Eren walks into the new dorm room of his new headquarters.

He takes out his belongings and fixes small things in his room like dusting the desk and emptying all the used and unused drawers, when he hears a knock and the door opening shortly after that.

"Eren Jaëger?", He hears a female voice asking.
"Yeah?", he answers shortly and very annoyed because he was busy with all his cleaning and did not want any interruptions. He turns around to come face-to-face with one of his superiors.

"S-section Commander Hanji! Oh, I'm sorry I did not know it was you...", he says, letting his head fall a little bit in shame. "Oh no don't worry about it, and please call me Hanji, just Hanji.", Hanji says, smiling at the nervous boy.

"S-sure thing, Hanji why did you come to my room?", Eren asks, still not quite used to addressing one of his superiors so informally.

"Oh right!! I came here to do something-", she laughs at her forgetfulness even though she's a scientific genius.

"I came here to ask you how you're settling in and to also inform you that your squad is waiting for you downstairs, I could walk with you if you'd want?"

"Yeah, thanks. I would appreciate it if you came with me, I still don't know my way around the quarters yet.", he accepts her offer shyly.

"Sure! It would be my pleasure. Let's go, you don't want your squad waiting, do you?", She starts walking towards the door with Eren following behind her.

"Thanks, Hanji, I appreciate it." He flashes her a small smile. "Don't worry about it I don't mind helping a fine specimen- I mean fellow scout out of a pickle."

"Did you just call me a-", he starts before getting cut off by Hanji.

"I meant fellow scout, okay!", She says, trying to rectify her mistake.

Eren watches Hanji walk in front of him just because he's a little scared of what she might do to him.

"You CAN come closer you know.", she says, turning around to face Eren that is still a few feet behind her.

"I won't bite...hard.", She says, bursting out laughing because of Eren's slightly scared and uncomfortable expression.

"Oh, come on I was just joking! Relax."
