The next day

I woke up with the love of my life in my arms. I need to do something with her so she knows I love her. I was staring at her so much, I didn't know the couple behind me were just silent laughing behind my back. They were failing miserably. I looked over my shoulder and saw Lucy and Natsu trying not to laugh. I glared at them. I felt Abigail stir in my arms and I looked back at her. Her eyes opened and she saw me smiling at her. "We have an audience who want to die." I said. She looked over my shoulder and stared at Lucy and Natsu. "What do you want?" she asked.

"A double date!" Lucy said, with a clap of her hands. Abigail and I sat up and looked at them. "You want a double date?" I asked. Natsu nodded. "Who's idea was it?" Abigail asked. "Mine!" Natsu said, raising his right hand. "You idea!?" Abigail and I said together. "I was surprised too..." Lucy whispered. "What do you think?" I asked Abigail through the mate link. "Why not. If we don't, Natsu will be like a sad puppy." she replied. "Okay. We'll come. When is the date?" I asked. "Today, and right after you both get dressed." Lucy said, while her and Natsu walked out of the room.

After getting dressed, taking a walk through the forest, and exiting it with Natsu and Lucy, we were finally in Magnolia. "So, where are we heading?" I asked. "The guild. I asked Mira to kick everybody out and decorate the place for a date. Plus she also said she would make an amazing buffet for us." Lucy said. Abigail looped her arm through mine and Lucy did the same with Natsu. "Lead the way." Abigail said with a smile. They nodded and we walked into the town. The town's people started talking. "Their back! The Celestial Princess and her Dragon!" "The Yin and Yang Dragons have returned." We all chuckled.

When we got to the guild, it was quiet. "Wow. They listened." Natsu said. I opened the doors and froze in my spot. Mira was in a waitress outfit, along with Cana, Lisanna, Romeo, and Laxus. A buffet table was set up with different types of food and the bar was filled with deserts. The guild's lighting was dimmed and a couple of candles were lit. "Wow..." Abigail said. "You guys went all out!" Natsu exclaimed. Mira nodded. Laxus and Lisanna ushered us to different seats. Romeo came up to Abigail and I and asked "What would you like to drink?" "Water is fine." Abigail said. "I'll also have some water." I said. Romeo nodded and went to get our drinks.

Where did you guys go?, Wendy asked through the mental link. Your mom and I are on a date. Tell Glacier where we went and to watch over you., I replied. Abigail sighed. "I can't believe we left her by herself... we are careless parents..." she mumbled. "Shh... no you're not. I made sure that my mom would watch her." I said. She nodded. Romeo came back with our drinks and asked "How's Wendy doing?" I narrowed my eyes at him. "Why do you ask?" I questioned, crossing my arms over my chest. He blushed and said "No reason!" He quickly walked away. I chuckled and said "She's fine!" He nodded when he heard that.

Abigail and I stood up and went to get some food. I had gotten a scoop of Cesar salad, a scoop of pasta with tomato sauce, and a piece of roast beef. Abigail, since she was a vegetarian, had gotten a Greek Salad, tomato soup, and pasta with pesto sauce. We were completely ignoring the other couple who were talking pretty loudly. "So, you picked out your bridesmaid?" I whispered. Abigail nodded. "She already knows. How about you? Picked out your best man?" she whispered. I nodded. "Same thing as yours. They already know." I said. Mira walked over and asked "How's everything?" "Delicious." I said after swallowing in my food. She clapped her hands and said "Fantastic."

"So when is the wedding?" Mira asked. "Hmm... well... it'll be on what was supposed to be our prom night." Abigail said. "Which is..." Mira said. "May 30th. It'll be in my world. So be prepared." I said with a smile. She nodded. Mira walked away and Abigail and I finished our meal. We went up for desert. We both got bowls of ice cream. She got strawberry while I got chocolate. As we ate our ice cream, we looked over at Natsu and Lucy and they were laughing at something. I smiled. It was like just yesterday Natsu couldn't tell Lucy his feelings. Now, those two are on a date and laughing. "I wonder how Wendy is doing..." Abigail said. Then the guild doors were opened and I looked over my shoulder. Wendy and Glacier were there looking around.

"Well... we're both finished, so let's take care of our adopted daughter and niece." I said, looking down at our empty plates. "Wendy! Glacier! Over here!" Abigail called. They saw us and instantly paled. They walked over to us with their geads bowed. "What's wrong?" I asked the two when they got to our table. "I'm sorry. I was showing Glacier the guild and I didn't know this is where you were having your date." Wendy said. Mira came over with the bill and looked at me with a troubled expression. "Did we ruin it?" Glacier asked. Abigail giggled. "No! Of course not! We just finished anyways." she said. I paid Mira and she had a smile on her face. "Thank you for coming! We hope everything was to your liking." she said. "Thanks." I said. "It was." Abigail said. We both got up and guided Glacier and Wendy out of the guild.

"You guys aren't in trouble. Don't worry. We were thinking of you two the whole time." Abigail said once we left the guild. "Were you really?" Wendy asked. "Of course." I said with a brilliant smile. Natsu and Lucy ran out of the guild and asked "Was it ruined? Did you seem rushed?" Abigail and I shook our heads. "We were thinking of these two anyways." I said. "Let's head to the Sakura Tree behind the guild. Follow me." Natsu said.
