So many questions filled his mind but he didn't want to pressure the small child...

Mikoto panicked. Was he having a nightmare?!

Mikoto had to think fast. He remembered the time when he had a nightmare, his father would sing a small tone when he was little.

Mikoto quickly remember the lines as possible before he begin to sing.

Mikoto then offered some comfort as he gently patted the boy's hair.

Mikoto almost jumped at the voice and turned his head to see Sylvia and Haru watching near the door.

Mikoto: How long you guys been standing there?

Sylvia: For a little while...when we heard you singing.

Mikoto blushed for a moment.

Mikoto: It's...the song that Dad always sing for me when I was a kid...I really loved ice cream so he changed the lyrics for me...

Haru: Yeah we noticed...So...Umm... What's the situation with him...?

Mikoto looked down at Inari...

Mikoto: He...lost his parents...he witnessed their deaths and was abducted...

Sylvia: ?!

Inari stayed quiet...almost as if he didn't want to say anything. If anything, Inari probably had a trauma for witnessing their death.

The death of a parent can affect a child is pretty devastating.

It's often referred to as the worst experience a parent can endure. A child’s death causes a profound family crisis. It shatters core beliefs and assumptions about the world and the expectations about how life should unfold. Grief impacts a parent’s whole identity as well as the identity and security of other members of the family.

Description: It is a magic quirk only used for the fox clan. Though they have many different abilities, they are most commonly known as shape-shifters, illusionists, and fire-users. It usually depends on how many tails a kitsune has to determine what techniques it can use. Mystic Link's abilities gives the earlier ones are usually the abilities to appear human and the use of little luminescent balls of light or flames. Since Inari-kun has all nine tales. This would mean he's considered to be most powerful to use this quirk.

Inari: My quirk is special because is passed down from my family through generations. It feeds off of other's energy and can direct it onto others'.

Mikoto: Sorry...and then there's Inari...the reason why Overhaul wanted to get his hands on him...is so that he uses Inari as a power boost for Eri...

The others in Class 1-C will have to wait til later...unless you guys say something...

Haru: Alright...

Sylvia: This is terrible....At this rate...even if Overhaul doesn't have Inari...He can still do something horrible to Eri-chan...

Haru: I hope we can save her...all of us from that man...

The two nodded as Mikoto walked out of the room and over to a telephone. He picked it up and put it to his ear as he pressed the numbers he was calling for.

Mikoto: Hello...Taka-Sensei...Yeah. It's me...Did you get my report...? Okay...Hey Taka-Sensei...I was wondering...about all that had happened to the past few days...can you tell me something....between you and Tsuyoi...It feels like you both know something and you're not telling me...and since he won't be able to answer my questions. Maybe you will.

Mikoto went quiet for a moment before taking a deep breath and finally asked the questions.

"What was my Dad's quirk? And what happened to it when he was younger?"
