My Personal Input:

I am not into romance stories. If I see a book in that genre, I just leave it. I have two reasons for doing this. One: it is romance. I like books with a little bit of romance but not exactly books where that is the whole concept. And two: romance books almost always contain inappropriate content, which is why I have never read one...

That is, until I came across The Girl who is Silent. The first welcoming thing about it was this in the synopsis:

And then this inside the Author's Note in the book:

These two notes got me feeling relieved and I decided to try out a romance story for once.

I LOVED IT MORE THAN I THOUGHT! Like, my heart! UGH! 😍😍😍

Definitely the first romance book to ever capture my heart! Two reasons. One: It is clean, and two: It is SO DARN CUTE! She can't speak and it is amazing to read her communicating by sign language with others!
