Sorry this is not an update, let's talk.
I was thinking last few days.
Let's start like this I am in class with 23 people (we have classes like you are with same bunch of people whole year, same classes same everything.)
-me and 1 others are listening to classic rock, or alternative just hipsters ya knoow :D
-4 are metalists & punkers
-2 are listening to dubstep etc
-3 are listening to shitty slovak rap
-7 people are listening to pop which is Ed sheeran, 1D, fifth harmony and these bands
-5 are not listening to music.. I know how could they live right?!
Look and tell me how is possible or since when is fifth harmony with theirs awesome and perfect song worth it (i guess it's like that) better than Beatles' Blackbird or Led Zeppelin's black dog... Since when.
Okay I understand people are buying this cheap 'music' because it has good melody but like c'mon what a nerd doesn't know freaking Queen or Led Zeppelin. I can't make anyone like them but it's just sad how people buying this cheap music. There are also bands like Foo Fighters or Death weather (jack white) or my favorite The Kooks and all the indie bands that are cool. So many opportunities so many great bands and they are choosing between 100 of them isn't that sick.
Don't take me like hater I am not, okay maybe a little bit but I love music and I think it's my duty to save it.
My friend killed me few weeks ago when she told me "She doesn't like Slovak music." I will explain that.
Slovak music is dividet into 3 types - Oldies, Radio played music and Radio not played music. People in slovakia knows slovak songs from radio and they hate them but radios are playing them because they are good for bussines but slovakia has soo many great bands.
I know what I am talking about I am from hometown of many I think like 90% of slovak interprets.
We have punk bands like Zona A or Horkiže sliže.
We have rock bands like Para, Slobodna Europa.
We have psychedelic bands like Bez ladu a skladu.
Also lots of indie and alternative bands like Puding pani Elvisovej, Bad Karma Boy, Walter Schnitzelson, Frequency, The Void (this is band of my friend!), Katarzia and my favorite Billy Barman (They are friends of my dad and also friends of mine good guys, great songwriters and musicians.)
We also have fucking Reggae bands!!!
BUT PEOPLE ALWAYS SAYS SLIVAK MUSI IS SHIT.
Alright I agree this article has no point So i am sorry for wasting your time I just felt like writing this.
ONE LAST THING, PLEAS CHECK THIS BAND OUT (The void(song czechoslovakia), Billy Barman (song Vrkoče), Frequency (Bauhaus) and PPE (basova pasca or SISISISI.))
