I am Lavanya and I'm 20.

2. What is the aim you want to achieve?

I am a b.tech student. Securing a job in a reputed company after completing studies is my aim.

3. What would you like to do in your leisure time?

I love singing, dancing, reading and writing. Among all of them, I mostly do reading and singing. I have a habit of recording my voice and listening to it in my free time.

4. Who are the favourite authors did you find in this platform? What are the favourite books which you read in one go?

thatgirlatthecorner and annsgirls are my favourite authors on this platform. There are a lot of books that I read in one go. Listing all of them is quite difficult *chuckles*

Oh it's okay! Seems like you are a bookworm! Who keeps on reading books!

5. Who are the best friends you found in this platform?

thatgirlatthecorner. Chocylove are the best friends i found through this app.

6. What do you usually expect from readers. Was there anytime when you felt bad that your readers didn't understand you ?

All that I expect from my readers is a genuine review on my book. I never felt bad with my readers. I love them and I am happy. But the thing that slightly disappoints me is that they give an honest review on my book only if I ask them personally. I mean, they can do that even if I don't ask them. As readers, they hold that right of pointing out my mistakes.

Yes,after all every author would love to hear reviews from their readers side.

7. Who are the readers who were constantly supporting you from the start of your journey. Do you want to give any message to your readers?

usha666666 bhavana33333 keerthi57 @rck_writes these four have been with me since the beginningthatgirlatthecorner Assorted_Stories, they joined me in the middle and never left me from then. I love you all for supporting me and remember that you can tell me whatever you feel about my writing, it can be either good or bad.

8. As an author why do you like being the most a reader or an author? Being which do you enjoy the most?

I am a reader, first and then a writer. I am not yet confident about my writing but, I'm hell confident on my reading skills *laughs*. So, I like being a reader. But, while writing I need to use every bit of my brain which i do very rarely. So, i enjoy writing!

Well,you underestimate yourself sista.! You really write awesome.

9. We have read your story love given chance , it was very interesting. Can we know from where you got the idea about this your experience or imagination or inspired from anywhere?

A love given chance is a real life story of my cousin. I got the story line from her life and the plots are my imagination.

10. You have crossed your teenage. What is your prospective about that phase of life? Was teenage a cake walk or a road filled with troubles?

. That phase was fun yet serious *chuckles*. I mean first it was tenth. Everybody wanted me to get a good gpa. And then in 12th IIT JEE, that was the worst part of my teens. And the rest is quite fun, if I say.

JEE,that brings shivers down my spine right now! I will be writing JEE in coming two years 😃!

11. Many of them believe that teenage is a good age to know ourselves, and it's only the society that makes teenage tough. What is your opinion about this?

No, there is no specific age to know ourselves. But, the thing is, the person who you are going to be in future partially depends on the steps you take during your teens. And society...I don't think they are making it difficult. It is us who make it difficult by considering everything they say. If you think what they say makes sense, then follow it. If not, don't think much, just don't let that come in your way. It is your life afterall!

That is so damn true!!!

12. Many of them think that teenagers doesn't have a good stability of mind and they have mixed emotions all the time. Most of the wattpadians are teenagers. What do you think about this?

Hmmmm....this is really difficult. You know, I'm not that old to talk about teenagers mind stability. I myself have mixed emotions all the time. Is that bad, having mixed emotions? I don't know. And the fact that most of the wattpadians are teenagers is really good to know. That is great actually.

13. What were your best and worst memories of your teenage?

I am sorry. I cannot answer this question. I love every moment of my life. I cry at silly things. I can't stop laughing for hours if I once start laughing. I have some worse memories but, now I cherish them too. I enjoy to fullest when I am with my favourite people. And I make sure that I am surrounded by the people who love me genuinely. Being with them can solely make me happy even in my sad moments.

Yes being with the people we genuinely love makes our day!

14. Teenagers are often prone to opposite sex attraction and they believe it is love. What is do you want to convey to them?

*Clearing my throat* This is not something that should be discussed depending on the age, I guess. They are feeling and they do vary from person to person. Aren't they? Okay, I quit. I am not an expert in this field and I don't know what to convey to the teenagers. So, I better skip this question*laughs*

15. Teenagers are always prone to depression and sadness. Would you like to give them some tips to overcome depression and related things?

Okay, this is a real serious problem. Not only teenagers but, I want to tell this to everyone out there, who are reading this. In my opinion, depression is different from sadness. Being sad is okay because, it reduces with time. But, being depressed is not at all okay. Depression only gets increased with time if you don't start working on it. Share your thoughts with your loved ones but never bottle them up. If you really don't have anyone to talk it out, you can message me. I am not a pro at motivating others but, I'm a good listener. I will listen to you if you think you don't have anyone.

The people who are depressed just need a person whom they are comfortable with. I really appreciate your help sista!

16. As we know you are an adult. Do you miss your teenage? If a chance would be given would you like to go back?

As I said earlier, i don't really find much difference from my teens to the present. But, I would surely go back to my childhood if I were given a chance.

*Boom* here you go take this time machine  specially known as sakshi's time machine. Go back to your teenage. But wait! Complete my Interview and then you are free to go! I know I am selfish hehe!

17. Is this platform suitable for teenagers? Could you please give some motivational lines for the teenagers out there?

Ofcourse it is! If you are interested in reading, do it. If you are interested in writing, do it. Never, i repeat, never in my life had i expected that i would me motivating someone.*laughs* Something i want to mention is, "The lines you are reading now will have atleast a bit of effect on your mind. So, be wise while choosing a book to read or a genre to write." THIS IS SERIOUS. VERY SERIOUS!

18. Mostly many of us use social media. There are pro and cons in using it. Would you like to give us some tips to escape from the dangerous traps?

Okay, this happened recently with one of my batchmates. Someone created a fake account on her name with her profile pic and sent requests to her friends. Thinking that it is her, they accepted the request and started chatting normally. In the process, they collected her friends personal information. So, I suggest you all to confirm it from the concerned person before accepting the request. And also, don't reveal any kind of personal information on social media because, the world is not good as you think.

Goodness! That really sounds dangerous!

19.Do you want to share anything to us or do you want to express something that you feel everyone must pay attention to that?

This is something that is been bothering me since a while. Some of the writers are so much worried about reads and votes. I agree it hurts when your work don't get enough recognition. But, don't let that bother you. You are writing because you love doing it, only that matters. As far as you have someone to encourage you, sulking on "the number of people" you have on your side is FOOLISHNESS.

I totally agree with you sista. Well said!!

20. Is there anything you want to ask someone or your readers?

Yes. To the ones who know atleast a bit about me and now if you are reading this interview, do you find something new in me? *winks*

21. Lastly, what do you think about our community?

This is really a good initiative. I don't know how many of the teenagers on this app are using it but, if they have something really bothering in their lives, they can undoubtedly approach this community!

22. How did you feel giving us interview? Is there anything you want to suggest to improve ourselves?

This is so new to me. I mean talking about social media, depression, motivating teenagers are something I have never done. You guys made me do this*laughs* thanks for that. This is going really good so far. I will let you know if at all i feel something is to be improved.
