Outside, the Provisional Hero License Exam is officially over.

Class 1-C were celebrating that they have finished the exam and got their hero licenses.

Jack: Cool! That means we're technically heroes now.

Riku: Of course...since the Provisional Hero License is a temporary Hero License issued to students aspiring to become professional heroes. Unlike National or International Hero Licenses, Provisional Hero Licenses have sooner expiration dates. Students can choose to renew their provisional licenses, and upon doing so, are granted a significant amount of more time with it than previously.

Hein: Yes. Also unlike the latter, students are not granted the same benefits and protection as professionals. Finally, all work done with a Provisional Hero License must be supervised by a hero with a Nation or International license through internship or other methods of teaching. The Provisional Hero License is suppose to be a stepping for students to acquire experience prior to become pros. In order to acquire the Provisional Hero License, the student must take the provisional hero exams.

Izuku was holding his Provisional Hero License in his hands. Izuku cries tears of joy which causes Ochaco to questions his tears.

Uraraka: Why are you crying?

Deku: Because the Provisional Hero License is proof of my growth is in my hands.

Deku was happy that the help he has received along the way has not been in vain.

Izuku plans to immediately show his license to his mother and All Might while Ochako agrees with him.

Close by, Inasa says farewell to Shouto and once again apologizes to him while Shoto gives his farewell.

Inasa: I hope we work together again sometime in the future.

Shouto: Yeah...I would like to see that...

Izuku spots the hairy Shiketsu High male and asks him about his camouflage technique.

Nagamasa: We don't have that training...

This led to Izuku's confusion since the girl he met had such a technique. The Shiketsu High male understands Izuku is referring to Camie and tells him that Camie went home immediately after the exam.

However, the Shiketsu High male comments that Camie has been acting strange for the past three days and something is different about her.

Deku: Huh....

In an alley. Camie is walking and her face starts melting, which reveals Himiko Toga.

Himiko who had used her Quirk to shapeshift to take on the real Camie's appearance. Himiko receives a phone call from Mr. Compress.

Mr. Compress is annoyed that Himiko hasn't been contacting them and reminds her that being in public puts them in jeopardy.

Toga: Don't worry! I am well hidden and my excursion has been fruitful. Can't wait to tell Niko the good news~~!!!

Himiko informs Mr. Compress that Tomura will be happy because she has obtained a vial of Izuku's blood...now all they possibly needed was Mikoto's.

Yin was the only person in Class 1-C who didn't passed the exam.

It was very concerning to the Class Rep. Jack and the others had explained that he been attacked by a Shiketsu Student who seem to hold a grudge against Yin.

Mikoto: (I can't believe this. How could this have happened?)

Shouto: Yukimura?

Mikoto: Oh Shouto! Didn't see you there!

Shouto: Hm...

Mikoto:....Is everything okay?

Shouto:....I...came here to apologise....

Mikoto: Eh?

Shouto: Back at the last exam...I almost ended up...I'm sorry. I didn't mean to attack you like that.

Mikoto: Shouto...It's okay...I mean...As much as you shouldn't have done that but Inasa was antagonizing you. So for now, even though you failed the exam. Take this time to reflect on your actions and improve more in the future...okay?

Shouto:...Okay?

Mikoto hold his arms out before bringing Shouto into a hug.

Shouto's arms started moving on their own before hugging Mikoto as well. After a few seconds, they both pulled away.

Mikoto: I have to go now. One of my classmates need me.

Shouto: I understand. Good luck.

The two cousins separated as Mikoto walked over to the infirmary to visit Hamada-kun.

Mikoto nodded as he walked in.
