3rd POV

The group has been in the enclosed house for about an hour now as they start to hear the walkers moving on away from the door. They see this as an opportunity to make a run for it. Everyone gets ready to book it when.

Alice: Wait a second!

Y/N: What is it Alice.

Alice: Get one of them in here.

Kenny: What!? Are you crazy kid!?

Alice: We can cut it open and use its guts to hide our sent so the others don't attack us.

Most of the group look at her like she is crazy.

Y/N: Does that actually work.

Alice's Dad: We have seen it before. It actually works. It's our best bet to get out of here without having to tire ourselves right off the bat.

Y/N: In that case, Aiden allow two to enter in here just incase 1 walker isint enough.

Aiden already has the 1 walker cut open.

Aiden: What? I'm trying to get outta here.

Lee: Oh this is gonna suck.

Y/N: Oh its gonna do more then just suck.

Clem: It's gonna be disgusting.

Y/N: Like really disgusting.

They all cover themselves in the walker's entrails (Is that the word?)

Aiden: Alright is everyone good and covered?

Everyone nods to him as he checks his mag on his assault rifle.

Aiden: Half a clip in the gun and 1 more on my side. Better make my shots count. Same goes for everyone else. How much ammo yall got?

Alica's Dad pulls a revolver out.

Alica's Dad: 6

Y/N: 3

Lee: 5

Omid: 4

Ben: 2

Kenny: 4

Aiden: Yall know where to aim. Get ready for anything. Stay close with the group. Don't look around. Don't panic. None out of the ordinary sort. Just walk nice and slow and don't bump into any of them. Even if you get seperated don't make a sound. Wait until your out of the herd before calling for us. We meet back at the mansion, got it?

Y/N: I'll stay close with Alice and her family in case we do get seperated that way I can lead them back.

Aiden: Are you sure little cousin.

Y/N: Oye, sin despedidas. Sólo te veo más tarde.

Aiden: ¿Citando al tío Tromane ahora?

Y/N: Bueno, ¿quién más se supone que llevará su legado?

Alice: Espero que seas tú porque eres un tipo increíble.

Everyone looks at Alice shocked.

Clem: You understand what their saying?

Alice: Didn't take Spanish class for 3 years for nothing.

Omid: Guys we need to go like now.

Before Y/N could leave Clem grabs his hand. He turns to her.

Y/N: Clem? What's up?

Clem: Please be ok. Please be lucky.

Y/N: Oh I'll be fine Clem. Don't you worry about me. You will soon find out the only thing who can kill me, is me.

Alice then comes up behind Y/N and grabs his other hand pulling him away from Clem.

Alice: Come on Y/N we need to go now while the walkers are leaving us open.

Y/N was trying to say one last thing to Clem, but he lost his grip on Clem's hand and they walked out the door.

Clem stood there for a minute watched as she was basically ripped away from her best friend. Tears where threatening to come out of her Hazel eyes.

Lee: Don't worry sweetpea. You will see him again and you will have all the time to talk on the boat ok?

Clem looks up at him and smiles while nodding. She grabs his hand and walks out with him.

The group is now walking through the walker infested streets of Savannah in walker guts.

It was fine for about 20 minutes until Ben bumped into a walker cause the walker was in his blind spot.

Ben: *Mind* Shit! Shit! Shit!

Then the unthinkable happened. Another walker came outta nowhere and bonked on the walker that bumped into Ben on the head and pushed him away following him.

Y/N: *Mind* What kind of fuckery is this?

They moved on for another 10 minutes until Alice's Dad tripped over himself causing a few walkers to look at them.

Y/N: *Whisper* Oh shit.

Alice's Mom: *Panicked* Honey you need to get up their looking at us.

Y/N: *Whisper* Stop panicking that's just gonna make it worse.

Then a walker comes behind her and grabs her face and bites into her neck.

Alice: M-

Y/N runs over to Alice and covers her mouth. However the same couldn't be said for the dad.

Alice's Dad: PENNY!! NOOOOOO

Despite the pain he still lunged at the walker and beat it to death from constant punches to its face and smashing its head up and down over and over before another walker comes by and bites his left arm.

Alice's Dad: Aaagggggghhhhh.

Y/N cover Alice's eyes as she whimpers hearing the last sounds of her dead going down, but not without a fight.

Alice's Dad: ME AND MOM MAY BE GONE FOREVER SWEETHEART, BUT KNOW WE ALWAYS LOVED YOU! PLEASE Y/N! PLEASE PROMISE ME YOU WILL KEEP HER SAFE! YOU CAN GIVE ME YOUR ANSWER BY GETTING HER OUTTA HERE SAFE AND SOUND! AGHHHHH! p-p-p-plea-.......

Alice's Dad gave himself mercy and the only thing they hear now is the herd feasting on the poor girl's parents.

Y/N: *Whisper* We gotta go Alice. We need to get outta here. I got a promise to keep.

Alice only nods still whimpering over her dead parents.

Once they have escaped the herd they where walking by themselves as Alice wouldn't let go of Y/N's arm still crying over her now dead parents.

Y/N: I'm really sorry you had to go through that. Your parents seemd like good people.

Alice: They where the best.

Y/N: Couldn't be me.

Alice: Hu?

Y/N: Sorry thats my pre-outbreak me talking. What I meant is that I can't relate.

Alice: How come?

Y/N: Because unlike your parents, they thought they could work things out between them by adding me to their own little private hell and it actually worked in a way, but it meant hurting me.

Alice: What did-

Y/N: Neglect, pissed on, unloved, that's not mentioning mentally and physically abused for all my life, but I could keep going.

Alice only nods as she understands what he means.

Alice's POV

I cant believe his own parents would do that to him. He's so kind, and gentle, smart, and strong. If I was his mother I would give him so much unconditional love. I wonder what happened to his parents.

Alice: So if you don't mind me asking, what happened to your parents?

Y/N stopped as he looks at me with a small smirk.

Y/N: Won't ever have to worry about them ever again. Because there dead.

Alice: I don't know why, but hearing that makes me.........

Me and Y/N have had usual conversations on our way back like who they where pre-outbreak, which schools they went to, normal 4th grader talk...... I think. Anyway I hear him humming something and I sware I wanted to fan girl so bad right now because I think I know what he's humming.

Alice: Are you humming I wanna love you by Akon and Snopp Dog!

Y/N looks at me completely shocked.

Y/N: You know who Akon and Snopp Dog are?

(Oh and I ain't translating all this. It took me a bitch and a half to figure out. And Idk if it would sound good in English like to me it's funny for some reason. Alice was beyond impressed. She took every word literally to heart. She even had a tear or two come out.

Alice: I'll bet.

They continue walking until a hear a can hitting the ground nearby.

Y/N: Get behind me.

He quickly puts her behind him.

Y/N: Either there's an animal passing by, or someone's following us.

Alice: What if it's your group.

Y/N: Can't take that chance when they haven't shown themselves yet.

Alice: I guess your right. Your instincts haven't failed us yet, so I'm with you.

Y/N: Nods appreciated by her words as he hears slight............. moans.

They backed up farther away then walkers start pouring out to them.

Y/N: What the fuck! How'd they catch up to us!? Run!

They start running as they reach the next street to take a left and more walkers come out.

Y/N: Jesus Christ! Go back! Go back!

They run back and reach two streets before more walkers come out, which forces them to go left

Y/N: The fuck!

Alice: How are there so many of them here in one city?

Y/N: Weeellll.

Alice looks at Y/N confused. She sees his shy face and puts two and two together.

Alice: No.

Y/N: Oh come on it wasent all my fault.

Alice: You mean to tell me you just sneak over here and that this many walkers where just stalking your group somehow?

Y/N: Just keep running we can talk about this when where safe.

Alice: Ok.

We continue running and Y/N looks around the area we're in.

Y/N: Where almost at the mansion but, I need to check something real quick.

We run to a fence as we look through to see the whole back yard is infested with walkers.

Y/N: There not here!

He quickly picks me up piggyback style and runs really fast.

Alice: Where could they have gone!?

Y/N: They must have been pushed out to the backyard of the mansion forcing them to take the boat to the river earlier.

Alice: So their leaving us!?

Y/N: NO THEIR NOT LEAVING US!

I looked at him scared after his little outburst. He then gasps as if realizing what he just did.

Y/N: I'm really sorry Alice. I didn't mean to lash out on you like that. It's just that my group is not like that. They wouldn't just leave us unless they had no other choice. It's the world we live in now.

I nod understanding what he means which is weird. I usually have something else to say, but when it comes to him everything he says just makes sense. It's a little creepy, but at the same time I love this feeling.

Alice: Do you know where your going?

Y/N: There is only one street that I know around here that has water near it.

Alice: River Street.

Y/N: Bingo. Almost there.

Y/N and me see his group as he shouts at them.

Y/N: GUYS GET THAT BOAT ON THE WATER NOW!!!

They all look at us as they all shook in their boots seein what I'm assuming is the hoard of walkers behind us.

Kenny: EVERYONE ON THE BOAT NOW WHILE THOSE WHO WHERE TOLD TO PUSH! PUSH GODDAMNIT PUSH!

As they where pushing the boat onto the water we kept getting more enclosed in the hoard of walkers. Pretty soon they cut us off from reaching the group and now the walkers are going after them.

Aiden and Chuck: Y/N!

Lee and Kenny: GET YOUR ASSES OVER HERE!

Carley and Clem: WE NEED YOU!

I look at Y/N who has a face that shows fear, worried, mad, and sad at the same time.

Y/N's POV

Goddamit dude! We was right fucking there. How'd I let this happen? There is no way to get past them. .....................We have no choice, but to split up for now.

Y/N: I LOVE YOU GUYS! I HOPE TO SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE! AND CLEM!

As Clem looks at me with tears in her eyes I grab Alice's hand and run since walkers where reaching us, but before I dissappear I turn and screm to her.

Y/N: ADIOS POR AHORA MI AMIGO!

And with that I guided me and Alice away from the walkers. Away from the group. Away from.......... Clem.

Y/N: Just stay close to me and we'll get out of this.

Alice just nods her head as she sticks to my back like glue.

Clem's POV

We all watch as Y/N and Alice run to escape from the hoard of walkers. I watch with tears in my eyes until I can see them anymore. I immediately start to panic as I run to the backside of the boat and stand on the seat as I scream.

Clem: ADIOS POR AHORA MI AMIGA!

Aiden then screams something in spanish.

Aiden: Y en un silencio tu mirada dice mil palabras (uh)

Kenny: I wish we could. But even with a full tank of gas who knows how long that will be and then where stuck out in the water. Besides he'd want us to not be thick and follow him. He said hed meet us on the other side, so let's go meet him on the other side.

Omid: Just can't believe he's not here.

Christa: That boy has a special place for all of us I his little world and his heart. He made us all feel safe as best he could and at a young age. He may just be a great leader in our future.

Lee: He already was.

Lee spoke up looking at his now missing left arm.

Lee: He's already proven himself to be a great leader. His instincts have been right 90% of the time. Yes people still died, but he's still only one person. That's something he taught me when this whole thing started.

Clem: Well find him.

Everyone then looks to see Clem still looking into the walker infested city. She then turns around tears still in her eyes, but a smile on her face.

Clem: Because Y/N is my friend. He's a survivor. He promised to always protect me. Y/N ran by something. Something he told me before we even left the motel. It's what he's done this whole time for all of us, so we'd survive. So, he'd say............

A/N: Ok maybe a little too dramatic and cringy, but hey let's go finally if with the first seasons. Now I understand that this book is pretty sloppy written, but it's a work in progress. Next book will hopefully do better, because me personally, big fan of Season 2, so I want it to be good. Also how are you enjoying the 9:00 every Sunday thing? A little birdie has told me about a certain writer on Wattpad and I would love to mention who he is, but we came to an agreement that I'll keep him secret for now until he finishes a certain season first. Really nice and funny guy who's actually been mentoring me if he wants to call it that on how I should be writing my story and I gotta say. He's a prodigy in the making.
