Family Problems
Someone was slamming their fists loudly against Classic's door, Blackberry groaned and rolled over catching sight of his phone and bolted up, the realization of who it would be at the door made Black's ribs feel like if he had a gut it would dropped to the floor and made a pool. He snatched his phone cursing quietly and he struggled with the sheets to get free. 'Get to the door before Classic!' He fell off the bed and scrambled to his feet.
He faltered when he heard Classic open the door.
He cracked the bedroom door and shrank when he saw who exactly was at the door, Edge in all of his tall as fuck, angry, and ever scowling glory.
"Where is he?" Honey snapped from behind of Edge. Blackberry shrunk.
"I assume you mean Black?" Classic tilted his head "That's the only 'he' you would be talking about, right?"
"He's right there." Edge daintily pointed at the cracked door. Black flinched and slinked out of the room, he watched Classic apologetically, he badly wished for a way out of this humiliation.
"I'm sorry for worrying you... I just..." He didn't really have a good explanation for this.
Classic hummed "I met him at the bar, he gave me his number, and I took him to the park after he got off of work, since he was tired I took him here and offered him the guest bedroom as I suggested the idea."
"I don't trust his face... he has an untrustworthy face to me..." Edge ignored Classic.
Blackberry sighed "It's the truth, it was so late I didn't want to wake anyone with a phone call..."
"A text would have sufficed!" Edge snapped and clicked his heels together.
"I was tired..." Black kept himself from growling.
"No excuse! Come let's head home." Edge snapped
Black frowned he didn't move, Classic sighed "Okay, can I ask your names since you are the ones who banged on my door, and it looks like you were ready to barge in."
"Edge Fell, and Honey Swapfell. In that room is Black Swapfell, and he really needs to get home before his parole officer gets there first." Edge said impatiently. Black tense, he resisted the urge to throttle Edge, but Honey's watchful glare kept that from happening.
Classic looked over, "You still owe me that story."
"I do... you have my number..." Blackberry smiled wimpily as he walked to Edge and Honey at a snail's pace.
"I'll see you later Black." Classic nodded, Honey hugged Black when he grew close enough to be hugged.
"Same here." Black pushed away Honey's hug despite the glare he received from Edge and the pained pout he got from Honey.
Edge gave Classic a final glower and escorted the bunch to their run down red Tundra.
Blackberry wasn't happy in the slightest, the mood written all over his face as Honey plopped himself in the passenger seat.
Blackberry sank into the uncomfortable back seat. "...You didn't need to do that..." He grumbled.
Edge gripped the steering wheel wanting to be the one to reprimand the adult child in the small backseat.
"We did! We thought you were kidnapped or worse!" Honey rose his voice twisting in his seat so he could get a better look at Black.
"Well I wasn't I would have texted when I woke up!!" Black snapped at Honey.
"Black, you usually text when your going out, to hear that story from... whoever he was said-- the fact you didn't tell us meant that you were kidnapped or hurt!" Honey glared
"I forgot! If I was kidnapped do you think he would have let you track my phone like a bloodhound?!" Black barked "It was late!"
Honey started again, but Black intervened once more. "There was no point in what you two just did!"
"We were worried sick!" Honey growled
"You didn't need to be I'm fine! I always am!" Black quickly snarled back.
Honey sighed and turned to face forward once again.
"You practically claimed me... I'm not a child..." Black pulled up his legs. Edge mumbled his own vicious words.
"You're still my brother, I will always worry about you." Honey sighed.
"You're acting more like a parent..."
"What if I told you I was moving in with him? Yo--" Black yelped as Edge slammed the breaks. Black's skull smashed into the back of Honey's seat. He whined and his hands moved to his face.
"YOU WHAT?!" Edge snapped ignoring the vehicles honking at him.
"YOU'RE MOVING IN WITH A GUY YOU JUST MET!?" Honey turned back to him. Black stayed quiet cradling his head, the answer obvious. Edged revved the old Tundra and started moving once again.
"We'll talk about this when we get home" Honey growled
"You wanted me to--"
"AT HOME!" Edge simpered, silencing Black.
They sat in silence for the rest of ride. Black curled in the back of the car and leaned his head on the window. he felt his inner teen pushed out when he was around these two, and he hated it.
When they finally got to the apartment Black bolted out and rushed to open the door, Honey quick to trail behind him, Edge held slammed the door and ran to catch up as Black swung the apartment door open.
Resisting the urge to slam the door on Honey's face. He didn't want to get hit my one of Edge's hands, Edge had this habit to talk with his hands flailing them whenever he spoke. It got worse when he was angry and he had a tendency to hit people, on accident. Mostly.
Black made a beeline to his room, Honey snatched his arm with a death grip causing Black to yelp and struggle to stay on his feet when he was yanked back.
Black gave his arm a with and a pull when that proceeded to fail "Let go."
Edge closed the door and stood at it like a guard dog blocking an exit.
"What were you thinking?! Moving in with a random person!" Honey's hand tightened, Black grimaced and glared.
"It's not like you didn't to the same!" Black growled.
"I knew the person for more than one month! You knew that guy for one day!" Honey snapped.
"What's wrong with that?!" He didn't stop tugging his arm from Honey's unyielding grip.
"Because your my brother I want you safe!"
"I WAS SAFE!! His neighborhood was safer than here!" Black hissed resorting to prying Honey's grasp with his other hand.
"He's still an absolute stranger!!"
"So was Edge to me but he's still here isn't he?!" Black watched Edge's blank sneer got more soft when Honey looked over.
"I talked about him for a month before I brought him over!" Honey's attention returned to Black.
"Well... You said the night before you wanted me out well I found a way!" Black was quick to change the direction of the argument. He yanked at his hand again and again to no avail.
"I never wanted you to leave me!" Honey huffed.
"I'm STILL close by!"
Honey shook his head "Black, you haven't even gotten the paperwork to do it!"
"I'm going to get the fucking paperwork!!"
Edge looked like he was going to explode at this point.
Honey growled "I don't care! I'd rather you stay here than with-- whoever that was!"
"But I DON'T want to be here! I DON'T want to work at that bar for the rest of my life! I DON'T want my parole officer riding my ass every single time there is a slightest hint of trouble!" Blackberry shouted.
"Then tell me because you NEVER do!" Honey huffed and shoved Black's arm back to him. He swiveled and fled to his shared room with Edge.
Edge was quick to follow Honey growling at Black. Black took a step back and went directly to his own room.
