Mikoto:....(Fuck...I've never thought my first patient would be my older cousin. TBH, I was hoping for either Tsume, Toga, the voodoo brothers, even the killer couple...This is going to be hard...)

Mikoto then noticed that Touya was waiting.

Mikoto: Hey Touya~! How ya doing?

Dabi:.......

Mikoto:..... Should've expected that. (SERIOUSLY MIKOTO?!!! ISN'T THE SAME QUESTION YOU ASKED SHOUTO BACK DURING THE SPORTS FESTIVAL! WHAT A WAY TO START OUT THIS CONVERSATION YOU THICK-HEADED DUMBASS-?!)

Dabi: So you're going to be my therapist? Hope ya know this ain't the first time someone has tried to sign me up for one.

Mikoto: I've figured....

Dabi: Try as you might. You maybe family but you're not going to get shit out of me.

Mikoto: I'm not asking for shit. I know me and my classmates did had you all arrested. 

Dabi: Yeah...Your classmates with the water quirk and love quirk made the fight embarrassing for me...

Mikoto: (Is he talking about Luna and Eito? What did they do to make him so embarrassed.) 

Mikoto let out a sigh before looking at Dabi. 

Mikoto: I can't believe it's been eleven years since we last spoke to one another. (He uses to had red hair the last time I saw him...or was it white in its current state? Man my memory is a bit fogging.)

Dabi: Mhm....

Mikoto: So you're gonna have too deal with my company for now. I know you got better things to do. I already know why you became a villain. So we'll keep this short and not beat around the bush. I'm not gonna force you to say or do anything that makes you uncomfortable.

Dabi: Right...In my opinion, this is stupid.

Mikoto: What? The therapy session?

Dabi: Yes. So this is your goal? Redeem us and get us in nice little homes so we can become docile? How cute. This is just another one of your hero manipulation, Little Hero? If that's all this is of pathetic little program. Then you're just wasting everyone's time.

Mikoto sighs knowing Touya was trying to rile him up. Well it's not going to work. 

Mikoto: Sure. Whatever you say...Midget. 

Dabi: Tch. 

Mikoto smirked seeing Touya get annoyed at the familiar name-calling that he and his siblings gave the other during their childhood.

Mikoto: It's because of Endeavor isn't it?

Dabi: Tch. Obviously. He discarded me for Shouto...

Mikoto:...And how does that make you feel?

Dabi: Like I'm deflected...For years since I was a child. He made his dreams my dreams. I wanted to be a hero...just like him...I was basically his carbon copy. I acted just like him. But in the end. When my quirk started hurting me. Dad left me behind. He was a selfish hero and a despicable human being...(Did I...seriously just open to him? Ah whatever. I'm too tired to care about holding back anymore...what's the point anymore. Everyone knows...)

Mikoto let's him continue.

Dabi: He never cared about us. He never cared about his three first kids. Me being first, because we were "failed experiments"...

Mikoto remembered the awful words Endeavor said during their childhood.

Dabi: I barely knew Shouto...I thought he was just an second Endeavor. I left and they all thought I was dead. I was a stitched up & bloodied sixteen year old spending the next couple of years living on the streets. That's why I wanted revenge. Every little dirty job & life I took made me whole. Endeavor didn't lose any sleep. I have to live with this! He deserves the worst and only I can give him that!!! 

Mikoto can drink to that. He then asked him if he still wanted to kill Endeavor.

Dabi replied with a yes. 

Mikoto: Okay...What about Shouto?

When he asked Touya if he still wants to kill his younger brother. Touya gave a half answer that was both a yes and a no. 

Mikoto: Why...? Please enlighten me. Endeavor I can understand. But what the heck did Shouto did to you?

Touya gave a half response.

Dabi: I was angry. He didn't really do anything besides...exist I guess...I just thought getting rid of him will finally break Endeavor and make him see his failures...

Surprisedly, he hasn't been angry in a while. He still wants to be angry because he understands it. It was the only emotion he ever felt as Dabi.

His rage for the old man is what kept him going after all these years. The past never dies he always says...I

"But don't you think that's a little unfair to Shouto who did not deserve your ire?" Mikoto wanted to add but decided against better judgement not to piss off his cousin/patient at the moment. 

Mikoto: Angry huh?

He simply shrugged.

Mikoto: Who are you truly angry at? Shouto?

Dabi:...Not really. 

Mikoto: Your family...

The villain only grunted.

Mikoto: Endeavor. 

Bingo.

Dabi:...Yes...

Mikoto: All that anger that been boiling down for years for your father. How do you feel about him?

Dabi: I FUCKING HATE HIM!!!!

He did not hold back. 

Mikoto watched as Dabi screamed insults, curses, and profanities. Then he started screaming about hearing voices in his head. That were telling him to kill. It was literally an episode of psychosis. 

If this Touya still talking or is it Dabi that's doing the talking...?

Almost like how Tsume Yamikage was with Niko Nikomatsu. 

He wondered if Niko is still technically active even if his vestiges had gone back to the underworld.

Mikoto wrote down signs of insanity on his clipboard.

After he was done. Dabi was once again, refusing to speak to Mikoto about anything else.

Mikoto: I see...Listen Touya...or Dabi, whatever you want me to call you.

Dabi: You can call me Touya...It doesn't matter anymore...

Oh good. That way, Mikoto wouldn't have to tell whose who and write him down as someone whose suffering from DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder).

Whether it's that or not. It's clear that Touya is suffering a lot of health problems that shouldn't be ignored. 

Mikoto: Okay Touya...I will be honest with you. In my opinion, I seriously don't think you deserve redemption. 

Dabi: Shocker...

Mikoto: Personal Reasons. But a lot of people believe you got serious potential. I've seen you use your quirk. Despite it burning your body, you could be really good at it. We could have someone make you a fire resistence suit in the support class.

Dabi:...And who are these people you are talking about...?

Mikoto gives him a look.

Mikoto: Believe it or not. It's the people you hurt the most. 

Dabi: (Does this kid hate me or something? Dafaq did I do to him? Is it because I tried to attack his mother? I suppose I had that coming...not that I care or anything...) 

Dabi then looked up at him again. 

Dabi: Again. Who are they?

Mikoto: I give you two names. Keigo-san and Shouto...

Dabi:......

Mikoto: Before you say anything. They're not pitying you nor looking down on you. Ask them yourself. Speaking of Shouto. He been asking to visit you. 

Dabi:...He did...? (Why does he want to visit me? The brother that wants to kill him....)

Mikoto: Yeah. He's here right now. Visitation hours started a few minutes ago. 

Dabi: (Great...)

Mikoto let's Shouto in as the two distant brothers stared at each other for what felt like an eternity. 

Shouto:....

Dabi:....

Mikoto: *Sweatdrops* (Awkward...it's a good thing Dabi in cuffs then. Because if he wasn't. He probably would've used his quirk on Shouto or worse, burn the place down.)

Dabi: So you wanted to visit me?

Shouto: Yes...I do...I...just need to know a few things.

Dabi: Whatever...

Shouto: You...wanted to be a hero?

Dabi: I did...But Dad took me that away from me...it wasn't fair...

Shouto: Yeah...It wasn't...Can I ask you another question?

Dabi: No.

Shouto: Please. Just one more.

Dabi: Fine. Shoot.

Shouto:...What's your favorite food?

Touya raised an eyebrow.

Dabi:....Out of all the things you asked me and that's what you come up with...?

Shouto:.....

Mikoto noticed something changed between the two brothers. Almost like some bottled up feelings had finally been released.

Dabi: Shouto...I'm sorry...

Shouto: For what?

Dabi: Everything...

Dabi: Shouto...I tried to kill you...and you forgave me?

Shouto: I know you're just angry and hurt-!

Dabi: It was more than just that...

Shouto: Yeah... But I seriously think you deserved a second chance. I've...heard stories about you from Natsuo and Fuyumi. So I really wanted to get to know you... 

Dabi: They...talk about me? (I...thought they forgot about me...)

Shouto: Of course they do. They missed you. They never stopped talking about you. According to Natsuo. Our family broke apart supposedly after you "died"... It's all Dad's fault...

Mikoto nodded. Even though he's aware Endeavor is trying to change himself. It won't fixed the years of hellish abuse & manipulation he forced upon his family.

Dabi: That is true...(Stupid old man...He never even showed up on the battlefield...He still isn't even looking at me...)

Shouto: Well...enough about that. I hope you get better soon...that way, we can have soba together.

Dabi:...I'm looking forward to it.

Shouto smiled. 

Shouto: Can't wait, Big Bro.

Mikoto: (I'm so proud of you Shouto.)

Dabi: I can't wait either, Baby Brother...

Suddenly, the door burst open revealing Natsuo and Fuyumi. They had seemingly followed Shouto into the rehab program.

Mikoto: WHOA!

Fuyumi: Touya!

Dabi: Natsuo...Fuyumi....

Natsuo: Yeah! It's us you stupid jerk! Where have you been all this time?!

Dabi: I...

Fuyumi: We missed you! We missed you so much!

Natsuo: If you were alive all this time?! Why didn't you come home?!

Dabi: I...thought you guys forgot about me...

Natsuo: What made you think-?!

Dabi: After the fire in Sekoto Park. I was in a coma for three years. After that, I came home and I saw the shrine with my photo in it.

Siblings:....

Mikoto:...

Dabi: Then I saw Dad training Shouto. At that moment, I thought nothing had changed...

Mikoto: (Wait...so you mean to tell me his life probably would've changed if someone else was at home that day...what are the odds. 😒)

Natsuo:... Are you fucking stupid?! Our lives did not get any better! You stupid idiot! I missed you! We missed you! 

Fuyumi: And we're sorry too...

Both of them hugged Touya, who looked conflicted. 

Before he could even utter a word, another person appeared from the door.

Rei: Touya...

Dabi: M-Mom?

Rei: My Baby...I'm so happy you're alright...

Dabi:....Mom...I....

Rei: No. Don't apologize. I'm the one who should be saying sorry. I haven't been a good mother to any of you. For now on, it's time I start acting like one. 

Dabi:....

Rei: Mikoto...

Mikoto: Yes?

Rei: Thank you...for helping us get Touya back...

Mikoto: It's fine...I just did my best. I shouldn't take the credit either. My classmates helped...especially Lilac...

He then looked over at Touya. 

Mikoto: I know there's still some things that need to be discussed. So if you need anything or maybe another session. Please let me know.

Dabi: Okay...

Natsuo: Tbh, I think we all need some therapy.

Fuyumi: I agree.

Shouto: Same...

Mikoto: Family Therapy Then? I don't mind...I actually helped Mom & Dad once with couples' therapy. So how about sometime later this week?

The siblings nodded while Dabi gave a grumpy reply.

Rei just chuckled in agreement. However, she turned at the door to see a figure who has yet to come in. However, she sighed when she noticed the figure leaves with shoulders slumped into the hallways.

Rei: (Oh Enji...)

Lilac was humming as she was in charge of Dabi's skin charge. 

Hein watched with happiness but remain cautious while keeping an good eye on Dabi. Yes, she's aware that he is Class Rep's cousin. But he is still a villain. 

Dabi ignored her stares but kept his focus on Lilac.

Lilac: Okay. I have applied some cream here...continue to do this mandatory for at least two times a day. 

Dabi: Do I really have too?

Lilac: Yes. 

Touya groaned.

Hein: Good job today, Lilac.

Lilac: Thank you. 

Touya sneaked a glance to see the two chat along. 

Were they lovers or something?

Looks like it from the way the two compliments each other and obvious blush on the purple hair girl's face.

Just seeing act that way reminded him of his time with Hawks...

Except...their relationship looked real. Unlike how it was with him and the number two hero...

Dabi: You two seem to really like flirting with each other...

Lilac: Oh sorry! Where are our manners! We shouldn't be do this in front of patients! 

Hein: Right. It was pretty unprofessional of us...Even if our classmates accepted us for being together... I still worried that others might not...

Hein: You don't have to tell us if you don't want too. 

Dabi:....Well yeah. But we had a fight earlier...and I...broke up with him...

Lilac: But...you miss him?

Dabi:.....Tsk. I shouldn't...but for some fucking reason...I can't get him out of my mind...

Lilac: Well...I do declare you have some unspoken feelings you want to let out, Mr. Dabi.

Lilac: Maybe you should talk to him when you get the chance...

Hein: Lilac is right. I know most people don't like talking about their feelings. You seem like one of them...because it isn't your strong suit. But sometimes communication is key. Because if you keep avoiding topic, you might end up hurting one another...Miscommunication leads to misunderstandings...
