The Next Day

I woke up with another cold sweat. I was alone. Fucking nightmares! They are giving me no sleep! I sighed and sat up. I got out of bed and walked out of my room. Then I bumped into one of the wyverns. "Sorry!" I said. "No it's okay!" she said. She had black hair and blue eyes. "Kiera, right?" I asked. She was blushing for some reason and nodded. "What's with the blush?" I asked. She pointed to my chest and I looked down. No shirt because I don't wear one when I go to bed. "Sorry. I usually go to bed with no shirt." I replied with an apologetic smile. She shook her head no. "No! It's okay!" she said, blushing even harder.

Time to tease! Hehehe... I smirked and leaned on the wall. I crossed my arms over my chest and raised an eyebrow. She was staring at my chest the whole time. "Like what you see?" I asked her with the smirk. Her face went as red as Erza's hair and she began to stutter. "W-Well... y-you see... ummm... I-I... uhhh..." she began. "Mm hmm!" I heard someone clear their throat. My head snapped around at Abigail who was standing down the hall. She looked angry. I smiled at her and said "I love you! Just wanted to tease Kiera a bit! No need to get jealous!" I snapped my fingers and a shirt appeared on my body out of thin air.

Kiera glared at me for teasing her and Abbey blushed. "I-I wasn't jealous you idiot!" she yelled at me. I sighed and said "You are being a tsundere..." "I am not an anime character you idiot..." Abigail growled at me. "You're acting like one though." I countered. "What does that word mean?" Kiera asked. "Tsundere means that the person is saying that they aren't jealous or in love with the person when they actually are." I said. "But they are for anime characters... not human beings." Abigail said. Kiera nodded. All three of us went downstairs. That's when Abigail noticed I was sweating. "Another nightmare?" she asked. I nodded.

"I better go hunting with the other wyverns. Bye!" Kiera said, running out of the house. I snapped my fingers, knowing what I want for a snack since it was 1pm. "Wanna get some McDonald's smoothies?" I asked her. Abigail's eyes lit up and a big smile went on her face. She nodded. I laughed and said "Let's go ask the others!" Then my face flared with pain and I winced. "The burn?" she asked. I nodded. I still had a bit of the mark from when the drakon attacked the guild. I still remember the feelimg of the acid hitting my body parts and clothes. What was hit the most, was my right cheek.

We walked into the living room and found Lucy, Natsu, Wendy, Glacier, Erza and Gray. "Hey guys!" I said with a smile. The looked at us and smiled. "What's up?" Natsu asked. "Well, Abbey and I are going to get some smoothies for all of us. Want one?" I asked. "Anything with strawberries!" Lucy and Erza said at the same time. Everyone laughed. "What are the flavours?" Gray asked. "Ummm... Strawberry-Banana, Pomegranate-Blueberry, and... Mango-Pineapple." Abigail said. "The strawberry one!" Lucy and Erza exclaimed. "I'll have the blueberry one." Gray said. "Same." Wendy and Glacier said. "I'll take the mango then." Natsu said.

"Ok. So, three Strawberry-Banana smoothies (cause I want one), three Pomegranate-Blueberry, and two Mango-Pineapple (cause Abbey wants one)." I said. Everyone nodded. "Alright! We'll be right back!" Abigail said, pulling me away. "Can I at least change my pants?" I asked. "Nope! It's called drive through." Abbey replied. I sighed. I grapped my keys as we went past them. When we exited the house, she dragged me to my car. She then waited impatiently for me to unlock the car. When I did, she quickly got into the passenger seat with a big grin and bouncing like a little kid in her seat. I laughed at how adorable my future wife was being.

15 minutes later

"Mmmmm!" Abigail mumbled happily as she drank her smoothie. Everyone was giggling and chuckling at Abigail, who was acting like a little kid. I placed my smoothie down and tapped Abbey on her shoulder. She looked at me with a questioning look. Then I leaned in and whispered "You are being too damn adorable right now... you know that?" I pulled away as she blushed a deep shade of red. Everyone laughed. "What did you tell her?" Lucy asked. "That she was embarrassing herself a bit." I said, grabbing my drink and taking a sip from it. Abigail smacked my arm and glared at me. "What? Want me to tell them the real answer?" I asked in a seductive tone, trying to tease everyone in the room.

Almost everyone in the room chocked on their drinks. "TMI!!!" Lucy exclaimed with a red face. Natsu covered Wendy's ears. Abigail's face was the same colour as Erza's hair. "I'm kidding! I'm kidding!" I said while laughing at their reactions. Everyone ignored me and went back to their smoothies. After some awkward silence, Abigail then said "What's with you and teasing today?" "What's with you and acting like a little kid today?" I countered. Abbey then grew angry, got up, and left the room. I sighed. "I'm going to go apologize." I said. I got up, grabbed mine and Abigail's drink, and left the room.

I found Abbey on our bed. She was lying down. "Abbey?" She turned away from me and said "Piss off." She was angry. My lovely Angel was angry at me. I sighed, walked up to her, and sat down on the edge of the bed. "I'm sorry Angel. I didn't mean to call you a kid." I said. "Ya, well... you did." she replied. "Don't make me make the face." I told her. She turned and glared at me. "Don't. You. Dare." she said. I pouted and made the most adorable face ever. My eyes were half closed, my bottom lip was quivering, and I was fake sniffling. We both had a five minute stare down. Then she sighed in defeat and closed her eyes. When she reopened them, she gave me a radiant smile and kissed my cheek.

"Fine! You are forgiven." she said. I stopped my face and smiled at her. "The face always wins." I said. She laughed and said "Whatever." I handed her, her drink. Abigail's eyes widened abd she grabbed it out of my hand and began to drink. We both went back downstairs and talked with the rest of Team Natsu plus Glacier. "Seems like you two made up." Gray said with a chuckle. "He cheated to gain back his happy fiancé." Abbey confessed. "How!?" Lucy exclaimed. I grinned evilly. "Really want to know?" I asked. They all grew scared, even Erza which os saying something, and shook their head no.

Sharon walked in all of a sudden and said "Hello!" I glared at her. "You just walked in, didn't you?" I asked her. Sharon grinned and nodded. "Vedova!" I called. My spider familiar appeared and sat on my shoulder. Sharon paled and froze. I pointed at Sharon and said "Chase her." Vedova jumped off me, grew to the size of a fist, and chased after a screaming Sharon. "ROBERT!" she yelled. Everyone laughed. "That'll teach her." I said with a smirk.

Two hours had passed. In those two hours, Vedova stopped chasing Sharon, Sharon and I had a flicking war, Natsu and Gray then started to fight, and then Erza knocked us all out. When I woke back up, Abbey was looking down at me and shook her head in disappointment. "You just had to do that, didn't you?" she asked. I gave her a sheepish smile and said "You know what happens when Sharon and I start talking. It ends up with one chasing and trying to flick the other's forehead." She sighed and smiled at me. Then I noticed something. This whole day, we acted like normal teenagers for once. "Hey, did you notice that-" "We all acted like normal teens and stuff? Ya, I did." Abigail said, finishing my question.

"Wow... we need to change that." I said. Abigail giggled and nodded. That's when a loud roar was heard outside. "You just had to jynx us... didn't you?" Abigail said while glaring at me. "Whoops?" I questioned. "Ya. Whoops." Abigail growled.
