Niko: Overhaul...huh...I should've known someday we end up running into a Yakuza.

Overhaul: Charmed I'm sure...

Toga: Whoa...

Juurou: What is it?

Himiko didn't answer as she feels that Overhaul is entirely different from them.

Mr. Compress then explains to Himiko and the others that Overhaul and his group come from an old era of villains where there were a number of frightening organizations that ran the underworld, but the rise of heroes started to put an end to those underworld villain organizations and All Might's rise ended that era.

Shiromi: But aren't the underworld villain organizations that were not dismantled have been treated like criminals and been under constant surveillance, living at the bottom of the barrel.

Mr. Compress: Yes...I'm afraid so...

Mr. Compress summarizes that Overhaul and his Shie Hassaikai are an endangered species from that bygone era.

Overhaul agrees with Mr. Compress's assessment while Magne wants to know if Overhaul and his villain organization are capitalizing on All Might's retirement.

Magne: What impact do you have in all of this starting with All Might's retirement?

Overhaul replies that his villain organization are focused on the fall of All For One.

Overhaul and his generation refer to All For One as the Emperor of Darkness who controlled the underworld and regarded him as an urban legend that was feared. Overhaul has heard rumors of All For One's demise and his imprisonment, which means there is no longer anyone who rules over the day or night which begs the question.

Overhaul: who will be the next one to rule.

Niko points to Shigaraki, who later confirms the answer.

Shigaraki: I will be the next one to rule and that my organization is gathering more members and with their combined power they will bring down the current Hero society.

Overhaul: Oh really...if that's true. If you don't mind me asking...Do you all have a plan to achieve this objective?

Overhaul then advises the League of Villains to join his group. Tomura is confused as he thought that Overhaul came here to become allies with them. Overhaul states that an objective without a plan is a mere delusion and is troubled that the League of Villains do not have any plan, asking what they will do when they have gathered their strength, who will pull the strings and the kind of organization they plan to build. Overhaul mentions Stain, Muscular, and Moonfish, all of whom are first-class pawns, and is disappointed that Tomura let them go to waste so quickly.

Shigaraki: *Growls*

Niko: Shigaraki. Calm down.

Shigaraki: But...

Niko gave him a pointed look.

Niko: You're the next leader. He's just trying to get under your skin.

Overhaul is not pleased at all by Tomura.

Overhaul: You better listen to the boy Shigaraki. It seems that he has more control of his power which is different compare to yours...

Niko:....

Juurou: (Why is he trying to start a fight?)

Magne: (This bastard...right here...)

Shigaraki: What are you getting at...

Overhaul: You cannot control the power you gained. Also, I apologise for not telling my motives for being here but...instead I'm here to reveal that I did not come here to join the League of Villains.

Shiromi: Then what did you come here for....?

Overhaul then states that the first step to carrying out his plan is a great amount of financial capital which will be difficult for him to get since a relic like himself is not going to have an easy time finding investors, but if he has the over-hyped League of Villains on his side this finance will not be an issue.

Overhaul: How about you all join me instead. I will show you all true control and I will become the next ruler of the underworld.

Shigaraki: *Sneers* Why you...

He wasn't the only one angry. Everyone present in the hideout was now showing animosity at the Yakuza.

Juurou: (Yakuza or not. Just who does this asshole think he is...? Trying to smooth talk us with his words when in reality he just wants to use us as pawns and try to control us...that pisses me off so fucking much...)

Niko: Alright. We heard enough. Just leave already-?!

Before Niko could finish, Shiori and Magne begins to charge at Overhaul.

Shiromi: I'm done listening to this guy! Prepare to die.

Magne: The League of Villains will not be subordinate to anybody!

Magne remembers the talk that her friend who praised her for not being shackled by society. That was the reason she joined the League of Villains was to live such a life without shackles.

Magne uses her Magnetism to force Overhaul to her and as Shiori uses her quirk Banshee to send Overhaul at Magne in order for the other to hit Overhaul on the head with her weapon.

Magne: The League of Villains will decide where they belong.

Overhaul: I don't think so...

Magne: Eh?

Overhaul touches Magne's arm with his finger which causes Magne's upper torso to explode, killing her.

Niko/Toga/Twice/Juurou: ?!!!

Shiromi: NO!!!!

Niko: Shiromi! Wait!

Shiromi charges at her ignoring her allies' protest before she tried attacking Overhaul once again.

However Overhaul grabs her by the throat and stared her down.

Overhaul: I see...So you're undead...how about...we fixed that.

Shiromi: (W-Wha-?!)

WHOOSH

Shiromi's body quickly dissolved into nothingness in one quick moment.

Tomura, Niko, Himiko, Twice, and Mr. Compress are shocked at what Overhaul has done.

Niko: S-Shiromi.....?

Juurou: What the hell did you do?!!!

Overhaul: Oh her... don't worry...since she was a ghost let's just say I made her...cease to exist.

Niko:.....

The League of Villains suddenly felt their blood boil.

Overhaul: You should all blame yourselves for throwing the first punch. If they didn't try to attack, they would still be alive.

He then complains about the filth. Mr. Compress jumps towards Overhaul and plans to lock him up with his Quirk.

As he touches Overhaul with his left hand, Mr. Compress is shot in the arm and is unable to use his Quirk. Overhaul is enraged at Mr. Compress for touching him and explodes Mr. Compress's left arm in retaliation.

Mr. Compress: GAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Juurou: Compress!

Furious, Shigaraki dashes at Overhaul and prepares to disintegrate him. There is another shoot but this time the bullet does not hit Tomura, and Overhaul calls for a shield. Tomura touches Overhaul's subordinate instead which causes the subordinate to disintegrate and die.

Suddenly, Overhaul's subordinates crash in, to which Tomura comments that things would be easier if they did that from the start. Overhaul is unhappy at how this meeting turned out since Tomura won't be able to make a level-headed decision anymore.

Overhaul's followers storm into the hideout.

Juurou: *Pulls out his guns*Don't look now guys...it looks like we're surrounded...

Niko: Way to point it out, Captain Obvious....

League of Villains:....

Overhaul:....

Since they have a casualty on each side, Overhaul decides to end the meeting and they will talk again when the League of Villains have cooled down.

Himiko, Niko, Juurou, and Twice are enraged at Overhaul for his actions and desire to kill him. Although he is also angry, Tomura tells them to stand down.

While walking away, Overhaul wishes to meet with them again and asks Tomura to think long and hard about the organization he is building. At Tomura's feet is a business card.

Overhaul: Shigaraki Tomura...call me after you have calmed down.

Shigaraki:......

All went quiet as Overhaul and his men left...

Niko: That bastard...

Toga: I hate him so much....

Twice: Same here!/He's gonna pay!

Juurou: Magne-san...Shiromi-chan...Miyumi and the others aren't going to like this...

Niko:........

Niko looked at what's left of Shiromi...It was her mouth mask, the one he gave to her when they first met in the graveyard, and her pendant...Niko picked up the items and put them in his pocket.

Juurou: Niko.....?

Niko looks at him. No emotion was shown...

That alone can still scare others.

Juurou:.....

Niko: Shigaraki...

Shigaraki: ?

Niko: Do what that prick say for now...but when we get the chance...one way or another...Yakuza or not...

Niko begin to see red as the black shadow came upon Niko's face as it turned to vexed rage.

"One way or another...He's going down!"
