Tsume's Social Link Part 3

A/N: Some more of Class 1-C trying to help Tsume. They learn a thing or two from him. Followed by...two more familiar people coming back to the story.

~Earlier~

It was nighttime & Oka took a stroll through the graveyard.

She enjoyed graveyards.

The chills in the air...

The spooky atmosphere it brings...

The gravestones of the dead littered everywhere.

Ghosts, Goblins, Zombies, & Ghouls possibly coming out one night a year on Halloweem to break all the rules...

Okay...I think we been watching too much horror movies...

Oka: Haaa...what a lovely night for a stroll~!

She wore one of her favorite purple gothic dresses complete with pale makeup, black lipstick, and ashes of her ancestors...to make it look like she hasn't slept in weeks.

She also with her with purple umbrella with a skull on it.

She looked around the graveyard with glee.

Maybe she could find something interesting.

A spector? An eerie fog? A spooky scary skeleton that send shivers down your spine?

Maybe a spooky story that she can use to scare her victims-! Um...I mean...her classmates. Yeah! That what I was trying to say.

Oka: Hmm?

Something had caught her eye and she turned to seen a figure nearby. He was looking down at a grave. She crept a little closer and saw who it was.

Oka: (Yamikage. What's he doing here?)

Oka noticed that Tsume had sensed her presence. He looked in her direction. Gave her an annoyed look before scoffing and walked away.

As soon as he was out of sight. Oka walked over to the grave he was inspecting.

"Shiromi Yurei - The Banshee"

Date of birth & death - XXXX - XXXX

R.I.P

Oka: Hmm...How extraordinary...

~Later~

Mikoto: So you got some intel on Tsume?

Oka had reported to Mikoto, Hein, & Riku of her findings.

They all have received some intel from the other students that Tsume was indeed acting strange these past few days.

Mio, Luna, & Zoe made reports that they saw Tsume lodging in the art room looking misrable. When they asked if he was alright.

He cut them off and walked away.

The rest of the Jacksquad along with Maria saw him on a bench outside of the school looking off into a daze...

He looked...real lonely...

Everyone in the class started to pitch in to learn more about the ex-villain.

Heck, even Souta & Yin, although these two were hoping to get some dirt on Tsume.

Now back with Oka...

Oka: That's right. I last saw him at a grave earlier. You remembered the Banshee, right?

Hein: One of the villains who attacked us during the camping trip?

Oka: That's right. If I were to guess. She must've been a close friend to Tsume for him to come visit her grave. Why else would he be out there?

Riku: She has a point. The Banshee must've meant a lot to him. Some family members would even wonder why they should visit their relative's gravesite.

Mikoto: True. A visit to a cemetery or memorial park can be a time of healing, reflection, catharsis, sharing memories, saying prayers, saying goodbye, or simply a ritual of remembrance.

Hein: So he would come there for a reason...

Oka: Well...whatever the case is. Cemeteries are generally pretty quiet and should stay that way. Although you may not bother the dead (or maybe you will if they're still hanging around), there may be other people who won't appreciate you being loud. So when I showed up. He probably wanted to be alone which is why he gave me such a look when he saw me.

Mikoto: (Tsume...did the Banshee and the other villains for beforehand... Were they your friends?)

He couldn't Nobel but wonder if Tsume feels lonely since he's been thrust into Rehab missing the people who actually meant something to him.

Hein: Well...maybe it's best we talk to him.

Riku: But what if he still wants to be alone?

???: Who wants to be alone?

Everyone: WHOA?!!

Mikoto and the others looked to see Tsume right behind them.

Hein: Tsume-kun! Don't do that!

Tsume: Do what?

Mikoto: Sneak up on us! Anyway...how are you doing?

Tsume: Still trying to get some personal info out of me?

Mikoto: No! Not like that! It's just-?!

Tsume: Careful. There's an old saying "curiosity killed the cat".

Hein:...How long were you listening to our conversation?

Tsume: Plenty enough to know that it's about me...Seriously. You guys are off saving the world. You shouldn't give a damn about me.

Mikoto: Don't say that...please...

Tsume: Whatever. What do you lot need to know now?

The others begin to explain about Oka's report about him at the graveyard earlier?

Tsume: Wow. Is that what this is about?

He didn't seem all that angry, luckily.

Tsume: Yeah. I know the Banshee. Her name was Shiromi Yurei. Some of you may have saw her during your little camping trip months ago. Her quirk allows her to screeh like one like your music friend.

Hein: What...did you think about her?

Tsume: What did I think about her? Can't say I wasn't too fond of her. I barely have much memories of her as of now. But well...when I was Niko. You might say I did saw her as an ally. That's why I can't help but visit her grave. I'm not sure why but there was something about her that made Niko felt...human.

Mikoto: Eh?

Tsume: Yep...I spend years learning a thing or two about humans. Hard work towards something they believed in. Respect from their peers. A living wage. A few people who love them and who hold they hold love dear. Spending time with them. Then there was Shiromi. Out of everyone in the L.O.V. Besides Juurou & Miyumi, she always spend time with Niko.

Mikoto: Is it because...They felt like they had an connection?

Tsume: That's right...while he didn't love her romantically. He did...in his own way...genuinely cared about her...while everyone else...he used them like a tool...

Riku: She must've meant the world to him...

Tsume: She did...before her life was taken from her...

Mikoto: How did she died?

Tsume: Overhaul....

Students: Ah...

No need for explanations there...

Tsume: After that. Whatever humanity Niko had left died that day. He went on rampage torturing Overhaul the moment he had the chance to exact his revenge...

Hein: I can't blame him....I don't know what I do if I lose Lilac...

Mikoto: Yeah...Overhaul is a piece of shit. Especially what he did to Eri and Inari.

Riku: Those poor kids. No one deserves that.

Tsume: Yep...and now that Shiromi is gone. Giran, Juurou, & Miyumi imprisoned. Niko has nobody now.

Mikoto: ....What about the rest of the League?

Tsume: The Voodoo Brothers. Shigaraki. Toga. Dabi. Spinner. It's like I said before...The rest of them are just tools. Just like AFO sees them. Niko sees them the exact same way. He even sees AFO that as well.

Riku: What about AFO?

Tsume: Again. Same thing. But that's the problem there.

Mikoto: What do you mean?

Tsume: Even before and after being Niko. My biggest issue with AFO is his lack of creativity. He's heralded as the Symbol of Evil, King of the Underworld, etc Yes?

Riku: That's right.

Tsume: Hell, even Shigaraki is more creative with his use of All for One than him - and that is saying something because AFO is supposed to be more intelligent than him (at least it is framed that way).

Riku: Another point there....I understand the psychological effects of using someone's fighting style against them to beat them and then kill them, but he could've won that fight against All Might, at least in my opinion...

Tsume: If he was more creative with his use of his Quirks. But due to his ego and sadistic nature. He can easily be beat if you find his weaknesses. You would need someone who would do anything to win in order to do that.

Mikoto:...And what about Niko?

Tsume scoffed.

Tsume: You're going to have to work even harder if you want me to tell you anything else.

Hein: Oh come on. What else can we do?

Mikoto:....(Wait. I got an idea.)

Tsume: Hah? What's with that look for?

Mikoto:....How would you like a visit to Tartarus. I heard visiting hours is up and active.

Tsume:......Eh?
