The next day

I woke up at home and remembered it was Monday. "Shit..." I cursed under my breathe. I got up and started my daily routine. When I went downstairs though, my mom was the only one awake. "Why are you up?" she asked, making her lunch for work. She was wearing jeans, a black t-shirt, and a beige vest. "Umm, school?" I said in a obvious tone. My mother shook her head and said "You blew up the school dear..." I stared at her, slowly remembering last weeks events. I laughed nervously and scratched the back of my head. "Hahaha... right..." I said. "Back to bed. Lie on the couch." Mom said. I listened to her and lied back down. My eyes grew heavy and I fell asleep.

"What do you think? Should we write on his face?" I heard the voice of Gray whisper as I wake up. I'll stay lying down and pretend. "Hmm... maybe. Why not just put his hand in warm water?" Simon said. "Why not shock him awake!" Alex said. "Or we could burn him?" Natsu said. "You just want payback." Jace said. Natsu chuckled. "You guys are gonna wake him." Lucy said. "Let the boy sleep." Erza said. "He looks kinda peaceful." Wendy said. "Let's not ruin his sleep. You guys remember the last time he got mad?" Martina said. My cousin's here!? "Payback is gonna be amazing." Natsu whispered. "Try anything and I'm gonna send all of you guys to the Underworld." I said with my eyes closed. "Let's not prank him." Simon said in a nervous tone.

"Goodnight." I yawned and fell back asleep.

I woke up again to Natsu and Gray yelling and fighting. "You guys are gonna wake him!" Lucy hissed. I sat up slowly with my eyes closed and let out my magic power. I was getting angry for the two idiots waking me. "I was in a nice sleep for the first time in a while and the Flame Idiot and the Ice Head woke me up?" I said, opening my eyes and glaring at Lucy, Natsu, Gray, Clary, Isabelle, and my brother. Everyone except my brother started sweating buckets. "We're sorry!" Natsu and Gray yelled in unison. I glared at them and raised my right hand, palm facing them.

"Dark Cage." I growled. Natsu and Gray were in two separate cages made of shadows and trapped. "Don't let them out. You are aloud to feed the two idiots." I growled at my brother. He nodded. I lied back down. Why am I so tired? I fell back asleep.

I woke up this time to the smell of food. Is that... steak? I opened my eyes and got up. I streched. I looked at the two locked up idiots who looked bored. I got up and snapped my fingers. Their cages left. "You're free to go." I said. They nodded and left. I looked around. A plate of steak was waiting for me on the table. Nobody was around. Hmmm... where is everybody? I sat down and ate. After eating, I still remembered I was in my pajama pants. I went upstairs after putting my dishes away and changed into every day clothes.

I went downstairs and put on my running shoes. I went outside and I was surprised. It was a warm day for it being November and everyone was sitting around telling stories. Even Abigail, Nicole, Sharon, Victoria, and Amanda were here. Wendy was playing with my dog, Oreo, who was away at my mom's husband's daughters' house, who are here with their dad, talking to my mom. "Umm... What's happening here?" I asked. They all looked at me and my mom said "You're finally awake. Good. An eclipse is gonna happen soon and everyone wants to see it." I nodded.

Abigail motioned me towards her... actually, everyone did. "Come over here Robert." Brittany and Samantha said. These two are the daughters of my mom's husband, Steve. "No. Come here Robert." Martina said. "No. Over here!" Natsu yelled. "It's up to you my Grim Reaper." Abbey said. I walked over too... Abigail, Wendy, Sharon, Jace, and Clary. "Hey." I said, sitting beside my girlfriend. She instantly put her head on my shoulder. "What's happening?" I heard Brittany whisper to Samantha. "Maybe that's his girlfriend?" Samantha whispered back.

"You're right." Jonathan said. "Hey! Look up at the sky!" Natsu yelled. We all looked up and saw the moon begin to cover the sun. Then my head started to hurt. "Ow..." I said. "What's wrong?" Abigail asked. "My head." I said. "Well, suck it up! You'll be fine." Sharon said. I flicked her forehead. "Ow!" she exclaimed. "I broke the truce." I said. Abigail giggled. "I forgot you two did that!" Abigail said. When the sun was half covered, my head started to hurt more and my eyesight gained a green glow. "Ow ow ow..." I said. "Here, let me help." Wendy said as she started to heal me. The pain didn't go down.

When the sun was fully covered, my head felt like it was splitting open. "AGGGHHH!" I screamed in pain as I placed my hands on my head. I looked around and everything was green. "Robert!?" Abigail said. I screamed in pain again, but it sounded more dragon like. "Robert, are you okay!?" Mom said worried. I looked at the eclipse and I thoight I saw a dragon covering the sun instead of the moon. "What..." I whispered before I blacked out.

I saw a dragon, it was black and purple with yellow eyes. Its wings were humongous and horns was sprouted all over his body. It was beautiful and scary at the same time. "W-Who are you?" I asked. "My name is Splendor. The eclipse dragon." it said in a masculine voice. "W-What do you want?" I said. He chuckled and said "Dark dragons are always hibernate when an eclipse is about to arrive. I was the fourth Dragon King." Splendor said. I flinched. "What?" I said, amazed. He chuckled at my reaction. "I am here to tell you that I will help you learn Eclipse magic. Every dark dragon is afraid of this power, but it helps them. They don't know how much power one gets when it happens." he said.

"I read about that. Eclipse magic is really powerful." I said. "And you my little Dark Dragon Slayer will learn it." Splendor said. "Let the training begin!" he yelled.
