Two more days had passed and neither me or Tetsutetsu were called back to the hero agency yet. But that morning, while we were cooking breakfast, we both got messages on our phones. It was from Edgeshot. We were ordered to meet Wrath Queen in a nearby city, and that train tickets are already paid for. We then headed out of our dorm and made our way to the nearest train station. While we were waiting for the train to depart, we saw four members from class A also get onto the train. It was Midoriya, Uraraka, Kirishima and Asui. Me and Tetsutetsu decided to go over and say hi. "Hey guys. We all came to the same station. Really is a coincidence!" Tetsutetsu said to them. Asui then explained what her and Uraraka were doing here "We're meeting our work study teacher in the next city over. How about you guys, ribbit?" Kirishima and Midoriya gave the same answers, as did me and Tetsutetsu. 

We eventually arrived in the city. We all thought that the station was the last place we'd see each other but we soon found out everyone was headed to the same place. We walked the streets and rounded many corners before finally arriving at our location. Midoriya seemed familiar with the building we arrived at. When we walked up to it, we could see three people standing at the front entrance. It was the big three! Mirio, Hado, and Amajiki were all there. They saw us coming. Hado ran right over to us, still as curious as ever. "Hey! What're you all doing here!? Did you get called to this meeting too!? How are you all doing!?" She asked but that was quickly shot down when Mirio told us all to head inside. 

We headed to the top floor of the building and when we got there, the six of us looked stunned. So many heroes, each from different agencies were there. I could see the No. 9 hero: Ryukyu, and also Aizawa from class A. Even Gran Torino was there. My mother was also present, I went over to her first. "Why are there so many heroes here?" I asked her as she gave me a strict answer. "There's a possibility that gangs across the country are working together, spreading out several drugs that enhance power and also temporarily remove a quirk. Supposedly there's another huge issue too, but i'm not sure what they is yet. When we enter the conference room, please pay your best attention and do not speak. Leave it to the pros for now, ok son?" She said as she shrugged my head. "Yes Wrath Queen. But if you're here, then why isn't Edgeshot here too?" I asked her. "He was busy with another large case, so he left this job to me. He figured I may need backup, and that's why he called you two here." She explained as she looked at me and Tetsutetsu. Tetsutetsu then questioned me "You seem awfully familiar with Wrath Queen, Cry. Do you know her from somewhere?" He asked, and I was swift to respond. "I sure do. Wrath Queen, the No. 14 hero is my mother. I also did my first internship with her." I explained as Tetsutetsu's jaw dropped. "Now I know where you get your skills from! And a bit of that dramatic flare." He added before we were interrupted by someone. He was a tall man, wearing a white suit, with black and brown hair. He spoke out to everyone who was in the room. "Thanks to all of the information supplied, the investigation has progressed considerably. The small Yakuza organization known as "The Eightfold Cleansers"... What are they plotting? Along with the sharing of acquired information, I would like to consult with all of you today." The man said before directing us into a conference room. 

The meeting then began with the man in the white suit explaining the issue. "I will explain this to all of you step by step. Since about two weeks before today, we at the Nighteye offices have been independently observing a certain villain group named the Eightfold Cleansers. There was an accident recently involving a gang of thieves. The police on the scene cleaned everything up as just an accident, but there were many points that made no sense and we began to track them." He explained before his assistant spoke up. He looked like an insect that was wearing a tuxedo. "I am a sidekick, Centipeder. I have been conducting the tracking and observation as per the instructions given to me by Nighteye." He said while gesturing to the man in the white suit. Centipeder then continued "Within the one year period that I have been working for these offices, I've noticed that there has been a rapid growth in contact, both between members of the underground organization known as the eightfold cleansers, and also with people outside of their group. The cleansers appear to be an organization moving with the intent to expand and accumulate funds. Also, shortly after the commencement of investigation,we received reports that the organizations leader made contact with one, Jin Bubaigawara. Also known as the villain "Twice." They were particularly cautious about being followed and I was unable to continue tracking them." Centipeder explained. Gran Torino then began to speak. "So this is related to the league of villains. That's why you called me hear." He said before Nighteye's other assistant, Bubble Girl began to talk. "We wanted to request everyone's cooperation on HN." She said but this only confused me and the rest of the students. Hado cleared this up for us though and explained what it was. "It's short for hero network! It's an internet service that only people with a pro license can use. They say you can see activity reports and apply for help from heroes with useful quirks nationwide!" Hado said to us. 

Nighteye himself then continued to explain the situation. "We have reason to believe that the eightfold cleansers have made the dispersal of unlicensed goods part of their livelihood. As such I have requested help from heroes familiar with this line of work." He said. I could only think that Edgeshot would be good for this job too, especially if it involves infiltration. Another hero, named Fatgum, jumped up and spoke out to everyone. "Long ago we smashed those kinda things to pieces! Then yesterday, in Red Riots(Kirishima) debut battle, Amajiki was shot by something new, the likes of which we ain't never seen! A drug....that erases quirks!" Fatgum explained which made everyone look in shock. "What!? Erases a quirk!? That can't be possible!?" Everyone was saying. Amajiki then hesitantly spoke to everyone about what happened after he was shot. "It's fine. After sleeping my quirk came back." Another hero named LockRock then began to speak. "If it recovers, no need to worry, nothing fatal." He said but Aizawa quickly shut him up. "This is different though. My quirk is called Erasure, it allows me to erase a persons quirk. However, i'm not attacking the quirk itself. This new drug clearly is attacking a persons body and affecting how their quirk works." Aizawa explained. Fatgum then spoke again, "Right after Amajiki was shot we took him to the hospital to get a look-see. That quirk-factor had taken damage! Luckily it recovered naturally and  has returned to normal. And the analysis of the thing that Amajiki was shot with? There were no abnormalities in Amajiki's body! It was only his quirk that was attacked! As for what we found inside, it was something truly sickening that came out. The drug contained human blood, and human cells." Fatgum explained before Ryukyu stepped in. "In other words, that effect is derived from a person, or a quirk. A quirk to destroy other quirks, but how is this related to the eightfold cleansers?" She asked. Nighteye explained to everyone "We were able to track down where some of the drugs have been sold from. While there's no evidence the cleansers are dealing out this drug, there has been contact between them and a middleman organization that's been selling it. Recall the clash between the villain groups that Ryukyu and her team cleaned up a few days ago." Nighteye said which reminded me of another article that Tokage showed me. Nighteye then continued, "The boss of one of those villain groups was with one of these middleman groups. Most of the acts of crime recently can all be traced back to the eightfold cleansers." Nighteye explained before being questioned by LockRock. "Is there anything more conclusive to clinch this link? we could just be twisting things to make the cleansers the culprits at any cost you know?" He said. Nighteye then spoke out to everyone about the cleansers leader. "The quirk that their leader possesses is named "Overhaul." It's a power that can disassemble and re-assemble any target." Nighteye explained as suddenly, everything began to connect more clearly. "A quirk that can dismantle... to destroy and repair at once. that, along with the bullets that can destroy quirks..." I thought to myself before Nighteye continued to explain to everyone. 

"Their leader is named Chisaki. Recently, we found out that he has a daughter. When these two encountered her, her arms and legs were covered in many bandages." Nighteye said while pointing to Midoriya and Mirio. Everyone in the room grew horrible thoughts. "It can't be...how could someone do something so horrible?" Everyone thought. Nighteye continued his speech though and said "To put it simply, we believe that they're probably making the bullets out of Chisaki's daughters body. Now, we don't know if they're trafficking them for profit. At their current state of development, they're not very close to completion. Be that as it may, if hypothetically, they were using them as a testing phase, and using them as samples for presentations to gather comrades... there's no definitive proof. However, say they gathered allies across the country and amassed the funds. What if the completed bullets could take quirks themselves and completely eradicate them? Many dark, dark theories spring into one's mind." Nighteye said. Lockrock then spoke out to him, pointing at Midoriya and Mirio. "So you're saying that if these dudes had been able to take the girl under protection, then this whole problem would've been resolved right then and there!?" He said furiously. 

Nighteye then stopped him. "I take responsibility for all of it, so i'd appreciate it if you didn't put the blame on them. Enough of that though, they did not know about her predicament. They both tried their best to save her. Midoriya stuck his neck out and tried to protect her when they met her. While Mirio made sure to think ahead, in order to secure her safety at a sounder juncture. They are the ones who are the most frustrated here. So please don't put the blame only on them." Nighteye said before Midoriya and Mirio sprung out of their chairs. They both yelled out "We won't fail you this time Eri! We'll protect her!" I assumed, after hearing them say that, that Eri was the girls name. Nighteye then continued, "Yes, and that will be our goal." 

LockRock then jumped in again and said "Tch, it's fine that the kids alive and all, but if one were to guess, the boss would want to hide the girl, who is the core component to his plan, right? And with her making it outside and being spotted by these two brat heroes, do you really think the boss would honestly just tuck her away their headquarters? If it were me, I wouldn't. So, i'm asking this, do we know about her exact whereabouts right now?" LockRock said out loud. Nighteye stepped in again and said "That's exactly the problem, we don't know how far ahead Chisaki's planned. If we don't finish them in one blow, they'll probably get the chance they need to launch a counterattack. And so we've looked at groups and organizations that have ties to the precepts, as well as all of the known locations under the precepts control. We've left no stone unturned coming up with this list. We'd like everyone here to assist in searching each of these locations. Let's find the location and wring them out!" Nighteye explained as a screen turned on behind him. It had several dots over Japan, each marking one of the possible locations. One of which was Hosu City. 

Nighteye then continued "All of the heroes who are currently present here are clearly tied to this list somehow. We've selected all of you because you all are familiar with at least one of these locations. Even some of you students are familiar to these locations, so we can somewhat count on you when you're out there." Fatgum then jumped in and said some information that stunned me. "You were All Might's sidekick, weren't you? You've been awfully thorough tiptoeing about! All the while, that Eri girl has probably been crying this whole time!" Fatgum yelled out before being silenced by Nighteye. Nighteye then continued to say what he had to say. "We will not become like All Might! It's for that reason that we've so thoroughly analyzed and predicted the possible scenarios. So that we could bring our chances of saving her as close to 100% as possible! We musn't lose our cool now. If we make any missteps trying to capture them, it could just end up fanning the flames. Just like how the hero killers arrest performance only ended up in a huge PR boost for the league of villains. This time, with a single hoodlum trying to release some quirk-destroying weapon. It's possible that those motives are at play as well." Nighteye explained. Aizawa then raised up his hand and asked Nighteye a question. I'm not completely knowledgeable about your abilities, Sir Nighteye, but if you do indeed have the ability to see the future, then can't you just look ahead to see what our outcome is?" He asked. Nighteye then took a big sigh and replied to Aizawa's question. "That, I can't do...once I activate my foresight ability, it needs to recharge for a 24-hour interval before it can be used again. In other words, everyday, for one hour, I can see one person's future. And when I do use it, like a series of flashbacks, it plays in my head, frame by frame. However, all of that film is from a perspective that very closely follows the person. All I can see are their actions and their immediate surroundings. For example, if in that person's immediate future I see death. A merciless awaiting them. What could I do? This quirk of mine is only supposed to be used when the chances of success have been brought to their highest. It should be used for insurance. When there are too many uncertainties at play, it should not be used recklessly. I simply can't use my quirk. Locating the girl and securing her rescue. Our goal is to resolve this situation as quickly and effectively as possible! Thank you all for your cooperation." Nighteye explained before exiting the conference room.
