Kieran: You guys really missed me that much? It was only two weeks ago since I've helped out.

Eito: Two weeks feel like a loooong time!

As it turns out...like Tsume Yamikage, Aoyama Yuga is retiring from the hero school as well dur to his involvement with AFO.

Yin: Aoyama....

Destiny: Is he...going to be okay?

Present Mic: Both he and his parents, whom are no longer being interrogated will be taken under witness protection by Detective Ashikaga.

Mikoto: Uncle....

Present Mic: He felt he didn't deserve to graduate with them. Since AFO decided on his enrollment, he deemed it unfair to graduate from them. However, he vowed to continue walking the path of a Hero and atone for his sins until he could stand with them. While Aoyama maybe dropping out of U.A and probably being homeschooled. He will still attend some counseling here for the sake of his mental health.

Destiny: I...hope he'll be okay..

Lilac: Same...I can't imagine how much guilt he's feeling right now....

Yin: I can't blame him...especially after all he been through...

Mikoto nodded at that as he looked over at Yin, fully aware of the ghost users' own issues.

Souta: Niko was a dick.

Yin: He sure was.

Eito: Yep...

Samuel: Nothing aganist Mikoto's program. I, for one think it's a good idea! But can the League really be reformed and redeemed. Especially those such as Dabi and Shigaraki Tomura. I mean no offense but they did kill a lot of people. Most who were heroes who died in combat.

Students hated to admit it but they agreed wth that opinion.

Even though the League of Villains were all finally captured with AFO & Niko dead. But can the rest really have what it takes to become heroes or even citizens again???

Just saying yes to all of that would be considered blind optimism...

Not everyone is going to agree with this. 

Heck, while some people think they deserve a second chance but most will want them DEAD.

Present Mic: Don't fret, Listeners. As for League, I'm not entirely sure. But I have faith in Mikoto's rehab program.

Mikoto: Sensei...

Present Mic: Yuga made his choice. Tsume made his as well. Take notes on this situations, Class 2-C. As you are aware. Not everyone lives an decent or modest life. Even if people had change of hearts. There are still people out there like the League Of Villains...probably even worse...some of them might need saving...most could even be beyond saving...and I'm just talking about villains...I'm talking about citizens as well...

Students:....

Mikoto remember the words Niko said before he vanished.

"Niko: Let me teach you a little harsh truth about this world. Good people suffer and bad people take pride in making people suffer! Most of the world will praise the bad people! Bad parents raise bad children! This is the world they live in. 

But Mikoto refused to succumb like those people who had given up and decided to be horrible. 

Yoichi-san said he already started somewhere. So he's going to continue where he left off and bring hope back in humanity.

Present Mic: But do not give up hope. If you believe someone needs saving. Then save them. Even if they look like they don't need help...but that's not always the case...You'll always going to be against people way stronger than you! But as heroes, never give up. Hold your heads up and carry on for everyone you love. That is your hero academia! Is that clear, little listeners?!

Class 2-C: YES! PRESENT MIC-SENSEI!!!

Shouto: Yukimura?

Mikoto: Hmmm...Oh. Hey Shouto? How are you doing?

Shouto: I've had better days.

Shouto: I'm...gonna visit Touya soon...

Mikoto: Oh....

Even if Mikoto was against the idea. But it was Shouto's choice and he had to respect it. Because for Shouto, he never got the chance to get to know his eldest brother. He spend most of his childhood being isolated from his siblings. 

Most of it was because Touya tried to kill him out of anger and jealousy when he was a baby. While it also because his father wanted to use him to surpass All Might.

Mikoto clicked his tongue at the mentioned of his name...

Mikoto: How's your family doing?

Shouto:  They're doing alright. Though they had suffered some scars as well.

Mikoto: Oh right...

Mikoto had learned that the other Todoroki Sibling along with his Auntie Rei had tried to stop Dabi's unstable rampage but in the end, the suffered some scars all over their bodies. 

Natsuo and Fuyumi's had small minor scars. Rei had permanent one stretched over her half of her face...almost like the one she gave Shouto back then.

Shouto: They're talking about seeing Touya soon as well...

Mikoto: Oh....and Endeavor?

Shouto: It seems like the guilt is eating him away...He learned Touya had an ice quirk.

Mikoto raised an eyebrow. Touya had an ice quirk?!

He had an ice quirk all this time?!

Mikoto couldn't help but shake a little in anger but simmer it down for now. 

Mikoto: I see...(So if Touya's body wasn't destroying him. All of this could've been avoided. Though I supposed it's not entirely his fault how his body works and how their father is an asshole!)

Shouto: I...really hope to see him soon...I want to talk to him...

Mikoto: Shouto...

Shouto: We can't keep Midoriya waiting...let's go.

Mikoto: Alright...(He's right though. Soon enough, Nezu had assigned me to speak with the League Of Villains in order to be their therapist & keep them within the program...that would mean I will not only speak with Shimura Tenko & Tsume...but Touya as well...)

Mikoto felt a bit of pressure filled his veins.

Mikoto: (Yoichi-san...Please give me strength of this upcoming battle...)

He may had manage to get through to Geten, Mr. Compress, & Mustard.

He just hopes the Talk-No-Jutsu can work on rest of the League Of Villains.

Hawks can't believe it's been a while since he saw him...

Since their breakup...

Now here he was...standing before Dabi...

His entire body was burned, and the only way he survives now is thanks to an elaborate medical device. But by some sheer miracle, Dabi lives in the high-tech pod, but even still and his body was slowly repairing. The doctors who were overseeing the man thought he wouldn't live and would be on a slow road to death.

According to what he learned, one of kids from Class 2-C.

The girl with the healing quirk. Had managed to tap into Dabi's ice powers which caused him to become entombed in ice. 

Thanks to that, it seems that Dabi has a chance to live after all.

Using all the money he has to make sure his body is back to normal. Endeavor is determined to use what time he has to hear his estranged son out.

The next couple of weeks are going to be rollarcoaster of emotions, Hawks can see it happening.

Not just for the Todoroki Family.

The League Of Villains as well and everyone that's been involved with them. 

Then there's the rehab program. He wished Yukimura luck on monitoring the villains and trying to get them back on the right path. 

He knows some of them will be stubborn.

Stubborn just like Dabi whose refused to bite the bullet.

Dabi: Birdie?

Hawks: What? Got nothing to say. I was expecting more insults. 

Man, this was so awkward. How do you try to talk to your ex while trying to make amends? Especially if you're ex tried to burn your wings off for killing their villain friend. 

Dabi: Where's Endeavor...?

Endeavor had made a visit earlier. He was practically in tears begging for Touya's forgiveness. But Dabi made it perfectly clear even if Enji felt remorseful. It won't change the hatred he felt for the man who discarded him for Shouto to become his masterpiece.

So until Touya makes a full recovery, Endeavor was still going to continue visiting him claiming that he'll do whatever it takes to become a better father to Touya and his siblings.

Hawks: Ah...Well he couldn't make it today. So he made send these flowers to you. 

In Hawks' hands were a set of blue violets. Dabi's eyes trailed down to them before looking back up at Hawks. 

Hawks: Well...I'm not gonna stay long, Dabi. I'll leave...

Dabi:....Wait.

Hawks:....?

Dabi:....Thanks. 

Hawks: Huh?

Did Dabi just thank him? For what?! Hawks was so confused. He was expecting more than that. 

Hawks: Hey hey, why are you suddenly saying thanks to me? I don't...I don't deserve it.

Dabi:...I heard...from the doctors that you're trying to make society great again.

Hawks: Ah well...Not just me...most of it is thanks to efforts of Class 1-C...Those kids...they deserve most of the credit...they're going to be much better heroes than I am...

Dabi:....Where are the others? Dad wouldn't tell me...Are they....alive? 

Hawks: I would say it's classified information. But since I'm feeling nice. I can assure you. They're all alright. You might say it's thanks to Yukimura Mikoto and his pals from Class 1-C that they're all alright. 

Dabi: (Mikoto? Auntie Fumiko's son? My cousin...I haven't seen him in a long time...) Any Deaths?

Hawks: Yes....Luckily for you.  Only AFO and Niko had died. But...many people had lost their lives. The kill count is really high. As for the League...Right now, they been enrolled into a rehab program certified by U.A. If your surgery becomes an success. You will join them as it was recommended by your family. This program will determine whether or not you all deserve another chance... If not, you always choose prison or the death penalty. In you case, you would most likely receive the death penalty by the judge. So rehab it is for you, Hotstuff. It's already been decided. So you have no choice but to go once your body is repaired. 

Dabi: *Sarcasm* Great....

Hawks: Well again. There's no need to thank me...I'm trying to make up for the things I've done myself. We all are...and don't worry. I'll make sure you won't die.

Dabi: Birdie...

Hawks: Please...

Dabi: Hm...?

Was Dabi hearing things or was Hawks actually pleading with him.

Hawks: Please...stay alive...you may not believe it. But there are many people out there who care about you. Even if you don't see it...

Dabi:....Are you...one of those people?

Hawks didn't say a word. But his silence was Dabi's answer. 

Hawks: Touya...

Dabi: ?!

Hawks: You were right...about everything...about how corrupted society was and how I just willingly went along with it because I just did what I was supposed to do and that was follow orders...so I'm sorry...I was no hero...at least not in your eyes...

Hawks then gave a bow towards him. Dabi couldn't believe it his eyes. Was he back in that lucid dream the pink hair kid made?!

Hawks: I know you don't wanna hear this from me. But it still doesn't make it right. What you and the other League members did. Killing so many heroes and civilians just to destroy the hero society. It would've just made things worse. But from a personal mindset, I can see where you're getting at and why you all felt the need to do it...So I'm gonna do my best to make amends. To you, to Toga, to Twice, to everyone...

Dabi:...

Hawks: I know they may seem like sweet words. But I'm serious. I won't deceive you anymore..This society is going to change. With those kids' help. I'll make sure of it...You have my word. 

Dabi: Birdie...

Hawks: I'll see you later...Don't die okay. 

Dabi: Birdie wait-!

Hawks powerwalks out of the room faster than Dabi could see him fly. The last thing he saw was the damage wings on his back. 

Wings that can't be repaired from the torture he put him through.

For the first time ever, Dabi felt something he never thought he would feel in a such a long time.

Was it...remorse? Sorrow? Guilt?

But man, because it sure did hurt more than his flames that was destroying him a while back.

Dabi: (He'll come back...right?)

Hawks sighs leaving the medical facility. That's one meeting he took care of. Now he needs to go to the other meeting he has the Number Two Pro made his way over to the commission.

Which he hopes it can be the final time he walks in there. 

Years of being abused and manufacturing into becoming the hero he was now had started to take a toll on him. 

He didn't want to be here...but he needed set things straight. 

He stops at the commission president room. 

Madam President is no longer available. 

She had died in prison a few weeks after she was exposed for her crime against society. Her mutilated body was found sometime later.

Turns out, after Tartarus Prison Breakout.

Most of the people who were there were also soldiers who were abused, tortured, & groomed by the commission like Hawks. 

Most of them were seen as deflects by the commission.

So when they learned the evil woman who put them through so much pain and agonized terror was in prison. 

They all team up and broke into her cell before they had tortured & murdered her. 

Not just tortured...they wanted to break her just like how she broke them. How she broke all of them...

This proves karma was real...once you do horrible things to someone. It comes right back at you.

Even with his smart brain, he can't imagine how many hours of torture she must've went through before her body gave up nor use forensics to deduct how her final hours were like...

Now he wonders who will be the new commission president. 

The very person who will now be the pillar that controls the Hero Society?

He heard Mera-san is retiring the seat to someone else due to being overworked.

TBH, this scared him...

Because what if said person repeats the same mistakes again...?

Then everything those kids worked hard on will be all for naught. 

No...Hawks won't let that happen. He doesn't follow order anymore.

If he has to murder the new president and become a villain like Lady Nagant just to protect those kids. He will! 

He readies a feather just in case...

He opens the door but to his surprise, he didn't suspect to see a certain thousand elf hero sitting down on the president seat.

Geysis: Hawks...

Hawks:...Geysis-san.

Geysis: Good. You're here. That saves me the trouble of trying to call you. 

Hawks:....Oh? You needed me for something.

Geysis: Yes. Come here. We have much to discuss about.
