~time skip (two months later)~

#EREN POV#

It's been the best two months of my whole life! My relationship with Levi is amazing, he's been treating me like a prince and showers me with love daily. I love him so much!

We still haven't made our relationship public though, I'm still fearing what everyone will think of us, even though Levi is constantly telling me that they all will accept us for who we are. But I still can't help it. I've been worried about this since I have fallen in love with Levi. I hope that when we do decide to tell everyone, they will still support us and love us.

#AUTHOR'S POV#

As Eren makes his way down the hall his mind keeps going crazy over all the thoughts of possible hate that could come from their teammates.

As he moves down the hall he tries to get to Levi's office as quickly as he can... all he needed was a hug from his boyfriend to calm down all the voices shouting at him in his head.

As he approaches Levi's office door he starts to calm down a bit, knowing that he will be in the arms of his beloved in only a few moments.
When he arrives at the door, he takes a deep breath to calm himself down and he pushes the door open slowly.

When the door was open completely, Eren freezes, his eyes as big as saucers and he drops the cup of black tea he brought for Levi.

No...no...no...this isn't right...this is just a dream... Levi wouldn't do this to him, would he? No...Levi loves him...or maybe he doesn't....maybe he thought wrong...

What Eren saw was Levi sitting on his desk, Petra positioned in between his legs, the female giving Levi a big, lustful kiss, and Levi only sitting there with his hands on her shoulders.

Eren backs away slowly, tears brimming in his eyes, threatening to fall at any second. When he is completely outside of Levi's office, he runs and runs and runs...where to? He doesn't know...he doesn't care...he just needs to get away from Levi.

~ 15 minutes ago ~

Levi was in his office busy with paperwork when he hears a knock on his door and then the door opening afterwards.

A few seconds later Petra pops her head around the door, smiling at Levi.
"Hi Levi... can I come in?", Petra asks her in her usually friendly tone.

"Hello, Petra. Yes, you may.", Levi says, his face in a blank state, as usual.
"Did you want something?", Levi asks as he sees Petra moving around in his office.

"Yeah... I wanted to tell you something.", She answers Levi's question.
"Ok? Please hurry up I have got work to do.", Levi says impatiently.

"Well you see, I've been trying to tell you something for a while now... I like you, Levi...I'm in love with you...", she says softly looking down.

Levi rises his brow, confused over this sudden development. He has never thought about Petra in that way...she is like a sister to him...not a lover...

"Um...Petra...I'm sorry but... I don't feel the same way as you do.", Levi says putting down the papers he held in his hands. He sits down on the desk and he motions for her to come closer to him. He puts his hands on her shoulders as a form of support.

"Look Petra...I'm not the right guy for you...for more than one reason... I'm sorry but I won't be able to return your feelings. I hope this won't affect our team. And I hope you will be ok.", He says to her truly feeling bad for the sadness he has caused her.

"Are you sure?", she looks at him with the tears of his rejection in her eyes.
"Yes. I am.", he simply says.

"Does this change your mind?"
"Does what change my-", she cuts him off by kissing him. As she kisses him he tries to push her away and right before he could, the door opened and the crash of glass against the floor was heard right after that. His eyes focused on the door and there he saw Eren...with tears in his eyes.

No...no this is wrong. Eren don't believe this...this is not me...I love you. He thinks as he pushes Petra away rather harshly and runs out of the room, panicked.

Where could Eren be?
He needs to explain himself...
Where is he!?
Eren, please believe me...

He runs around the castle, looking for Eren, tears in his eyes. He approaches Eren's room and opens the door, just to find Eren on his bed, the tears running down his cheeks, not seeming to have an end.

His heart breaks at the sight of his love crying his heart out, and with tears rolling down his cheeks as well.

"Ere-"
"Leave.", Eren simply says not making eye contact with the older male.
"But it's not-", Levi tries to explain.
"I said leave!", Eren shouts at him with bloodshot eyes and a hoarse voice. The tears staining his shirt as it falls down his cheeks.

Levi stands there in Eren's room, his eyes big at Eren's outburst. His heart throbbing in his chest, his tears rolling down his porcelain white skin.

He looks at his boyfriend, sitting on his bed, clutching a pillow in his arms as he cries his heart out and sobs into the pillow.

All he wants is to go to Eren and tell him it's all a misunderstanding and then kiss the living daylights out of him but he can't. Eren hates him...he hates himself...

How could this happen?
It was going so well between them...
why did he have to do this...why did this have to happen... why does he ruin everything he cares so deeply about.
why does he have to be a curse to himself and everyone around him?

People call him humanity's strongest man, but why does he feel so powerless... he feels so weak and there is nothing he can do about it...
