A few days later, there was a conference at Nighteye's Office so most heroes within the area were here for the meeting.

Kirishima sees that Izuku, Ochaco and Tsuyu are heading out at the same time as him.

Jack, Luna, Zoe, Destiny, and Mio were also there as well to arrive at Sir Nighteye's Office.

Jack: It's great to see you guys again.

Luna: Yeah! We heard what happened?

Zoe: Are you guys alright?

Jack: Barely. I suffered a few bruises and received a bit of a pounding. But I'm fine.

Luna: If Souta was here, he would've been happy to hear all that.

Zoe/Mio: *Nods*

Jack: Well screw him! I had to a lot on my plate to deal with.🎶 Literally~!🎶

???: Guys?

They all turned their heads to see Mikoto.

Jack: Yukimura! You're here and-?!

They all stopped when they noticed a small fox child in his arms.

Luna: Awww~!

Zoe: Cute...

Mio: Kawaii!!!

Inari: *Hides his face in Mikoto's shirt*

Mikoto: Guys...This is Inari-kun...and he's been through alot...

Luna: *Sad* Oh....

Destiny: Is he going to be okay, Class Rep?

Mikoto:....I don't know...He won't talk to anyone besides me...

Jack:....

They all walk into the office and were surprised to see that Nejire, Mirio and Tamaki along with Tsuyoi, Kyan, and Akari are also there.

And they were even more surprised to see that there are many heroes there, including Fat Gum, Ryukyu, Aizawa, Geysis, Gran Torino, and many more.

Nejire and Akari greets Ryukyu and asks about the meeting. Ryukyu replies that she will soon know enough, stating that Sir Nighteye is about to start the meeting.  

Luna: (I can tell this meeting is going to get tense......)

Thanks to the information all the Heroes provided him with, Sir Nighteye was able to make substantial progress with his investigation.

Sir Nighteye reveals that he called for this meeting to share information as well as to discuss how to proceed in dealing with the plots of a certain small organization named The Shie Hassaikai; this captures Izuku, Mikoto, and the others' attention.  

Sir Nighteye's Office was on the second floor in the large meeting room, Sir Nighteye decides to begin the meeting.

As they go to sit down Ochaco and Tsuyu ask why Shota is here.

Aizawa: They asked for my and Geysis' help. 

Eijiro and Jack both wondered what is happening and Fat Gum tells him that everything will be explained.

Izuku turned his head to Mikoto who was still holding onto the small fox boy. Did Mikoto's discovery of the child played a keyrole in this meeting...?

The meeting begins with Bubble Girl explaining that the Heroes at Nighteye Office have been investigating the villain organization called the Shie Hassaikai; this investigation was sparked after an incident involving the Shie Hassaikai's run in with Team Reservoir Dogs.

Geysis: But didn't the Police Force labeled it as an accident?

Multiple heads nodded by this...

Everyone found strange since it didn't make any sense and decided to be best to investigate the Yakuza organization.

Centipeder, a sidekick of the Nighteye Office, explains that he made follow up investigations regarding the Shie Hassaikai and found out that they have been contacting other villainous groups and involvement with black market groups all over Japan.

Centipeder: Their motive for doing so is to increase their organization and finance. Soon after the official investigation began, the Shie Hassaikai had made contact with two member of the League of Villains called Twice and Gunshot (Juurou).

Although they were not able to track them, the help of the Police Force allowed them to determine that a dispute between the two groups broke out.

Gran Torino assumes that he and Naomasa were called in because the League of Villains is involved.

A Hero sitting next to him asks Naomasa's whereabouts, to which Gran Torino replies....

Gran Torino: I was out doing investigations.

Gran Torino turns his attention to Izuku and tells him that they have become involved in something troublesome.

Deku: This is nothing troublesome...

Mikoto gave him a blank stare.

Deku: *Nervously chuckles* Hehe...

Mirio asks how Izuku knows of Gran Torino, to which Izuku states that Gran Torino was his mentor from Field Training.

From afar, Kirishima had recognizes Gran Torino from the Kamino Incident.

Kirishima: (How does Midoriya know of Gran Torino?)

Centipeder and Bubble Girl continue with their explanation. Due to their investigation revealing these developments, Bubble Girl states that they requested their help through the HN. As Centipeder tells Bubble Girl to skip that part, Ochaco wonders what the HN is;

Nejire explains that the HN called the Hero Network is an online service that only those with professional licenses can access.

Akari also makes a claim of that.

Akari: The Hero Network also allows fellow Heroes to look up the activities of other Heroes across the country and can request the assistance of Heroes with specific Quirks that may be of use.

Fat Gum then talks about Tamaki, Jack, and Eijiro once of the Heroes asks about the presence of the U.A students since they will hold back the discussion when things get dark.

Kirishima/Jack:....

Tamaki:....

Fat Gum then defends his interns, since they are important.

Sir Nighteye explains that the Shie Hassaikai were suspected of selling illegal drugs and requested the assistance of a Hero who is familiar with this topic, which is Fat Gum.

Fat Gum explains that he, Kirishima, Anderman, and Tamaki were involved the other day in a battle against Rappa and other thugs in which Tamaki was shot with something that he had never seen before...a medicine that breaks Quirks.

This catches the other Heroes attention.

Mikoto: That's true...

Deku: Miichan?

Mikoto: Forgive me rudeness for interrupting. But a few days ago, me and Tsuyoi-Senpai got involved with a kidnapper who was using the same drug that breaks quirks as well.

Inari: *Sleeping* Zzzzz...

Mikoto: Inari-kun here told me...that drug was used to kill his parents.

This raised alarm bells for everyone presents and the whole meeting flew

Mirio asks Tamaki if he is alright, to which Tamaki explains that he has recovered and can still use his Quirk, which he demonstrates by manifesting a cow hoof.

Shouta Aizawa then explains that Tamaki's quirk injury is different from his erasure quirk as he does not attack quirks.

Aizawa: For your information, Yukimura,  A Quirk is born after a human body's structure is specially altered by plus alphaing it. The Plus Alpha in a Quirk is called the Quirk Factor.

Mikoto: Does a Quirk Factor kill people if it's removed?

Aizawa: That's either a positive or a negative. My Erasure  Quirk momentarily halts the activation of the Quirk Factor which allows me to cancel other people's Quirks. My Erasure cannot damage the Quirk Factor. So, for a quirk-dispensing gun to do that...I'm not too sure...

Mikoto:...

Jack: (Now that I think about it... Didn't that guy, Juurou, use a quirk-erasing gun, back at Kiyashi Mall...?)

Fat Gum then follows up by explaining that Tamaki has checked at the hospital after being shot and found out that Tamaki's Quirk Factor was damaged, but thankfully Tamaki has able to naturally recover.

The object that was fired onto Tamaki had no abnormalities and only his Quirk was attacked...the thug that fired the gun refuses to speak and the gun itself is in pieces, meaning only a portion of the bullet was obtained.

However the counterargument couldn't really be the same for Mikoto as he still wondered how the gun that could only erase quirks could kill as well.

However, thanks to Kirishima's brave actions by protecting Tamaki, they were able to obtain a bullet with the contents still inside, which surprises Eijiro; Ochaco, Tsuyu and Nejire praise Eijiro. Fat Gum explains that after examining the contents of the bullet, they discovered that inside the bullet were human blood and cells, which disturbs the U.A. students.

Sir Nighteye then tell the details about Overhaul.

Ryukyu surmises that the bullet contained the DNA of a Quirk that destroys other Quirks and those who revolve around their quirks could be killed from it.

That probably would explain how Inari's parents were killed.

However, one of the Heroes does not see the connection of the Quirk-destroying bullet to the Shie Hassaikai.

Geysis: The intermediary distributors did have exchanges with the yakuza group but there is no evidence of the villain group selling the bullets themselves.

Sir Nighteye explains that Ryukyu and her interns: (Ochako, Tsuyu, Luna, Akari, Mio, Zoe, Destiny, and Nejire) had ended a dispute between two villain groups...

Sir Nighteye: It was later found out that the boss of one of the groups had exchanges with the same distributor.

One of the Heroes sees that Sir Nighteye is trying to implicate the Shie Hassaikai and asks for a more convincing connection.

Sir Nighteye explains that Chisaki, the Leader of the Shie Hassaikai, has a Quirk called Overhaul.

Chisaki's Overhaul Quirk gives him the ability to disassemble or restore objects, an ability that can break down something and then reassemble it. Sir Nighteye states that Chisaki's Quirk and the Quirk-destroying bullet are related.

Suddenly, Izuku and Mirio break down into a sweat as they realize that Chisaki's daughter, Eri, is involved with this and they could have stopped Chisaki right then and there if they had taken Eri into custody.

Sir Nighteye explains that Chisaki's daughter had no birth certificate and details about her are unknown; Izuku and Mirio encountered her on their patrol and she had a number of bandages on her.

Mikoto: Wait....So why did Overhaul wanted to use Inari in the first place if he already had Eri...?

Nighteye: Maybe....the boy could be used to help fuel Eri's quirk...which could reverse of the evolution of others...

Everyone:....

The realization has set it's course when they finally know what's going on...

Overhaul is using Eri to destroy quirks.
