The Parents' Permission
A/N: Some of Class 1-C's Parents/Guardians...
A little earlier before the exam, Present Mic and Ectoplasm were scheduled to ask for Class 1-C's parents/guardians permission to let Class 1-C used the dorms for their own protection from the League of Villains.
So far they got half of the Class' parents permission.
Jack's, Hein's, and Chassy's rich and powerful families highly recommended it.
Kenji and Zoe were orphans which gave them the advantage to use the dorms.
Lilac's parents are in jail, so they got her permission instead.
Luna's mother was okay with this.
Mio's parents allowed it.
Kelly's parents were mysterious individuals but they allowed it as well.
Samuel's parents and Destiny's mother were having doubts but they talked them into it.
Oka's mother....was a scary thing they had to go just convinced to let her daughter stay. Present Mic almost ended up becoming one of her test subjects.
Present Mic: (I almost pissed myself...I am never doing that again...)
Yin's father is out of the question, so for his own protection, he was allowed to use the dorm.
Haru's parents were busy but his siblings allowed it.
Akira's parents were busy as well so his sister Naoya confirmed that it was okay for him to use the dorm.
A/N: Yeah. Turns out Naoya is a girl confirmed by Akira-kun's Creator. My mistake.

Shun: I think it's a good idea for Souta to use the dorms.
Souta's older brother Shun AKA Deadly Scent, was applaud with the idea. Ever since he heard what happened to Souta back during the intern exam. He grew more worried for his baby brother.
Ectoplasm: We are glad that you approve of this.
Shun: Oh no need for that. I'm just so happy that Souta is doing well...He never made any friends while growing up. Heck, Mom and Dad wouldn't even look at him straight in the face ever since the day he got his quirk. The kids back in elementary school isolated him. The teachers didn't do much to help either. I tried my best to help him socialize but it always end up badly. But now....
Shun looks at the picture of Class 1-C that was taken from the party after the Sports Festival. His brother looked so happy in the picture. Souta stopped smiling when he was four. This was the first time he saw his brother ever show emotion besides anger, disappointment, and criticism.
Shun: I'm glad he got people who wouldn't abandoned him. The Hero Business for me is getting dangerous each year, I'm no longer in a position to be able to take care of him while handling this career. So please, look after my baby brother and give me feedback on how he's doing.
Present Mic: We will! Don't worry Deadly Scent! Kobayashi-kun is in good hands!
Shun smirked.
Shun: I'm sure he is.

Shiho: Oh...I don't know about this.
Shiho Fujioka, the adoptive father of Sylvia Akuma and her brothers, Daku and Sousuke, wasn't above all that sure about letting his daughter stay in the Class 1-C dorms.
Shiho: Are you sure she'll be safe on campus?
Ectoplasm: We appreciate your concern Mr. Fujioka. But we can assure you, the heroes at U.A will do everything we can to make sure your daughter is safe.
Shiho took a slip of tea from his cup to calm his worries. Even if Sylvia wasn't his daughter by blood. But he still thought of her as one.
Shiho: *Sighs* I just don't know. Being a father is tough. I know she's growing up and is able to look after herself..but I'm scared of the things that could necessary happen. Example. Do you know that my kind is still feared by humans.
Present Mic: Yes...We have heard...
Shiho: There are just some humans who won't accept this. What if they try to cocked up some horrible plan and kidnap her for various use. Because let me tell you, before Sylvia came to U.A, she got abducted multiple times. Most of them were attempts on her life or because she's a princess. Hell, even her real father kidnapped her twice.
That made both Pro-Heroes eyes went wide.
Shiho: All Sylvia wants to be who she is. Not just demon that people can fear. Not some tool or weapon. We're family. If anyone tries to mess with her. They mess with all of us.
Ectoplasm: We understand sir...
Shiho: What is this all about anyway?
Ectoplasm: To protect them from the villains.
Present Mic: Due to the recent attacks, it was decided by Principal Nedzu that it may be for the best for the students to live in the dorms, so that they may be protected by the teachers if anything happens.
Shiho: Okay but wouldn’t it put them in even more risk?
Present Mic: W-Well...
Shiho: Correct me if I'm wrong. From what I had heard…the villains had something against the teachers and the school, not the students themselves…Wouldn’t keeping them on the school grounds be dangerous for them? Especially since they’d be all in one place. Won’t villains attack them first to get the upper hand while invading the school?
Ectoplasm: That is a possibility, of course. However, there is no guarantee that they won’t be targeted when they’re home. If they live in the dorms, they’ll at least be protected by the pros, in case anything happens.
Shiho: Hmmm....Okay. I'll allow it. She has my permission to be with her friends and live in the dorms. But, you got to promise me one thing.
Present Mic: And what is that?
Shiho: Keep her safe from harm and if that school can't do that one thing for me....
The whole house begin to shake like an earthquake.
"Then there will be HELL to pay."
The shaking stopped as both Present Mic and Ectoplasm stirred back in their seats. They forget they are talking to a demon here. And that threat really sounded serious.
Shiho: This conversation is over. Please leave my house before I change my mind.
Ectoplasm: T-Thank you for your time.
Present Mic: (Dear Lord...What am I getting myself into.)

Fumiko: No.
The Yuki-Onna had firmly stated that as the two Pro-Heroes asked her and her husband for permission for their son to live in the dorms.
Present Mic: Mrs. Yukimura, Please Reconsider.
Fumiko: I said no...and that is my final answer.
Tohru: Fumi...
Ectoplasm: I understand that you're upset about this, but we're doing this to protect the students.
Fumiko's ice cold eyes made the Pro-Hero shrink a little a fear.
Fumiko: Protect him from what? The only danger here I see is that Bakugo kid. He threaten to assault my son, multiple times back at the festival. And here I'm hearing that he provoked him during the exam and physically attacked Midoriya.
Present Mic flinched.
Fumiko: You're a teacher aren't you. How could you allow this to happen?
Ectoplasm: We're trying to handle the situation with Bakugou. He’ll go to therapy, and he’ll be forbidden from coming anywhere near Midorya and Yukimura.
Fumiko let out a empty laugh that made the three man back away from her.
Fumiko: You're joking right? He threaten to hurt my son and tried to kill Inko's son as well. Then here you are sending that Bakugo kid into therapy?!!
Both teachers went quiet. They really have no idea how to make this situation better because they have to deal with an pissed up mother.
Espically a mother who quirk can be able to turn them into popsicles.
Fumiko: I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, but I don't believe my son's safety is guaranteed at U.A. It's too risky. I already talked to Midoriya-kun's mom and she already agreed not to let her son into the U.A dorms either.
Present Mic: Mrs. Yukimura
...Please...We are aware of the situation with between your sons and Bakugou. That's why we ask you to put more faith in us.
Fumiko didn't say anything but turn to her husband.
Fumiko: What do you think?
Tohru:....I say...Let Mikoto be in the dorms.
Fumiko: Tohru!
Tohru raised a hand to his wife to let him finish.
Tohru: I agree with you that Mikoto's safety shouldn't be granted within the dorms and it's too risky like you said. But Fumiko, think about it. If Mikoto finds out about this, he'll tried to rebel his way into staying in the dorms. He always has been that way. He's too independent on himself. Us being in the way won't stop him from doing that.
Fumiko:....
Present Mic:...
Ectoplasm:.....
Fumiko: I guess...that's true...to tell the truth. I'm just scared of losing him. I haven't been a mother much in his life due to work. But he gave me a chance to still be there for him. I feel like...if I just let him go...I'll lose him someday. I'm scared for when that day comes. He's my only precious winter child.
Tohru: I understand that. He's my child too. Which is why as parents, we need to support him and his dream as much as we can.
Fumiko: Yes...You're right...
Ectoplasm: So...What is your answer?
Fumiko: Well...I'm still aganist this...But like Tohru-kun said...I will let him stay in the dorms....I also talk to Inko to reconsider as well. But if I can't. So be it. You all better take care of him. He better be both physical and mentally healthy everytime I see him. Alright?
Ectoplasm: Yes. Of Course.
Present Mic: You can count of U.A to guarantee the little listener's safety.
Fumiko:....I'm already regretting this decision.
