the show, and sometimes I wish they'd focus on them a little more (even though we got Skybound and the whole "will you be my yang" thing. I will never be satisfied.) and yeah, you can imagine the love triangle had me PISSED (the reason why I will not watch Rebooted anymore lolol) But hey, without Rebooted, we wouldn't have gotten the amazing Skybound! It's such a fairy tale aughhhh <3

Okay I'm just geeking out now.

So yeah, I like writing Jay and Nya, and I also like writing from Kai's perspective too. I'll attempt the others, but I'm just not too comfortable writing for them yet. Maybe in the future.

Favorite genres are fantasy, horror, and slice of life. I love introducing magic and monsters to basically any kind of fandom I'm in lol. I think I just love magic and monsters in general.

Anyways that's my whole thing lol.  Don't get me wrong on my opinions, I really appreciate the work I put in to become the writer I am today, and without all of your support, I wouldn't be able to be where I am today. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me become the writer I am today; you all helped me get through so much without even realizing it.
Even though I don't really like some of my older stories, I won't take anything for granted. They are the reason why I'm still on Wattpad today!
