Time to expand on Cry's arsenal. I've been thinking of lots of things that can happen but I've finally come up with the perfect solution. Also, didn't know whether to add in that last part during the previous chapter. I thought about it a lot but it will come into play heavily during the PLE arc. Enjoy!

Weeks had passed since we all moved into the dorms. Everyone seemed to be getting along. Kendo was acting strange though as she was ignoring me. I didn't know why she was doing this though. I moved past it for now and focused on classes for today. We were all prepared for whatever Mr. Kan was going to throw at us. 

Mr. Kan stepped into the classroom and took his regular position. "Good morning everyone. I may have mentioned this already, but your main focus this summer is obtaining  provisional hero licenses. Do not take this lightly, a hero license means that you become responsible for human lives. I'm sure you can all imagine that the exam to receive this license is very difficult. Only 50% of students pass the tests required for these permits each year. In order to prepare for this exam, you'll all be creating something new." Mr. Kan explained. He then continued his speech to us. "You'll all be creating two different ultimate moves." He said as everyone began to cheer. "Oh man, i've been thinking about this for years! Now I finally get to make my own!" Tetsutetsu roared. "Ultimate moves? If I was going to have an ultimate move, I would've normally used my psi or plasma abilities to do them. I'll have to improvise now though." I thought to myself as I listened to what Mr. Kan still had to say. "When I say ultimate, I mean a move that ensures victory. It's an action so unique to yourself that no other person can hope to imitate it. Simply put, you must all learn to lean into your own strengths. Your moves will represent who you are. This may sound a little abstract but i'll explain more as the day goes on. Now, change into your hero costumes and meet me down at gym gamma in fifteen minutes." Mr. Kan said as we all replied "Yes sir!"

We all stood at the entrance to gym gamma, waiting for Mr. Kan to explain what it would be used for. We could hear sounds coming from inside, probably some other students doing tests. "This is where you will be working on your ultimate moves for the next couple of weeks. We have several pro heroes that are here, waiting to help you all create those new moves. What you hear inside the building is class A. They scheduled themselves to work here weeks before us so they had enough time to develop their own ultimate moves. Their time is up now. They should've had plenty of time to make new moves, so it's our turn now. Let's head inside." Mr. Kan explained as we all followed. Inside we could see all of the students from class A working hard in a room that was filled with concrete pillars. "That's enough class A! Class B is scheduled to use this gym for the next couple of weeks! Erasure, get your kids out of our way." Mr. Kan said to the Aizawa, the homeroom teacher of class A. Aizawa then responded and said "You're not trying to kick us out early when we have ten minutes left, are you?" But before either of them could answer each other, Monoma stepped in and taunted the class A students. "Hey, did you hear? The license exam has a 50% pass rate! That means your entire class might fail!" Monoma said as they all looked unimpressed. "He does know that that could happen to us too right?" I thought too myself. Tokoyami from class A then began to speak. "Unfortunately he's correct. If we're taking the same exam, we'll crush each other. That's just the hand that fate has dealt us." Aizawa from class A then began to explain "And why we won't be in the same location. Our classes will be applied to different spots." He said as Monoma began to look relieved, almost like he was hoping not to go against any class A members. Mr. Kan then began to speak "There are two exam days, in June and in September. The tests are held in three different places. And we don't want students from the same school fighting each other. So we split you up, each school has at least one class at each location. Very few first years try for a provisional hero license. In other words, the test will be made up of students who have trained longer than you, and with quirks you know nothing about. Now the content of the exam is always a mystery, but you should all expect to have a rough time. Try not to get too hung up on this idea, but do keep it in mind." Mr. Kan explained as everybody responded "Yes sir!" Class A then left gym gamma and it was now our turn to make our ultimate moves. 

The heroes that were chosen to aid us in creating our new moves were Cementoss and Ectoplasm. Cementoss could create suitable environments with his ability to mold and shape cement, so it could help us find a comfortable location to use these moves. Ectoplasm used his quirk to make clones of himself, essentially practice dummies for us to test our moves on. Everybody separated around the room with a clone on standby. I remained at ground level with my clone. It spoke to me, "As i'm sure you are already very well aware of, and i'm sorry for reminding you, but you have lost the ability to use some of your quirk powers. So with what you have left, that is what you'll have to make your ultimate moves based around!" The clone explained to me as I nodded to it. "Now, from the information that i've acquired from your teacher, your kinetic storage ability is your strongest. He tells me you are able to use it in several different ways now. I was able to catch glimpses of it during the sports festival but I only saw you use it on your body. Seeing it in action though, I can say that it already deserves the title of "Ultimate."" The clone said as I began to smile. "Thank you sir, but do you think it should use it to make both of my new moves? Releasing it into my body is easy but the way I learned to use it at training camp takes a little bit of time. If I could shorten that time, then it could definitely be an ultimate move." I explained to him as he began to think. "That ability of your requires you to take hits and absorb the energy that you receive from contact. Normally you would use another ability to soften that blow you receive but they are all gone now. We'll have to increase your endurance and strength for now before we get to creating a new move." He said to me as I nodded again. "We'll start off with some weight lifting with rocks, and then you'll be blocking my attacks." He said as I prepared myself to receive anything he threw at me. 

-Time Skip-

two weeks had passed and I was able to increase my strength. Without the aid of any of my quirk abilties, I could deadlift almost 300 pounds. And after long training with Ectoplasm, I was able to successfully block his attacks over and over again. The day had come where we would start to create my first ultimate move. "Let's begin Cry. Block my attacks!" He said as he went to kick me in the chest. I crossed my arms together and blocked his attack but he then went to strike me below my arms with his other leg. I quickly lowered my right arm and was barely able to block it. "Good, your reflexes are as sharp as ever. Let us continue." He said as he went to strike me again. After a few minutes of him attacking me, he finally stopped. "That should be enough. Now, release the energy you've absorbed!" He said as I put on my goggles to see how much energy I took in. The reading said 68,361 pounds of force. I told him it and he nodded. I then released the energy into my entire body. "You can already use it effectively when the energy is flowing inside your body, so let's try outside. Do as you learned at training camp and fire that energy as a projectile!" He said as I focused the energy to my hands. I then began to shape the energy in between my hands, creating the ball and soon after the spear shaped projectile. While I was doing this though, mere seconds had gone by. Normally this move would take me around a minute to charge. The strength and endurance training must've enhanced my ability to focus the energy. The energy was fully out of my body and in the spear-like projectile. I then fired it off at a blinding speed, yelling out my new ultimate move: "BREAKER SHOT!"

The shot made contact with a nearby cement wall and it shattered it to pieces. Everyone watched as the wall crumbled. Someone then spoke to me after I fired off my attack. "From what your teacher told me, you would have to charge that attack for around a minutes time. But this time you were able to do it in just under ten seconds. A monumental improvement if you ask me." Someone said as I looked to see who said it. Too my surprise, All Might had entered the gym to see how our class's progress was coming along. He came over to me first, "How's it going Cry!?" He said to me as he went to fist bump me. "Pretty good, i think i've almost finished one of my ultimate moves." I told him as we bumped fists. "Here's some advice, you're not just a one trick pony. You have other ways to implement your strength." He said before walking off over to Komori. I thought about what he said to me, "Try other ways to implement my strength? What could he mean by that? Maybe he means to release my energy into my dragon wings. That's it! If I were to do that, the strength in them would be so great that I could not only gain an incredible amount of speed, but also create large gusts of wind!" I thought to myself. 

In the distance, Tetsutetsu was working on his ultimate moves. He was testing one of them against a large cement slab. He went to strike it but didn't shatter it. He was only able to crack the cement but the effects caused a large chuck to break off and fall to the ground. I saw all this happen, but what I also saw was the chunk of cement falling towards Kendo. She was too busy training that she didn't notice it right above her. I didn't want her to get hurt, but I also knew I didn't have enough strength to catch the piece of cement. I had no time to think about it though as I sprouted my wings and took off to save her. "She doesn't see it, i've got to hurry before she gets hurt! Don't worry Kendo, i'm here to save you!" I said to myself as I prepared to strike the cement. As I was flying toward it however, I suddenly felt a surge flow through my body and then into one spot on my left fist. I didn't have time to see what it was though as I threw my left fist at the piece of cement. What I was expecting to happen was me moving away from her, maybe a few feet away. What actually happened was me striking the chunk and reducing it to dust. I landed next to Kendo who looked confused. I looked to my hands and questioned what just happened. "What, was that just now? None of my abilities could've helped me destroy that cement like that. Plus I had no kinetic energy inside me. It shouldn't have been destroyed like that." I said out loud as Kendo asked the same questions. Her Ectoplasm clone came over to me and asked me, "That was too close. If you were even a second late, ms. Kendo here may have gotten hit by that cement chuck. But you did something that you haven't been able to do before. Please continue to hold out your hands, I want to test something. If i'm correct, I think I may know what happened." He said as I held out my hands and showed them to him. "Now you were able to unlock new quirk abilities before, but mostly under massive stress. If you would be so kind as to focus into one spot on your right hand?" He said to me as I did as he said. I imagined releasing kinetic energy onto my body and then into my hand even though I had no energy within me. Too my disbelief, a red dot, about two inches in diameter appeared on my hand. "I see, please continue to hold out your hand, i'm going to attack that spot." He said as he swung his leg at me. I braced myself to meet his attack but he bounced right off of the spot. "Now would you be so kind as to hit this large rock here?" He said as he pointed at a rock. "Uh sure. You want me to hit it with the dot right?" I asked him as he nodded. I did as he asked and swung my hand at the rock. The dot on it made contact with the rock and once again, I reduced the rock into smaller pieces. "It is exactly as I thought. Cry, you have unlocked another new ability. This power I have seen before, it is known as "Single Point Force!" What it does is allow you to generate a set amount of strength into a spot on your body. This ability serves as both an excellent offense and an overwhelmingly strong defense. As you have just unlocked it though, you may have difficulties controlling it." The clone said as I nodded in agreement. I then went to high-five Kendo in celebration of me getting a new power. She ignored me though, not uttering a word as she went to continue her training. I took it as a sign to stay focused so I returned to my clone and prepared to try out my new found power. "My greatest defense, and greatest offense. How will I be able to use this? And how much power have I obtained from it?" I thought to myself as I continued my creation of my ultimate moves.
