(A/n: this is probably not how Hatos creator thinks his life is, but I need a dabihawks child for my idea. Also, this might be rather long, I just didn't want to break it off. I was in a flow.)

"Next up, a day in Hawks life!" Itsuki announces cheerfully.

Hawks feels himself blush at that and buried his face in his boyfriends chest, to try and hide himself. Touya chuckled amused and kissed his head.

"This is four years from now. And for your information the world doesn't know about their son, in my au, he's been inside his home since he was born. Dabi and Hawks didn't want to risk him going outside and people noticing and figuring out who's kid he is." The dimension princess explains.

"You make it sound sadder than it was." Hato says.

It's the middle of the night when Hawks abruptly awakes from his sleep. He sits upright so fast you can't even blink.

His eyes scan the room, and he notices his 4 year old timidly looking at the ground.

It was him that had awoken him, by stepping on his sensitive feathers Hawks always sheds to sleep more comfortably.

"Dove, what's wrong?" Keigo asks worriedly.

"Sorry for waking you mommy." The boy apologizes quietly. He slowly climbs onto the bed, holding his stuffed black, blue-eyed cat tightly.

Keigos eyes soften when he notices the toy.

"I miss daddy." Hato says sadly as he cuddles into his mother. (A/n: This is not gender-bend Hawks, but Hato thinks of him as his mother because he gave birth to him.)

"Me too dove."

"Did I die or something?" Touya thinks horrified.

"But you know how he is. He didn't have a great family situation, so he has to get used being around one again."

"Thank god." Dabi thinks relieved, so he hadn't died like he feared.

"Doesn't he love me?" Hato says and small sobs escape him as tears roll down his cheeks.

Touyas eyes widen.

"No! No, no, no, no! He loves you! As much as I do dove. It's just complicated, I'm sorry baby." Keigo quickly says.

Hatos sobs quiet and he cuddles his mother more.

Keigo lets out a sad and tired sigh. He then gets an idea how to cheer his baby bird up.

"Dove?"

"Yes mommy?"

"Back when you were still growing in my belly I could feel when you were restless or upset."

"Really?" Hato says, his eyes sparkling with wonder.

Keigo nods "you would kick like crazy but what would always calm you was when your father put his hand on my stomach. Then you'd feel his warmth and immediately settle."

Hato smiles brightly.

Everyone awed.

Touya smiles softly, remembering that when Keigo was pregnant. He notices his boyfriend happily looking up at him. He leans down and gives him a peek on his lips. Keigo hums happily.

Meanwhile Hato is dying from embarrassment while Setsuko is laughing her ass off next to him.

The next morning Keigo wakes up to his alarm blaring. He groans annoyed and turns it off.

His eyes widen and he quickly gets up, get dressed and collects his feathers.

"Damn it! I got work today!" He starts to panic and paces back and forth in his living room when he remembers that Rumi has patrol too, so he's got no one to watch his kid.

A voice startles him, and he whips around quickly to his balcony door.

"What's with the panic birdie?" Dabi chuckles as he climbs inside.

Hawks glares at him and walks up to him.

Before Dabi can say anything Hawks slaps him.

"Ooooohhh!"

"Damn! Good one mom!"

"Keigo-"

"NO! You shut up! I've had enough!" Hawks wings rise with his anger and his feathers sharpen "you show up for two days and then vanish again for two weeks! Either you stay and take care of your son properly or I'll make sure you never see him again!" Hawks shouts enraged.

Before Dabi can reply to Hawks rushes past him and flies off through the window.

As he leaves we can see tears rolling down his cheeks.

Back in his apartment Dabi is trembling. His tear ducts may have been burned but he can still cry. In form of blood coming out from under his skin grafts and rolling down his cheeks.

Keigo buries himself in his boyfriend. Touya hugs him tightly and calms him as he cries.

"I'm sorry for saying that."

"No, it's ok. I needed to hear it." Touya assures him.

After he collects himself he gets up and goes to his sons room.

His eyes soften at the sight of him cuddled up in Keigos bed.

Hato stirs and wakes up. He sleepily looks around the room and his eyes widen as they land on his father.

"Daddy!" He cheers happily. His little wings flutter as he throws himself at him.

Dabi catches him and hugs him tightly "hey my little baby bird."

"I missed you daddy!" Hato cries.
"I missed you too. Don't worry, I won't ever leave you again." Dabi smiles at him and Hato smiles back at his father.

Everyone awes.

Hato, once again, wishes the ground could swallow him.

They go into the open kitchen that blends into the living room to eat breakfast.

"What do you wanna eat?"

"The colorful loops!" Hato cheers excitedly.

"The ones mommy got as a gift from an American company? The fruit loop?"

"Yes!" Hato says.

Dabi chuckles and makes him a bowl.

"What about you daddy?" Hato asks while munching his cereal and looks at him expectedly.

"I already ate." Dabi said but his stomach growling betrayed him.

"You need to eat daddy! Mommy says that breakfast is important!" Hato shouts.

Dabi chuckles and also pours himself a bowl of cereal.

"But mommy never eats breakfast before leaving." Hato says thoughtfully.

"Can we bring mommy breakfast to work?" He asks excitedly, his eyes lighten up at the idea.

Dabi winces, his eyes widening.

"Uh..."

"Yeah that's gonna be difficult." Kaminari says.

Dabi sighs "baby bird, that isn't that easy."

"Why? We just buy him something and the bring it to his hero office." Hato says.

After a while of thinking Dabi agrees.

Touya helps Hato get dressed and then puts a mask, sunglasses, and gloves on himself. They get something to eat from a bakery.

Thankfully no one stares or seems to figure out who he is while they walk. Hatos wings are hidden under his jacket.

Dabi walks with him up to Hawks hero agency. He's about to enter when he bumps into someone exciting the building.

Endeavor stops and realizes who's standing in front of him.

"Fuck." Shoto curses into the shocked silence.

"Damn, grandpa always gotta ruin everything." Hato, Setsuko, Shosuke and Itsuki say at the same time.

Dabi turns and makes a run for it. He runs down the street, Hato clinging to him tightly.

Before he knows it many pro heroes are chasing him, and they've already contacted the police.

"Fuck." Dabi curses out of breath. His flames can barely keep the heroes at bay.

He looks worriedly down at his son.

"You can fly right baby bird?"

"Not as good as mommy but yeah, why daddy?" Hato asks innocently.

"I need you to fly, fly as far away as you can and don't turn back, you hear me?"

"No daddy! I don't wanna leave you!"

"And I don't want them to get you so fly!" With shouting the last word, he throws Hato into the air.

Hato shrieks but flaps his wings quickly. He's about to do as his father told him when he hears him let out a pained shout.

The heroes have tackled him to the ground. Eraserhead ties him up while Snipe points a gun at his head.

Many gasp in shock.

"Touya!" Shoto and Keigo call out worriedly.

"Dabi!" Toga and Twice call out worriedly.
