In case if you were wondering during the last chapter, no, I will not have Cry take Todoroki's place. He will come in on schedule because what's a scene without Todoroki.

The hero killer was standing before us, staring us down. "So you two wish to protect this fool of a child. You're almost as big of fools as him. But I see determination in your eyes. You say you'll protect those who are threatened? Then show me how far you'll go to protect them! I may even let you two live." The hero killer said with a maniacal smile. "I'll do whatever it takes to ensure their safety! Not only my friends but everyone else around me! I wish to protect them all, that is why I want to become a hero, so no one will get hurt ever again!" I said with fire in my eyes. Midoriya gave me a nod, I knew he felt the same way, and we both rushed the hero killer. "Show me what you two can do!" He said while unsheathing two knives. Midoriya took the lead and leaped at him while glowing cyan again. It seemed to greatly increase his speed and he was able to close the distance with the hero killer. The killer went to swing his katana at Midoriya but he was too slow, Midoriya bolted past him, unable to get a hit in though. However, while the hero killer may not have hit Midoriya with his katana, he was able to graze him with the knives he had taken out. We then watched as he licked the blood that was on his knives. Midoriya suddenly felt a numbing feeling surge through his body and soon, was unable to move. "I-I can't move!" He yelled as the hero killer was about to attack with his katana. I made my move and shot a plasma blast at the hero killers back. It landed, slowing him down, and putting a small burn mark on his back. He stopped his attack on Midoriya and turned to face me. We locked eyes and he began to speak to me. "I've already seen what this false hero is capable of. What of you though? You give off something different from the others? Show it to me!" He said as he charged me with his katana in hand. I had a plan but it was incredibly risky, even life threatening, but I knew I wasn't as fast as him so I had to outsmart him to land solid hits. I couldn't use my overdrive either in case if I didn't defeat him within my time limit. I began to generate 75,000 psi into my arms and fists, and I stood my ground as the hero killer continued to rush me. He thrusted his katana into my gut and I let out an unworldly scream. He looked surprised when I stood my ground and took his attack head on. "What were you thinking? You could die from this you know? Are you that stupid and afraid that you can't even dodge my attacks!?" He said to me while beginning to smile again. "I never wanted to dodge your attack!" I yelled to him. He looked stunned to hear my response. "I told you I would protect everyone! I don't care if I would have to die to see that happen! There are no limits to how far i'll go hero killer! AND I'M NOT GONNA DIE HERE TO SOMEONE LIKE YOU!" I screamed while raising my psi filled fist and crashing it into the hero killers face. I sent him flying down the alleyway, landing head first into the side of a dumpster, surely enough force to knock him out. I slowly looked down and saw the katana still resting in my gut. I shakingly grabbed it and pulled it out of me. I let out another scream in pain but I was able to hold it back. I then slowly ran over to Midoriya to see if he was alright. He was still paralyzed on the ground, trying to figure out what the hero killer had done to him. "Midoriya are you alright!" I yelled as I soon kneeled next to him. "Yeah, i'm fine, I just can't move. Whatever his quirk is, it must cause paralysis. It seemed to happen when he ingested my blood that was on his knife." He explained. "That must be his quirk then!" I said as all of a sudden, I felt a burning, numbing pain singe through my body. I was unable to move and I fell to the ground like everybody else. I was able to just turn my head to see the hero killer standing a few feet away from me, blood dripping from his head. "You say you'll go as far as dying for someone to protect them? I like that about you. I see you as a real hero, not like these false ones here. I'll spare you, but, I will still finish off the foolish child who wished to avenge his brother." I soon called out to the hero killer, "No, please! Don't kill him, take my life instead, just don't kill him!" But the hero killer ignored me and picked up his katana off the ground. He soon stood over Iida once again and prepared to slay him. Me and Midoriya let out cries of plead to stop the hero killer. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Before the hero killer was able to end Iida's life, a huge burst of flame came soaring through the alleyway. It caused the hero killer to back away from Iida and get a look at who caused the flame. It was Todoroki! He was able to find out our whereabouts somehow, and thankfully, got here at just the right time. "Midoriya, next time, give more specific coordinates!" He said while holding up his phone with a pin-pointed location on it. "So, another false hero has come to save the day. Are you the same as these two that tried to save this foolish boy? Or are you just another typical hero who will fall victim to my blade? Come! Show me!" He yelled to Todoroki who shot more fire at the hero killer. It made him temporarily retreat down the alleyway, letting Todoroki check on Iida, Midoriya and myself. "Is everyone alright, what's happened to all of you?" He asked us. "Don't worry about us, just focus on the hero killer!" Midoriya cried out. Todoroki turned to see the hero killer returning down the alley. "I've informed the pro heroes of my location and they're on their way. It's over for you hero killer, give up." Todoroki explained to him. "I will never be stopped by those false heroes. I will continue my path of justice!" He roared as he threw a knife at Todoroki's face. Todoroki was barely able to dodge but the knife was able to just graze his left cheek. With Todoroki distracted by the knife, the hero killer moved in and attempted to lick the blood coming from Todoroki's scratch. He was mere millimetres from licking the blood when Todoroki ignited his entire left side, causing the hero killer to back away. "You'll have to do better than that to get my blood." Todoroki said. 

As Todoroki distracted the hero killer, I turned my head to see Midoriya moving again. "How're you getting up Midoriya? I thought you were paralyzed?" I asked him. "That's what I thought too. I guess his power must've worn off on me. But why didn't it stop on Iida and the other hero before me?" Midoriya grew a curious look, thinking of the possible solution. "I've got it! It depends on someones blood type! Depending on what type, he can paralyze them for longer or shorter times! My blood type is O so there  must a short time limit on my paralysis." He explained. I replied to his statement, 'That makes sense to me, my blood type is O too so I should be free pretty soon. Go help Todoroki, i'll be up shortly to help you!" I said to him as he nodded and ran to aid Todoroki. My body remained motionless but I was able to feel the numbing pain beginning to wear off. I knew I would be free soon and I would be able to help. Midoriya and Todoroki continued to push back the hero killer, one attacking and falling back while the other took their place, they were completely in sync. But, their speed wasn't nearly enough. The hero killer was able to find an opening, he took his katana and attempted to slice Todoroki's left arm off. However, just before he was able to sever his arm off, Iida intercepted the hero killer and snapped his katana in half. "The hero killers quirk must've worn off on Iida!" I said as the numbing pain had left my body. I was able to stand again and continue fighting. There was still a pain coursing through my body from before though, when the killer stabbed me in the gut. I had to ignore it for now as there was a much more pressing matter in front of me. I could see all three of my friends facing off against the hero killer at once. Midoriya landing punches to his face, Iida landing booster kicks to his gut and Todoroki keeping him away with his fire quirk. It felt like I wasn't needed but I wasn't going to let them take all  the credit. I rushed in to aid them in beating the hero killer. I grew my wings and took off about 30 feet from the ground. I signaled Midoriya to hit him towards me. He was able to land an uppercut that sent him into the air. I was waiting for him as I generated 90,000 psi into my fists and buried them into his chest. I sent him straight down, face first into the pavement, but he was still able to get up. Todoroki then created an ice platform beneath the hero killer, freezing his hands and feet in place. Midoriya and Iida then ran up the platform and simultaneously hit the hero killer in the face and waist area. I was able to step in after they attacked and landed a punch, generated with 115,000 psi into his back. Our three attacks caused him to slide down the platform Todoroki had created, almost lifeless. "I think we got him." Midoriya said. "Let's restrain him and get him to the streets, the pro's will take him from there." Todoroki stated. 

The four of us headed into the streets, the pro hero we saved carrying me as I could barely stand from my wound. We tied up the hero killer and dragged him along with us. We made it out into the open and someone yelled to us from across the street. "What do you think you're doing here boy!?" Yelled a short old man in a yellow and white hero costume. "Gran Torino!" Midoriya yelled back. "I thought I told you to stay out of trouble!" He yelled to Midoriya. "Who's this?" I asked Midoriya. "His name is Gran Torino, he's the hero i'm interning with." He explained. "I don't get it, how did you find us?" Midoriya asked Gran Torino. "I was informed of your location thanks to Endeavor. Other pros are on their way as well." He explained. Hearing Endeavors name made me feel angry as I remembered what he did to Todoroki, trying to control him. While discussing with Gran Torino, the other pro heroes arrived. They looked shocked to see who was with the four of us. "Is that the hero killer!?" One of them asked. "I'll call the police! I'll get them to send an ambulance too!" Another pro hero said. 

Iida stepped over to talk to me, Midoriya and Todoroki. "You three, because of me you... you were all hurt. You all got injured for something that I did. I can't live with myself, why did you help me!?" He asked us. I was the only one to answer as we all had the same response in our heads. "It's because you're our friend. And friends always have each others backs. No matter what may happen, we'll always be there for you." I said to him. Iida began to cry and smile. "T-Thank you, a-all of y-you." He said with tears coming from his eyes. 

Suddenly out of nowhere, the creature that had grabbed me before came flying over to our group of heroes. I got a good look at it and saw that it's head wasn't crushed anymore. "But how!? I crushed it's head! It must have some sort of regeneration quirk!" I said as it swooped over our group. It grabbed Midoriya by his chest and took off with him. I, with out hesitation, sprouted my dragon wings and took off after Midoriya and the creature. I wasn't able to fly at my best with my wound but I was slowly gaining on them. One of the pro heroes yelled out, "It's bleeding, it must be trying to escape!" as I noticed a part of its head was indeed bleeding. I continued my chase, getting closer and closer with every second. Then, without warning, the creature stopped in midair. It seemed frozen, almost like how the hero killer paralyzed us. I looked behind me, back to the ground and I saw the hero killer with blood on his tongue. "That must be blood from this creature. He was able to stop it!" I thought to myself. He then cut himself from his binds and leaped into the air. He used me as a pad to jump off of and leap onto the creature, still holding Midoriya. The hero killer then took one of his knives and jabbed it into the creatures exposed brain and severing it into pieces. Him, Midoriya, and the creature landed on the ground, with myself landing shortly after. The hero killer still buried his knife into the creature while Midoriya laid there motionless next to the killer. "You must all be purged!" The hero killer stated. He gave off an intimidating aura with every word for some reason. Endeavor had arrived on the scene and saw the hero killer. He prepared to fire off an attack but was stopped by Gran Torino. The hero killer stood up and turned to face the group of heroes, his mask falling off of his face. "You false heroes! I'll make this right! I will reclaim the word hero! Come on! Just try and stop me you fakes!" He gave off an unspeakable aura, as if her were the embodiment of evil itself. No one could move or even speak a single word. All we could do was listen to the hero killers speech. "There is only one man i'll let kill me! He's a true hero! ALL MIGHT IS WORTHY!!!" He roared before suddenly, the aura was gone. Everything was silent. The hero killer had passed out. He remained standing there even after drifting away. It was a horrifying sight, one that none of us will ever forget.
