Quirk: Aqua Kinetic

Description: Able to move and manipulate water around her and is able to turn it into solid ice, allowing her to make weapons out of it

Downside: She has to make sure she's hydrated enough to manipulate water, needs to be around a body of water to use that ice ability, tries to avoid anything electrical

9. Yajin Hidashi (OC by Shadow2190)

Quirk: Energy Manipulation

Description: He can control his energy to work in many ways like speed, his senses, flight, even create energy blasts.

Downside: Not a very noticeable downside, but a downside, nonetheless. His metabolism is higher than normal.

10. Gojin Xyro (OC by XyroOwO)

Quirk: Meta Teleportation

Description: He's able to teleport to any place he can think of, so long as he remembers the name of the place. And he needs to have a good number of stamina if the place is far.

Downside: As strong as it is, it causes complete stamina drain leaving him unable to fight afterwards. The farther the place is, the more stamina it consumes from him. If the place is too far for him, he can't teleport there.

11. Kiyoko Rose (OC by Kuroki_Tomoko24)

Quirk: Divine Healing

Description: A very rare quirk. Kiyoko's quirk can heal almost any wound. If Kiyoko heals someone with her quirk, they are back up to full power and will get a small boost of power for 1 minute. That is one of her secret roots of her quirk. When activating this quirk, her hands glow green. 

Downside: This quirk drains a lot of stamina, so she will need lots of food and water if she's out of energy. She must require stamina in order to use her quirk properly. If not, then that's asking for a death sentence.

12. Shiki Kurenai

Quirk: Psychokinesis

Description: This quirk allows her to focus her psychokinetic powers on the environment around her, allowing her to pick up surrounding objects and move them around at will without exerting physical force on them. When in use, Shiki's psychic powers surrounds the targeted object with a cyan aura.

Downside: She can't lift heavy things, like a building for example. She also can't hold things for very long, or else she'll strain her body.

13. Kitra Sinuke (OC by dabi-blueflames24)

Quirk: Kinetic Energy

Description: His Quirk allows him to channel any pain that is inflicted to his body and turn that into energy for him to use throughout the fight.Whether that being enhancing his physical capabilities, such as strength and speed.

Downside: The damage remains, therefore if he takes too much damage, he will still have the power, but his body will give in and leave him no longer fit for battle.Yet if he's unconscious before he can use the power, the energy stays with him for him to use at a later date and if he tries to use the energy when he hasn't taken damage, he will injure himself and not gain any power, it will only weaken him further.

14. Max Draco

Quirk: Dragon Force

Description: He has the ability of a dragon itself; he can breathe out fire, forms fire on his hands or feet, and can use his flames to create wings to fly.

Downside: If he uses his flames too much, it can damage his body, basically burning away at his skin.

15. Sky Kojiro

Quirk: Lightning Berserk

Description: He is able to generate bolts of electricity from his body to stun or knock out enemies. He can also absorb electricity and bolts of lightning that come from the sky to transfer them into attacks.

Downside: He can't use it as much as he pleases. Just like every other quirk, his is a physical ability, which means his body will go numb for 20 minutes or so. He can negate the weakness by using his electricity on certain parts of his body, like his arms or legs.
