Starlight Pov

He's been stuck in the dungeon for almost three weeks now. And lets just say the cold does not get any better. Queen Snowstorm visited him often, "to get answers from him" she says. She did a good job keeping her thoughts hidden from him. All he saw most of the time was hail storms and frozen lakes. but he did get snippets of the old Queen and how she died. He shook his wings to clear his scales from the snow and frost. He heard the doors to the dungeon open and light pour in. The door quickly shut and he could hear foot steps coming towards his cell. 

" Queen Snowstorm. Nice of you to visit again" he said in a teasing voice. Snowstorm stood in front of his cell. again her mind was block like a thick sheet of ice. 

" don't mock me Starlight. I'm the the only reason why you're still alive" she growled

"Calm down there's no guards here. you can drop the act" starlight said.

She looked around before turning her attention back to starlight. She sighed and shook her head " you know,  Sometimes i wish you weren't so charming." She huffed.

He shrugged. " that's just who I am" he said. " so, can you get me out of here or not" he asked. Over the three weeks he's been here, him and Snowstorm have been getting close. His charms always worked on the ladies. But he won't deny that there's a spark between them. He could see after her only beenibg Queen for three weeks, this war has taken a toil on her.

" you know i can't do that Starlight. My people will get suspicious. They all ready with me coming here every day. " she said with a sad tone. Starlight can see her mind flash to meetings and long hours planning battles.

" don't fret my icy friend. I'm fine here. I don't want you to get in trouble. Your icewings need you. You can't spend your time here." He said nodding his head to the exit.

" but I like seeing you. You're the only one who understands me. With both of us being of royal blood" she said. She shuffled on her feet. " but.... I-I have to go. But I have a plan. A plan to end This war" she said before quickly walking out.

Starlight sighed and sat down on the cold ground. He already knew what her plan was. He saw it in visions many times. And they never end well. He had to find a way out of this cell. He paced around the cell and looking for a wat out. He hoped up the excuse of a bed they have him and looked out of the window. It showed the snowy ground outside. He pushed against the bars. It made a soft creaking sound. ' its frozen. With enough force it'll crack like Ice" he thought

He looked back to see no guards around. He looked back at the bars on the window and slammed both talons on it. The bar popped right out of place. ' oh.... That was easy" he thought. ' i should be able to fit through this' he squeezed and clawed out of the window. He finally made it through and fell into the snow. He head popped out and snorted.

' time to wait for snowstorm to come back tomorrow' he thought. He looked around and found a small cave. He quickly ran over to it and dived inside. He used his black scales to hide himself. He curled up in a ball and waited for his icy Queen to return.
