The family enters Aunt Stella's house.
"Oh Metella, I  am so glad you could make it! Oh and you brought the munchkins!" Stella said, hugging her sister and pinching Lucia and Quintus' cheeks. Stella showed everyone to their rooms. Quintus would be sharing a room with Rufus, his cousin that was a year older than Quintus. Lucia would be staying with Flavia, her cousin that was 2 years older than Lucia. After they put their stuff in the rooms, Lucia sat in the atrium, bored.
"Hey girl!" Flavia said, strutting into the atrium. "We should, like, totally go do something!"
"Okay, sure." Lucia said, with a forced smile.
" We would go to the theater, but there isn't a play, so we should go to the market! Hopefully Alexander will be there!" Flavia said dreamily.
"Who is Alexander?"
"The hottest guy in the world!" When Lucia looked confused, Flavia went on, "He is Rufus' friend, and he is so cute! I  have tried to get him to like me, but it isn't working! So let's go!" Flavia pulled Lucia up off the couch and outside.
When they got to the market, Flavia immediately spotted Rufus, Quintus, and more importantly, Alexander. They walked over to them.
"Hey Alexander!" Flavia said, all flirty and started twirling her hair around her finger.
"Who is this pretty little thing?" Alexander asked, looking at Lucia.
"This is my cousin, Lucia." Flavia said. Alexander put his arm around Lucia and said,
"Lucia. That is a beautiful name! Just like you!" Alexander picked up her hand and kissed it. Lucia's heart fluttered and she blushed.
"I  think we have to go now, Lucia!" Flavia said, upset that Alexander liked Lucia more than her.
"Oh well. I  will see you later than, babe." He said to Lucia, dropping her hand.
