1.
Every Coven must have a leader, if the Covens leader is to suddenly pass he/she's oldest offspring or their converted shall take over. Only the leader can give commands and/or permission to turn a mortal.

2.
It is illegal to turn the crippled, elderly, children, unwilling, and or any that could not survive the transition.

3.
One who turns a mortal must teach that converted the ways of their new life, and the laws they must follow.

4.
Willing human slaves are permitted, but unwilling are not.

5.
New converted will be destroyed if proven they can not control themselves.

6.
Breaking of any of these laws will result in punishment decided by the covens leader.

〚 Powers 〛

Semi Immortality:
Can not age, but can be killed by depending on how it's used; silver, or a stake through the heart.

Supernatural Condition:
Super/Unnaturally 'superior over their race because their abilities are pushed beyond the nature level.' They're stronger, faster, durable, and smarter than other species.

To be more than what is naturally possible.

Night Vision:
Ability to see in the dark.

Regenerative Healing Factor:
Heal immensely faster than any normal human being. The more blood in your system, the faster the healing rate.

Able to hypnotize any human, their supernatural beauty helps.

Wooden Stake
A wooden stake through any vampires heart proves to be fatal.

Fire
Though it is the longer process of the three, fire is fatal to vampires, leaving them in a pile of ash.

Silver
Silver is not nearly as fatal for vampires as it is for werewolves, but if used properly can be proven to be fatal for vampires as well.

〚 Other 〛

Myths
Sunlight, holy items, and garlic do not harm vampires. They can be seen in mirrors and pictures. They do not need an invitation to enter a building.. They also do not sparkle in the sunlight.

Birth
Though rare, it is possible for a vampire to be born. Usually this occurs when one parent is a wolf or human. It almost never happens but, there are a few rare cases where two vampires have had a child together. Most vampires consider their converted their offspring.

Converted
The vampire to turn a mortal is that converteds creator. The creator is responsible for the converted until the converted can prove they can function and control their hunger on their own. When first converted their blood lust is at its height, some of them will act out irrationally and be destroyed as a result. Converted must always obey their creator, unless it goes against the laws. A creator is not allowed a sexual relation with their converted, or otherwise will be punished. Converted are not allowed to obtain a mate until they're no longer under the care of their creator.

Mates
Unlike werewolves, vampires do not have a strong connection or pull to their mate. No vampire is required to choose a mate. You also can not force the mating process upon anyone. But if both participants are willing to become mates there is a 2 month courting period, before bites; claiming them as yours, are placed upon each other's necks and the mating; sex, happens. Vampires are still able to have sex without being mates. If your mate happens to pass away, you are unable to mate another.

Blood
A vampire must feed at the least, once every two weeks to stay energized and alive. Whether they drink human blood or animal blood. Vampires that consume animal blood are considered 'vegetarian'.

Process of Transformation
To turn a mortal into a vampire you must drain them of most of their blood and quickly make them drink yours, to replace it.
